The jack lifts the old CT 2 effortlessly and performs as promised. I spanned a few pieces of 2 X 4 across the top of the jack that was really holding the bike in order to use it. If you have a heavy bike, I would strongly advise having someone hold the bike as it is jacked up (the underside of the bike is not "uniform" and it sits on the jack in a more-or-less steady manner). The CT 2 is lightweight enough to be operated by one person. To begin changing tires, I required the jack. Due to balancing concerns, I was unable to remove both wheels at once; I had to move the vehicle in order to change the front tire, then the back tire. Otherwise, it functions properly.

Fortunately, I had a Grade 3 bolt lying around that filled the gap left by a too-short bolt.Apart from that, this jack performs admirably. Since it is not particularly heavy-duty, I must make sure the base is as close to the sled as possible to prevent it from bending in the direction of the sled when it is lifted.Other than that, I am completely satisfied.I can quickly spin the sled 180 degrees so that it is always prepared to drive right out of my small basement entrance using this together with three red dollies.Additionally, I always work on my sled while keeping the track off the ground; this is ideal for both.I tested the big pneumatic tires on the sled mover. When lifting a Grand Touring 2-up sled, the mover was put under such extreme strain that I was terrified to come close to it because it was literally bending!

My stands just arrived today. It was rather simple to put it together right away. It took me around 15 minutes to complete that. Even when tightened, they had a slight wiggly sensation, but when mounted on the bike, they felt very robust. I slipped them on as soon as I got to my bike. It made cleaning my chain a breeze. The bike was fairly simple to hoist onto them and adjust. I had great confidence in the stands and the bike's solid feel. I borrowed my friend's pit bull stands, and while they are definitely more sturdy than these in terms of structure, they are simply too pricey. When they function just as well, getting two of them for the price of one bulldog is too good to refuse.

Unluckily, one of the dollies had some paint chips on it. At order to inform Nick in the power sports department that the product had been received in less-than-new condition, I immediately dialed the number on the product. To cut a lengthy story short, let's say that he went above and beyond, without hesitation, to make it right. THIS is the standard for customer service!It goes without saying that Extreme Max and Nick in particular have completely blown me away since people are what important.Regarding the dollies, although the paint was chipped, they function as they should. The platforms are constructed of sturdy, finished steel. There are no extraneous elements that could get in the way or break, and the nylon velcro straps function as intended. The wheels are easy to turn and glide smoothly. The fact that the wheels must be attached to the platforms, as some users on this site have noted or complained, is understandable given how much better and less expensive it will ship. I used a power drill to attach the wheels, which took me three minutes.I'll consistently support Extreme Max, Nick, and their merchandise.

This stand feels cheap and is plainly inferior to more costly stands in terms of quality, but it serves its purpose without issue and at a reasonable cost. To prevent the arms from rotating and tilting the bike, make sure the bolts holding the parts together are incredibly tight. It appears to be an excellent deal.

Very pleased with stand; it fits my 1999 Suzuki RM 250 just as the original stand. It is taller than the Fly Racing model I was using with the interchangeable rod that fits into the rear axle bolt, which made my bike want to roll over every time I used it and lifted the front tire off the ground (See photo ).Very sturdy; I weigh 200 lbs. and have leaned on the bike to pick up items off the ground on the other side without having a problem. The stand is made of 11 MM steel, so it hasn't bent under my weight. Several images of the stand breaking where it is soldered to the stud that enters the rear axle have been shown to me. Some of these are Chinese knockoffs being sold as the genuine article, or my style is new. Mine is not welded as some have claimed; rather, it is made of a single rod that has been bent at the place where it enters the back axle bolt (see pictures). Only the areas where one end meets the other side to form the triangular shape, as seen in the photos, are welded.

The item appears to be well-made. The only issue I have is that the decal should be on both sides or at the very least be included for the user to apply as the one that matched my cr125r was on the front side, facing the bike. Although it's not a big deal, I would have preferred the decal to be pointing out. A star, however, cannot be removed because it serves its intended purpose.

These bike stands were exactly what I needed when I ordered some for my bike. They raise my 2001 Hayabusa to a height where I can slide to the oil drain and perform any necessary maintenance. Because my friend has some and they are a little shaky, I was initially hesitant to order them, but since I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a pair, I said they would do. After receiving mine, I observed that the nuts on his had never been properly tightened. These are reliable and effective. These are necessary if you ride a bike and like to do your own labor.

Overall, the stand serves its purpose. Although the fit and quality aren't ideal, it still performs the job for the price. I discovered right away that the dampener is more of a hassle than a benefit. You must stand on the lift to push it down and out of the way after dropping the bike because the strut prevents the lift from lowering far enough to take it out from under the frame. In order to lower it sufficiently to get it beneath the bike frame, you must step on it once more. This quickly became annoyance. It is considerably better now that the strut has been removed.

I think I paid around $30 for this. It works flawlessly with my Honda CR2050. I docked one star due of the poor quality, but given the cost, it's difficult to find fault. We have some Harleys, however they are much too low for this platform, so be sure this is the right height for your bike. Really, only dirt motorcycles should use it.
