I've been keeping a close eye on this aqua blue PCH-2000 (Japan) edition ever since I bought a PS Vita PCH-2001 (USA/NA) version. The area codes are the final two digits after each PS Vita number; for instance, PCH-2001 is the 01 USA code, PCH-2000 is the 00 Japan code, etc. Little do these customers know that the product they purchased from some of these dealers was the Asia 06 Hong Kong/Korea code version, according to some reviewers who own the PCH-2006. Any PS Vita version is OK in my book, but I prefer to get what I paid for, and in this case, I was specifically looking for the Japanese aqua blue. When the gadget is first set up, you can also identify whether it is the Japanese version because Tokyo will be selected by default.I gambled and bought something from merchant cus mart with same-day FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) shipping. The stuff arrived BRAND NEW, SEALED in a box, and everything was delivered on time. The PS Vitas are still being manufactured in Japan, but they don't have clear seals. They were included as additional security by the person from whom I bought, and I appreciate that. I can play all of my new physical and digital games on the PS Vita because they are all region-free. The internal memory of this device is only 1GB, so I went ahead and bought a 64GB from the same seller, and they did not let me down. I'm overjoyed with my new PS Vita; it's very stunning in person! It's difficult to express how beautiful the color of this device is because I've discovered that depending on the lighting, it either appears darker or lighter. There won't be any fingerprints thanks to the body's matte surface, which covers everything but the back touchpad.On the Japanese versions, the X and O button functionalities are inverted; this can be altered with ease in the accessibility menu found under options. Since the X and O are only reversed on the LiveArea screen, I advise leaving them on their usual settings. The default settings for USA/NA games are what western players are used to: X = confirm, O = cancel/back. You can sign in to any PSN area you own, but only one account is allowed per PS Vita, according to Sony. While reading my evaluation of the Japanese Import Neon Orange Sony PlayStation Vita Slim, have a good beverage and unwind (PCH-2000).Pros: -Extremely high build quality! Due to the system's obvious weight reduction as well as its overall thickness, the unit feels robust in your hands and has just enough weight on the handheld to avoid feeling "cheap and flimsy," as some people may assume. When you play your PS Vita in public, the neon orange color catches the attention of passersby and looks stunning in person. It shouts, "I play games!" Some people even questioned me, "What new phone is that?!" Evidently, they believed it to be a brand-new, popular phone on the market. When compared to the same button layout on the previous PS Vita original launch model, which had buttons that were practically flush with the system face, the new buttons are more tactile and responsive, and the "choose and start" buttons are much easier to push. The "PlayStation" button's notification lights have been replaced with two LED indications on the system's top, close to the game port. When the battery is fully charged, one always remains bright green; otherwise, it turns orange. If a notification is received while you are in an app and away from the home screen, the other intermittently flashes blue. The rear touch pad's smaller size is fantastic! More space for your fingers to rest on the system's back means less chance of accidentally activating commands for games that use the rear touch pad as a control mechanism. For players with considerably larger hands than mine, gamers? This is a really nice improvement (I usually use a 2XL glove size). Because the new PS Vita Slim is smaller, lighter, and easier to handle for longer periods of time, you may anticipate playing for longer lengths of time.-Charging and Battery Life: In place of the proprietary charging and data connector found on the previous original PS Vita model, the new slim model PS Vita now has a Micro-B USB charging and data port at the bottom of the system. Additionally, compared to the previous PS Vita model's original battery life, the new PS Vita Slim offers an additional 1 to 2 hours of playable battery time. (Pro Tip: Uncheck the box next to "Use Wi-Fi in power save mode" in the power choices to boost wireless transfer speeds at the expense of a minimally reduced battery life. In my opinion, the improvement in wireless transfer performance is well worth it.) In all honesty, the device's new LCD screen adds to the playing time from the battery even though it doesn't display colors quite as beautifully and naturally as the OLED screen of the original edition. I think the trade-off is worthwhile. You won't even notice the quality decrease while switching from OLED to LCD if you've never used the PS Vita's initial launch model. The LCD display just has a little less contrast and color saturation, but again, the longer gaming duration from the battery makes the LCD panel worthwhile!-Game Library: The PSN digital library and game cards for this PS Vita slim device, as well as ALL PS Vita portable systems generally, are region-free. Any game from ANY country can be played on this system, regardless of language restrictions. So get ready to pull out your wallet once more.-LCD Screen Display: Although the screen is unquestionably big and of a good enough caliber to show games in nearly HD clarity, its resolution is just qHD at 960x544p and 220 ppi. Not the worst image quality on a 5 inch 16:9 LCD panel, but it is worth noting the visual decline in quality compared to screens we are used to using on our smartphones on a regular basis. Another problem with the LCD screen on the PS Vita Slim is its general brightness. Is the system playable in the open during the day? Disregard it! The display may just as easily be a mirror. What about playing outside in the shadow or on a dark, overcast day? Nope! Still not taking place Simply said, this technology cannot be used to play outside in broad daylight. Undoubtedly a really bad scenario.Other Thoughts: This system is an import from Japan. For accept and cancel instructions compared to button command settings on an NTSC: US/CAN (Region 1) PS Vita system, the "X" and "O" buttons are reversed. Most of the time, this inversion just affects system-level commands and has no impact on in-game game controls. Conclusion: In general, I strongly advise buying this portable gaming system.

