This charger for my two motion controllers was just purchased. I chose this over some other third-party chargers mainly because it charges the controller through the metal contact at the bottom rather than the small USB connector. The controller fits perfectly into the slot and may be inserted or removed from the charger with little effort. There is no chance of damaging the controller's USB port, and it is considerably simpler to use than chargers with a USB plug.The charger itself is simple and attractive, and it rests on the TV stand next to my TV. While I watch TV, there are no gimmicky, distracting lights (this is another reason I picked this over the other chargers). When the controller is charging, a tiny light at the bottom flashes, but unless you are very close, you won't be able to see it. This is because the light is located just below the charger's slot. You can keep the controllers on the charger without harming the batteries because the charging automatically stops when the controller is fully charged.If I obtain two more controllers, I'll probably buy another charger. The ease of use and lack of potential for damage, in my opinion, are more crucial than having four charging ports on a single device.

My Move controllers came with a separate charger that was horrible. In order to get the charging pins to make contact, you essentially had to firmly press down on the controllers. They would disconnect with the slightest noise, such as a dog farting in the same room.The exact reverse is true of this Engergizer charger. It lit up right away to let me know they were charging after I plugged it in and lowered my controllers into it, letting the wrist straps hang out the rear through handy troughs in the plastic. I took the controllers out once they were finished and the lights went green to find how tightly this charger had been holding them. Because of how well the creator of this object knew how to make things fit, I had to tug and twist to remove them.Bravo to the product's creators. I can now, much to the dismay of everybody who wants to use the PSVR, STOP plugging in one controller at a time to charge.

So far, this stuff has been excellent. I unwrapped it, plugged it in, and then connected my controllers. It was simple and quite effective. The main criticisms I saw were that it was shoddy made and that it was difficult to line up the controllers on the charging station. Regarding the first point, even if it is made of plastic, I think it is okay. It hasn't fallen apart after constant use. Regarding the second point, it is not difficult to line up the controllers accurately in the charging station, although it does require some care. I have no trouble putting the controllers in or taking them out of the charge station as an adult. Having said that, if you purchased this for young children, you might want to spend some time to explain to them that, despite the fact that it charges their toys or controllers, it is not a toy in and of itself. Kids today are fairly intelligent, so they'll understand it.In general, I think this device is of good quality, is simple to use, and works as promised. With my purchase, I'm pleased.

This charger was purchased for my PS3. After searching for a while, I finally found this one, and I adore it. I especially adore how solid it is and the lights on the charger. Although I wish the charger was a little bit bigger and if it came in more colours, other than that, this is a pretty good charger for remote controls. I'm glad it came with the USB chord.

I've been debating buying this for a while, but the unfavorable reviews of the controllers coming off too easily or it being too unstable deterred me, and I instead purchased the energizer charging station. Then I received my Wii-u.This and an identical Nyko charge base are the only ones available for the Wii U Pro controllers, so I bought one because it was the only option. It's awesome; I surrendered my old Energizer charge base to a friend and bought this one in its stead.Although the controller's LEDs are hidden by clips, there is no intrusion into your hands while you play. The base stays there when the controller is removed thanks to the magnets, but just just, which is why it didn't receive five stars. The magnets give a solid enough grip to retain and charge the controllers. It really is the greatest option available, looks nice on the shelf, and is reasonably priced.In order for the base to remain after a controller is removed, the magnets would need to be made considerably more powerful. I don't understand how controllers are slipping off as long as this isn't mounted on a moving platform. Simply put, too many people gripe.

It charges your two PS3 controllers, which is what it's designed to do.Regarding "not being able to see the lights on the controls," I am confident that anyone with an eyeball can see the red lights on the controls just fine. What could you possible expect from this place given that it is a charger and that the port is on the same side as the lights?The "blue light" problem is insignificant. Knowing that the device is on and operating is pleasant. Additionally, I don't hate the appearance at all; the blue light on this charging station is perfect for this device.Additionally, the price is ideal. Chargers that cost $40 or more are excessive for something of this nature.In conclusion, a perfect charger at a perfect price that works. That is unbeatable.*******Update 2-2016: Surprise! This STILL functions after two years. I'm not sure what other people do with their charging stands, but I've never had any problems.
