SeaStar CC205XX 1979 to Date, 479 Type OMC/Evinrude/Johnson Control Cable Review:

Unfortunately, I got the wrong length for the throttle since I assumed the shifter and throttle cables would be the same size. However, I did receive this thing quite quickly. What a difference, too. merely comparing the old cable to the new one and testing the cable outside the boat. I'm blaming myself for not changing this out sooner. The contrast amazes me. The old one required me to hold it tightly and exert a lot of force, whereas the new one I can operate with just one hand. I'm hoping my OMC will shift extremely smoothly from now on.

Universal Motorcycle Cruise Control Throttle Lock Assist Aluminum Wrist/Hand Grip Lock Clamp with Silicone Ring Protect Throttle Grip,Throttle Control System Review:

All I have to say is WOW. I just bought the Motorcycle Cruise Control Throttle Lock, and yesterday I took a 230-mile journey. I don't understand how someone could commute over lengthy miles by car without using this item. Simply attach the throttle lock and slide the silicone ring onto the handlebar to complete the installation, which takes less than a minute. Once you've reached your cruising speed, all you have to do to keep the bike moving is press the throttle lock against the brake lever. In addition, even when wearing gloves, you can simply tighten the throttle lock if it starts to budge. To release the throttle lock, all you have to do is twist the throttle. Be aware that the speed may somewhat reduce when going uphill and slightly increase when going downward, but overall the speed will remain the same and you can easily relax your right hand as necessary. For those who frequently ride their bikes farther distances, this is a no-brainer.

GO CRUISE 2 Universal Throttle Control System – Black Review:

I took this picture with my Kurakyn grips because so many people, including myself, were interested in seeing how it would look. I was concerned that it would either not stay or would leave a mark on the smooth, chrome-finished grips. Both options would have been undesirable.I'm delighted to say that it performs admirably. It comes with a black, 3/4-inch-wide silicon/rubber band. I also have the Kurakyn throttle boss attachment, as you can see. You shouldn't have any trouble installing the silicon/rubber ring if you don't have anything in the way of it. The rubber was a touch hard to go around my throttle boss, but it went without issue.Installation was quite simple. (See video attached.)VIBRATION: I just finished a four-day, 1,000-mile trip with the Go Cruise, for which I'm writing this evaluation. It went extremely well. It was frequently questioned if it could withstand vibration. Keep the mind that I ride a fuel-injected, shaft-driven Suzuki Boulevard C50T cruiser, which lacks the 1800cc Harley's constant vibrating rumbling. Despite that, it was successful for me. Does it occasionally fumble a bit? Indeed, it might. To find the ideal spot, I simply tightened the thumb screw a little bit further. I wanted it to be just snug enough to prevent slipping, but not too tight to damage my grips. It appears to work well for me. You might have some slippage if you attempted to run it for 50 miles, but you won't be able to achieve that.Since this is a throttle lock rather than a cruise control, you shouldn't leave your car unattended for more than a few miles unless you chance to be on a section of Kansas that is incredibly flat. On a 100-mile trip to Raleigh, North Carolina, I did test it out, and at one point I rode for almost 20 miles without ever touching the throttle other than to rev it up on a small hill every now and again. The Go Cruise would definitely be even MORE solid for you if you had the tougher rubber grips rather than my chrome grips. Since I had it on a smooth chrome grip and first felt some slight slipping, it was likely due to the grip being too loose. As a result, I have more polished surface than the majority of people will.Overall, I'm quite happy with the performance considering the price I bought. We all ride together; there are five of us. After around 10 days of ownership, two additional people purchased the same item after seeing mine. I intended to save up for the Kurakyn bar-end throttle lock, but it would have required me to take out my throttle boss, and I've grown quite accustomed to that tiny device.Simply get it. You won't regret it.

