DISPOSE OF THE BOLTS THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH THEM. The first rain caused them to entirely corrode. Visit the hardware shop and purchase some stainless steel ones.A week after I fitted these, my bike was stolen and abandoned. They did an excellent job, I must say. The spools do, however, have interchangeable caps on the ends, but I couldn't locate any where to swap them out! The stealership needed to purchase a brand-new set (lucky me, I guess).

Bolts fit the application as promised; good product. use a rear stand and spool setup. Although I haven't had them for very long, I haven't noticed any red anodized color fading; even if it did, the visible portion would still retain its color. Visiting a website dedicated to motorcycles is a far more cheap alternative.

Fits my 2012 Yamaha R1, has a sturdy, professional appearance, and functions well both on and off a jack stand. I put her down for the first time since purchasing these spools, and they performed admirably against the road at 50 mph. They melted down as anticipated, but they also protected the swingarm. I will purchase them again.
There's no definitive answer to this question - ultimately it depends on how often you ride, what kind of bike you have and how you like to maintain it. If you only ride occasionally and don't mind getting your hands dirty, then you can probably get away with just one paddock stand. But if you're a regular rider or have a larger bike, then two stands will make life much easier. Trust us, your back will thank you for it!
