PS Vita can overcharge if it is left plugged in for too long. The battery will stop charging at 100% and will start to discharge if left plugged in. It is recommended to unplug the PS Vita after it is fully charged.

I must admit that these appeared like a brilliant idea when I was looking for a PS4 controller charger, and I was correct. They come with 4 adapters that fit snugly on the controller and do not move or otherwise interfere with it. I agree with the other reviewers: really nice. The fact that it can charge and there are no cords running all over the place is nice. I removed one star, why? It only works with stick controllers, I guess. My son's third-party PS4 controller won't fit the sockets on the console. Although I understand that it wasn't made to fit "all" PS4 controllers, it would have been good to know that before making the purchase. Now that you know, it is still a fantastic purchase to have them all together.Also keep in mind that they are not secured in place; if the tower falls or if you try to carry them while charging them, they will fall out. I replaced the battery in about ten minutes. As long as you are careful when handling the connectors, it is not too difficult.As of right now, it's functioning properly; the batteries doesn't start performing as planned for the first few cycles. With headphones and low screen brightness, I can play Vita games for about 6 hours; however, I can play PSP and independent games for up to 10 hours.Depending on the game, 3-5 hours can be achieved by turning up the brightness. Since I never use my Vita for more than three hours, either option is fine for me. Compared to the original battery, which would hardly last a few hours, things are much better now.

Given that the Playstation Vita is no longer being produced as of 2019, I ordered 2 of these! This was just what I required for my PCH-1101-powered device. It's critical to understand which battery your device uses before making a purchase. If you don't already know, it's printed on the box's top underneath the letters "PCH..." and, I believe, also appears in the options menu. Due to the fact that there are initially two PS Vitas models, there is a significant difference in the point. The PS Vita 1000, which has an oval PlayStation button on the console's front screen, and the PS Vita 2000, which is the more recent model and comes in a variety of colors, both have circular PlayStation buttons. Each smartphone now has a variety of different battery versions that vary in size. This is practically too crucial to be aware of before simply purchasing a battery. You should ensure compatibility. The kit is excellent! The battery maintains its charge and may be fully charged, so it is not some useless piece of junk that had expired while being stored on a shelf. It saved me a ton of money because I would have had to pay $90 to send a dead Vita to Sony and $200 for a new Vita with an LCD screen rather than the present OLED. It was well worth replacing the battery myself for just $20!The kit includes all the tools you'll need, including a screwdriver even smaller than those in my collection of "tiny screwdrivers" that you'll actually want to use. What it lacked were directions, and even after you've split the two sides of your Vita case, they are still connected by cables, necessitating some caution. If you recklessly tear the pieces apart after removing the screws, you'll regret it. I suggest obtaining a thorough set of instructions online; they are not difficult to discover. I'd deduct a star for it, but I'm so happy with how wonderfully my Vita is performing right now!

Good results. Shake it to turn it on because there isn't an on/off switch. Four little blue LEDs to indicate the remaining power. Three lights were on when I got my. Connect one end of the three-way cable (included) to the Gembonics battery's "in" port and the other end to your computer to charge the battery. To get all four lights on in mine, it took several hours. I ran my iPad down to 9% and the Gembonics battery took 7 1/2 hours to charge the iPad back to 100% (note: Perhaps it didn't take that long; I later learnt to shake the Gembonics battery occasionally when recharging it to obtain an update on the power level). I had two lights lit out of four when the ipad was fully charged, so my ipad can get one full a partial recharge from the battery. (Note: When I was charging the ipad, the four blue lights on the Gembonics battery went out after a few seconds; however, it was still charging the ipad at the regular speed. If I shook it, they would reappear and show the remaining power.) (One last thing: a previous client advised me that the battery destroyed her phone battery after multiple charges.)