All Rite Products Thumbuddy Throttle Extender - TB1 Review:

My 5-year-old daughter received a brand-new Polaris Outlaw 50 from me. Her tiny thumb became so weak and achy within minutes that she was unable to use the throttle. We tried again after a few days had passed. the same. She was only able to bike for a short while. I had the impression that I would have to sell a brand-new ATV with just 10 miles on it. I reluctantly chose this after doing some study on my options (Zip ties? Really? I didn't have high hopes. I assumed that this would undoubtedly be a gimmicky set-up. I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only with how well-built this zip-tied attachment was, but also with how my daughter could now ride. She can now use more of the hand's palm and thumb region rather than only the thumb. She now enjoys taking rides. She may ride for as long as she wishes without experiencing any discomfort because the throttle is still at the lowest setting. This tiny item that I had originally planned to throw away has ended up saving our lives. I would strongly advise trying this if your child is experiencing this issue.

KiWAV Motorcycle Throttle Holder Cruise Assist Rocker Rest Accelerator Assistant Universal Review:

When traveling for a long time, this is good for recreating the moment. On a lengthy journey, I utilized this along with a cruise control clamp. With arthritis and tendinitis, I was traveling three times there and three times back each day, which amounted to 800 to 900 miles. This is useful for stretching your fingers when you can't really sustain one speed, but the clamp is wonderful for cruising. You can just depress with your wrist while keeping the throttle down and spreading your fingers. However, I must issue the same word of caution that I did regarding the cruise control clamp: DO NOT FORGET THAT IT IS THERE! I haven't forgotten to detach my clamp, but I had forgotten that this was there in stop-and-go traffic (I take it off for regular travel now), so I switched gears, dropped the clutch, and I was off! Additionally, downshifting works the opposite way, propelling you forward somewhat forcefully. So, just like any tool, it shouldn't be used by a moron. It receives five stars because I can't deduct points for being inattentive;)

Minireen 7/8'' 22mm Metal Thumb Throttle Cable Accelerator Handle Assembly For Chinese 50cc 70cc 90cc 110cc 125cc 250cc ATV Quad Go Kart Review:

These are four of mine. I have two on my gas scooter, which is safer, and I have two on my quads (racing ATVs).To keep water out of the brakes, I had to make a silicone gasket, but it was well worth the extra $29 spent. I will be happy to assist you if you reside in Southern California. Please get in touch with me so that I can update this and give you a higher rating based on how the call goes. I'm grateful, Jeff

KiWAV Universal Throttle Clutch Brake parking brake Cable End Repair Travel Emergency Repair Kit Motorcycle bicycle ATV Review:

It's pretty great, though a little different from what I had anticipated (I just had a different setup in my brain). A 1mm and a 1.5mm thick cable are included in the kit. Both of them have throttle-ready ends set up. The cable can then be used for whatever you need it for thanks to a variety of pinch bolts and adapters that are included. The Vespa P200 (this would also work for the P150 and P125) by Genuine version of the throttle nipple housing worked best for my Stella, so I inserted it there before slipping on the lever for the clutch. The cables' length was advantageous for the clutch because it gave you more slack at one end to work with. In addition, the pinch bolts are made of steel rather than brass, so tightening them up won't peel the heads.I might get another to keep on my bike. The brake cables are the only item you couldn't use these for (since those have to be much thicker)

Queenti New Throttle Handle and Grip Cable for Mini Baja Mb165 Mb200 5.5 / 6.5hp 196cc 200cc Doodlebug Bike Review:

installed on a 125cc Chinese ATV. The cable was considerably longer than the one it replaced, but routing the extra length under the body work wasn't a major concern. It worked fairly well. The white plastic cable guide on the throttle sleeve, where the cable end goes in, was the only item I had to change. It was holding the engine approximately half throttle open and would not allow the cable to retract far enough back out of the housing to allow the engine to idling. To enable the throttle to turn far enough backwards and forwards to allow the engine to idle properly, I simply gently cut away a portion of the plastic guide with a utility knife. Depending on the computer you're installing it on, you might or might not have this situation. I think this thing is actually rather well crafted and will last for many years. From start to finish, including changes and troubleshooting, the task of removing the old thumb throttle and replacing it with the new twist throttle took roughly 30 minutes.
