On a 13500 gas-powered generator I owned, the other fuel line dry rotted in less than six months. I reside in Southwest Arizona's High Desert, which is not very friendly to rubber, paint, or plastic products. Things get Very Brittle, Very Fast under the Ultra-High Heat of "138F Degrees" this Past Summer, "Unofficially of Course," with the Ultra-Low Humidity of "0.01% or 1/10 of a%." We'll see what transpires come July and August of 2019 because the Fall and Winter months are a little less intense.

Compared to the one that comes with the VP racing gas jugs, I preferred this filler tube. Compared to the factory VP filling tube, which lacks a tiny screen at the base, it appears to be more durable. I've seen other reviews where people complained about the portion breaking, but since I always tie my fuel jugs down so they won't tip over or hang freely anywhere, I'm not sure if I'll experience that problem. This part has now been used about five times without any problems.

It has been a few months, and I haven't yet encountered any issues. It starts out a little stiffer, but after you start moving it around and fiddling with it, it becomes more flexible. Overall, I'm pretty happy. I will buy more.I used it, among other things, to run the carburetor's breather line to the air intake box (picture) If you do this, exercise caution because the machine's performance may be impacted by the fluctuations in pressure at the intake box. Everything will be fixed if you simply pull the tube outside of the intake.If I run into any issues, I'll let you know, but so far, so good.Update: I removed the tubing from the intake box's outside and everything is now functioning perfectly. The reason for the four stars is that the tubing was initially a little stiffer, but I still adore it.

On a Cub Cadet LT 1525, I utilised this gasoline line to replace a broken line that had been a real pain in the neck to track down. I really appreciate that it included the clamps, which fit precisely and were simple to set up with standard pliers. I thought the cost was extremely fair, and the line seemed to be of great quality in addition to being soft and convenient to use. Additionally, it arrived in "fresh" condition; it doesn't seem to have dried out before shipping as has happened in the past when it has remained in warehouse heat or on a shelf.

For my Suzuki GZ250, a new fuel petcock was required. I first got one for my bike, but I returned it since I didn't like or trust it, so I ordered this one instead. It is just a straightforward off-on-reserve without a vacuum port, which is great with me, and it costs approximately half as much as the alternative. Similar to the stock petcock, it mounts.It's no difficulty for me to plug the carburetor's suction port. The fact that I can truly cut off the fuel supply and that it doesn't require suction to operate when it is on pleases me. The delivery was also much quicker than with the other.

Since you can see that the hose is in good condition and that the fuel is flowing, it takes one of the variables out of the equation when troubleshooting. With this buy, I'm quite pleased.
