Just what was required. With a dealer, this component is significantly more expensive. When I initially looked at it online, I was worried that it wouldn't fit, but I still chose to order, and when it finally arrived, it was exactly the proper part, functioned like factory components, and arrived quickly.

This serves as my jet ski's bilge switch (650sx). Since I have an automatic bilge, I only need to turn it on and off twice while I'm riding. I install the switch within the jet ski so that it is less likely to be submerged or exposed to water than something mounted on the handlebars would be. I want to place it on my handle bars so I can operate the bilge pump manually, but I'm concerned that doing so would damage it by exposing it to too much water and wearing it out. But it serves the purpose I had in mind for it really well. But now that my preferences have changed, I wish I was utilizing a manual switch. One day, I might give that a shot.

Every time there is a power outage or a power flicker at our holiday property, our router locks up. My security cameras turn off when that occurs. To cycle the modem, I typically need my closest neighbor to come over and remove the plug from the outlet. For a few years, that has worked, but if it's snowing, slippery, or plain inconvenient, my neighbor can't cross, my cameras stay down, and my alarm must switch to cellular. I've used digital timers, and they do the job, but they are not an instant fix, and if they don't function at the appointed time, I have to wait at most another 24 hours for them to function once again. In the hopes that it would be the on-demand solution I was looking for, I purchased this IP switch. It appears to be thus far. It was set up by me; all you need to do is follow the instructions; it's simple and only requires a few steps. Install the app (I did the Android installation) and then adhere to the instructions. Don't forget to connect the Ethernet cable back in after unplugging it from the modem to put the device in add mode. As a result, the program was able to retrieve the IP. I've tested it multiple times with no problems, using it to cycle the modem on and off, and it installed and recognized the device. I have it set up to automatically connect when the internet is interrupted as well as on demand. Although I haven't used the web-based software yet, I will do so soon. I recently converted from Android Oreo to Android Pie on my phone, and that presented one challenge. My new phone's app wouldn't recognize the device when I tried to use it to connect to the device. I downloaded the app to my old phone based on a premise, and it recognized it and connected right away. My new phone running Pie allowed me to log into the app once I connected with my old phone and had full functionality. In the event that the software loses connection with the device or deletes it, there is still the option to manually add the device using the serial number, device ID, and IP.After several power outages, ETA, it continues to function flawlessly. Since setting up, there have been no manual resets (requiring disconnecting the router)! No more awkward journeys to my house in poor weather to reset the router, which makes my neighbor as happy as I am.

High quality aftermarket left side control switch for your motorcycle.
Will fit all 7/8" handlebars
Heavy duty aluminum housing for perfect durability, not a cheap plastic.
It has turn signal switch, horns switch and hi/lo beam switch
Small size is perfect for dual sport applications or any street motorcycle.
$234
It's difficult to find a better product at $9. The turn signal switch does not automatically center, thus in order to deactivate it, you must press it inward. When you click to turn, they move in the direction you specify and stay going until you click to return to the center. Because I never longer forget to turn off my turn signals, I actually really appreciate this. The aluminum body is sturdy but the finish isn't that fantastic. It was easy for me to wire this thing up. Since my low beam activates when the bike starts on, I didn't utilize the low beam wire. As seen in the wiring diagram photographs, one of the headlamp wires is not a part of the main harness, however this is not a huge concern. Wiring the turn signal is simple. There is no need to run two because the gray wire is connected to a single flashing relay.Yes, the construction isn't the best, but this item costs less than $10 and will ship the same day if you have Prime Over $35.

I bought this to upgrade my Model T Ford's brake light switch. I created a "L" bracket to attach to the underside of the T with a hole that the switch would push through while facing the brake pedal. All I had to do was wire the spring to the pedal shaft because the spring/plunger type switch was now facing the brake pedal. You can fine-tune the distance from the switch to the pedal (spring tension) using an adjustment nut that is pre-installed on the switch's body. This allows you to pre-set how much pedal travel you want before the switch operates.
