The caliber is decent. produced from vinyl. The tires fit the equipment perfectly. Since the tire cover touches the ground, I'm considering stitching the bottom up approximately half an inch. I might take it up about a half inch because I'm not sure if it would mildew when it rains and the bottom section gets wet. Apart from that, I am content with it. I also received a complimentary black spare tire cover. It was a fantastic fit. A great touch, that. I appreciate Explore Land. helps me avoid purchasing one. I heartily endorse these tire covers. The cover fits the back-mounted full-size spare perfectly on the 1998 CRV. snuggly stretches over and cinches in the back. However, given that it is just secured by a cinch, you should anticipate this item being stolen at some point. One of our vehicles was already taken when it was parked on a public roadway. I suppose there are still enough older CRVs on the road for them to be valuable enough to steal. Anyway, we bought another one, which still fits perfectly. This time, we invested in an inexpensive cable lock in the hopes that it would at least dissuade theft.

To prevent the sun from baking my travel trailer tires, I use these. When not in use, my trailer resides in the backyard unattended. All 4 tire covers were simple to install. They slide over the top of the tire, have a snap in the rear that secures one side of the cover to the other, and the front (visible side) droops down a little bit more to ensure that the front of the tire is entirely covered. They are performing the task for which I bought them. I don't have anything to compare these tire covers to because they are the first I've ever owned. I'm happy with my purchase so far and am glad I did. I suggest them.

The other photos are accurate, however the first one is not what you receive. On my 36' 5th, the front "flaps" are rounded and don't quite cover the full wheel. But given the cost, and the fact that these represent the best value on the market and that the material is of EXCELLENT quality, they are adequate for my needs. If the photo had not been deceptive, I would have awarded them five stars.In the windy season, which is currently, gusts from 40 to 60 mph are not unusual where I live. I've experienced no issues. Although I did make care to pull them down and tight from the back of the tire - by reaching around, not by climbing under the RV - they are held in place by an elastic band.

Wow, they fit my 235/75/15 tires like a glove, look awesome (more distinctive and a little fancier than the basic white), probably reflect the sun better because they are a little shiny (look like metallic silver), and the pricing was fair. Because of the thin felt lining, they glide on over the tires quite easily. There is no real need to hook them because the elastic lets them fit snugly and keep in place in strong desert winds.technique: grasp the elastic edge with about 5-6 fingers in each hand "Squat and slip them over the top of the tire starting from the bottom edge. then pull down on the seam over the tire where the elastic portion of each side meets. done.However, even if the cut and style are flawless, the quality is quite poor, so we'll have to wait and see how long they survive. The set I received was sewn on a broken machine, and the stitching varied from 1/4" to 1/2" wide. The fabric is thin, lightweight, and somewhat delicate "I had to sew around each one with my sewing machine because they ranged in length from a fraction of an inch to more.I intend to use these until they are worn out, at which point I will buy nicer fabric and make my own using these as a pattern. perhaps ripstop camouflage?

I never had an issue with it, but one day as I was traveling on the freeway, the wind blew up beneath it and, regrettably, it flew off since it was so windy. I was quite disappointed, but because I loved it so much, I'm going to get another one to replace it. To ensure that the string won't come loose again, I'll simply swap it out for something I can tighten and tie in a knot. It made me extremely happy, indeed! Hope this is useful! :)

My tires (again, 235/40r18) are on the lesser side for what these can fit and are around 25" tall. A lot more tire will fit in this space. There is a large range of adjustment thanks to the velcro.The foundation material is a very thin nylon, and that's the one thing I don't like about it. If they were canvas or made of a more robust material, I would pay more. Having said that, for my own use, these won't be "toted" around; rather, they will simply be used for storage to keep my ties and wheels clean and undamaged as I store my sets for the summer and winter as I switch them out to correspond with the seasons.In order to prevent things from getting scratched up, I also strongly advise purchasing the flat disc wheel felts made by the same business if you have lovely wheels that are important to you.Overall, a good quality for the price given; I would purchase them again.