The second half of 2019 is therefore late to the PSVR party, but I have just arrived. I want to start off by mentioning that this review is based on my transition from having no VR experience to owning a PSVR because I have never used any PC-tethered VR.There are numerous cords and attachments in the package, but there is also a guide that explains how to connect everything and in what order. In essence, a little powered processing box with two ports that sits between your PS4 and TV/receiver and to which the headset is connected is what you end up with. The Playstation camera has a great tiny flexible stand and connects to the PS4 as well. This needs to be placed such that it may face the player; it isn't necessary for it to be situated above or below the TV; I chose to place mine off to the side so that others could see. The player simply needs to be placed front and center.Two Move wands, which resemble Wii remotes in some ways and include a light-up rubber bulb on top that the camera uses to track motion, are included in the bundle. The motion controllers lack a D-pad (arrows) and joysticks, therefore selecting items from the menu requires pulling the trigger and waving in the desired direction. [(pro tip: connecting both Move wands to the PS4 might occasionally be difficult. I advise manually starting the PS4, then turning on each Move one at a time. Don't use a dualshock first because the PS4 has trouble recognizing the second move if you do.]The headset is precisely what it appears to be—a big, flimsy object that you strap your head into. Even though it has earbuds with good audio quality, you can also use your own headphones or the audio from the TV and speakers. There is a clicking lock on the rear to tighten it into place, and a slider on the front to move the main screen portion closer to or farther away from your face. I have a large head, and I find it to be reasonably comfortable. The magic starts when you slide it up to your eyes and get it somewhat positioned on your face.Sincerly, the first few times I experimented with this, I would use words like "exhilarating," "mind-blowing," "amazing," "how is this possible," etc. to describe the experience. Many people have criticized the PSVR for its low power, lousy tracking, poor graphics/resolution, and other shortcomings, but if you just want to have fun and aren't comparing it to high-end PC VR, you'll be astounded, as will everyone else you show it to. Here are a few things I have already encountered:Superhot: In my opinion, this game is a true showcase for virtual reality. The problem is that the red-glass-looking men who are pursuing you only move when you do. You have to punch, shoot, and hurl things at them to grab them before they get to you. They advance at you while you essentially remain stationary. They seem life-sized, and you can actually feel objects being fired at you. It truly feels more like an experience than a game as you dodge slow-motion bullets, seize a weapon, and fire it back while flinging a bottle in the opposite way with your other hand. Amazing.Blood

I've completed every Xbox 360 LEGO game. I had to play this game since it is exclusive to the PS Vita. The Chima tale and characters may not be familiar to me, but it's a fantastic addition to a portable LEGO game. Numerous replay opportunities as you discover new personalities and prizes. Even after completing the main game, not everything is unlocked. This is a relatively new and underplayed game, in contrast to most LEGO games, which have walkthroughs readily available on every gaming website, so I'm forced to discover the secrets on my own. a blast while doing it. So, after nearly two years, my original PS Vita (PCH-1000) with the OLED screen eventually stopped working. In the Persona 4 Golden narrative, I was just beginning my second year at this point. I was naturally irritated, to put it mildly. I chose to purchase a refurbished PS Vita (PCH-2000) LCD screen model for a steep discount instead of going through the bother of replacing the screen on my own. The updated Vita has received positive reviews, so I figured why not give it a shot. I also intend to eventually take them with me so I can play them while traveling, as I have over 80 PS Vita games and hundreds of PS4 titles that I haven't yet played but are worth playing through.Cons and Advantages of MY NEW LCD VITAPROS:- Extended battery life- Included a 4 GB memory card.- Every button and sensor is functional.- Included two games on a memory card.- Extremely light- The cost was reasonable (refurbished)- Effectively uses PS4 Remote Play.CONS:- Had visible scratches on the primary screen but was otherwise in good condition (LIKE NEW);nonetheless, has previously unmentioned ENORMOUS scratches on the back touchpad.- No power adaptor was included, however this was indicated in the description before the purchase, so it's not a major deal.- Had a problem where the left joystick during games kept moving forward on its own because it was dirty (I fixed this by using a sharp pointed nail filer and cleaning the dirt around the Joystick and blowing it good).OVERALL:Considering the significant discount, a good purchase.(I ALSO INCLUDED MANY PICTURES IN MY REVIEW AND GIVE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE OLED VITA VS THE LCD VITA DOWN BELOW.)———————————————————————-I used to possess an OLED Vita, which I adored to pieces. I bought this as a Christmas present for my nine-year-old son, and he adores it. All I can hope for is that it keeps him amused. Since my daughter already owns a Nintendo 3ds, I won't even try to compare the two systems. I believe that the 3g option is a superior purchase overall for the same amount as only wifi. They both seem to me to be independent systems with distinct personalities. And each to their own. Although I personally prefer Nintendo, I do like PlayStation items. The graphics are good. There are many extras and games, and this will develop with my son so he may play for years. We had to wait till the system updated right away, and that process took some time. Not only that, but downloading anything takes time. That's a flaw, but it's not a big one. Additionally, I find the entire networking aspect of PS to be strange. Although it is more technical and a little strange, I appreciate it and it is all associated with the PS brand. So I customized the PS unit for my son and set up my account for our family. He plays all the free games, and I have plans to get him a few of his friends' favorite titles.The memory cards are the main reason I gave this device 4 stars.
