These actually emit a bright white light that is far brighter than incandescent factory lamps. Remember that even if you replace them all, your on/off dimming features might still need an LED with a built-in load resistor or at least one incandescent bulb as a load. Instead of installing load resistors, a model-specific LM LED flasher module can be utilized in all turn signals or in conjunction with parking lamps. The stock flashers are simply swapped out for the LED ones by plugging them in. Forget about the festoon lights with the little circuit boards affixed with LEDs. Many Toyota models, including the Prius, Venza, and Rav4, have side-switched rear cargo lamps that are incompatible with them. The switch that spins the end when it is in the on-off function is hampered by the large circuit board. Only lamps that match the OEM incandescent festoon bulb's round, narrow form factor will function.Those circuit board LED festoon lamps bend when placed between the spring clips in other applications, such as dome lights in Toyota and Nissan vehicles, and the very thin circular metal pan shaped ends would collapsed with the least pressure needed to insert them.I purchased two sets of the circuit board-style festoon LEDs that had the aforementioned issue. If you're wondering how these compares to other lights on Amazon with a different dome style, I'll say this:The construction of these compared to similar products on Amazon with a Pentagon on the dome feels solid, but the LED quality is unquestionably different. Compared to the others, these have a more recent version. Even though I'm not an expert in LEDs, this one seems more contemporary than the Pentagon-shaped one, which appears to only contain a simple LED diode. These are also more brilliant.Makes me regret having purchased 64 of the alternates simply because they were more attractive. Also, these are dot stamped as they state, but I'll keep you updated on how they hold up against the elements as time goes on.

I can now run numerous lights at night without being overly concerned about draining my batteries because these bulbs operate so well in my RV. Compared to the 1.2/1.3 amps of the older incandescent lights, they use about.19 amps each. It is a significant difference as that is roughly 1/6 of the current. Although I haven't experienced any burning smell or anything as some other people have, I did discover that some of my fixtures had their wiring reversed, which stopped the bulbs from working. After a short wire flip-flop, they started to function properly. I still have 3 bulbs left over for spares after replacing 7 fixtures.
