I chose to trust Peak Design after conducting arduous and in-depth research on heavy durable camera straps with the possibility of a slide feature. I am certain that my camera will be secure as I hike outside, photograph weddings, or just go about my daily business. I feel that my baby is secure because of the special features Peak Design provides.I was nervous reading the reviews for other slide camera straps since for every slide camera strap, a customer complained that a strap component had broken and caused their camera to tumble. The product was just purchased (2/2019), and the image displays four mounting buttons. I only received two. That is a negative development. If Peak doesn't come up with a solution, I'll have to check. The package self-destructs upon opening, so I'm unsure if I'm out of luck with Amazon. However, when things like these happen, it never leaves a positive impression.The second issue is rather more camera-specific. I'm attempting to utilize a Sony a6500 with this. The mounting cords, however, are rather thick and cannot pass through the camera's eyelets. Since Sony's eyelets don't appear to be significantly smaller in diameter than any other ones I've observed, I anticipate that many cameras will experience the same issue. I tried using a fishing line to pull through, but the cords are just just too damn large. [Update: The cords were ultimately inserted, but wow, was it tight. crazily so]I therefore have a really cool mount system that cannot be installed on my camera since it lacks a set of buttons. Overall, that wasn't a very enjoyable experience. It is unfortunate because I believe the system to be quite great. It should be, of course. Peak charges a reasonable price, especially considering that it is for a Chinese product. There isn't a lot of content there. Although I prefer to buy products made in the US, the quality in this country is acceptable. What a wonderful thing this is!In essence, you can use a single camera strap with a variety of cameras.Basically, you attach your camera to a loop with a plastic disk and attach your camera strap to the loop. The strap is then very simple to connect and disengage. It has two sets of loops, allowing you to utilize two different cameras with just one strap. If you have more than two cameras, I think you may purchase additional loops independently.My only wish was to be able to purchase the portion that attaches to the strap separately because I have several straps that I prefer. However, you would have to purchase the entire set once more.

I purchased these loops, an OP/TECH USA Swivel Hook Connector, and an OP/TECH USA Pro Strap in Black because I needed a comfortable accessory that could be detached from the camera with ease. This turned out to be a perfect configuration to address my dislike of having a strap constantly attached to my camera body.These loops are expertly crafted and very durable. Top-notch materials and stitching are used. I have complete confidence on them to safely carry my camera and a heavy lens.It was a little challenging getting them to fit through the hooks on my Canon T5i body because it's such a tight fit. I just pushed the folded end of the loop through until there was room to grip it from the other side before pulling it through. It would definitely be easier and less frustrating to pull it through using dental floss or some other sturdy thread.A set of OP/TECH USA System Connector Adapt-Its, a little plastic component that effectively serves the same purpose as this device, was another item I bought. This product is much better in my opinion because the cloth enables the loops to bend out of the way. On my Canon camera, I thought the plastic Adapt-Its were a little too close to the main power/mode dial, and since they are rigid, there is no way to move them apart.In my opinion, these loops are the best option; I'm planning to get a second pair and will stop using Adapt-Its.Overall, I am extremely pleased with all the OP/TECH things I bought, and the strap is quite comfy and simple to take off. Update: After learning that the magnet is adjustable, I have changed my earlier statement that there should be more magnets to accommodate different wrist sizes. The magnet will nudge along to fit your wrist size if you pinch ahead or behind it like you would a tube of toothpaste. Genius!I've only had a little over a day to attach it to my camera and wrap it around my wrist because it just arrived yesterday. A truly fantastic product that improves upon a universal design through execution. The strap may be folded over on itself and magnetized to form a bracelet. It's acceptable in that sense thanks to thoughtful design. The Anchor links, which enable one-handed attachment and removal, are what really make it work. Although it may at first appear gimmicky, wearing it on my wrist and being able to clip it onto my camera anytime I take it out of my bag would be really convenient, especially when on vacation. A really useful floating wristlet for having fun in the water with the youngsters.As a point of comparison, I use my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active to take all of the "family photo ops" at the pool. This review is about the wristlet camera float, not my phone, but I wanted to make it clear that this is the device it is being used with.The floater's primary drawback is that it can only be attached to phones via the string loop. Fortunately for me, my phone already has one of those silly keyring stands attached to the back using 3M adhesive tape. The ring makes the phone stand upright and hold better, so I attach the string to this loop. However, unless your phone has the old-school Nokia keyring attachment loops or you have a custom case with a secure attachment point, the floater won't work on your phone.Putting that aside, the floater functions as usual, making the phone easy to spot. I no longer need to hold the phone in my hand all the time, fearing that it may fall to the bottom of the pool and require me to dive in and fish it out. I haven't tested this against, say, a tablet because I don't have any water-resistant tablets to play with, but it can bear the weight of my phone and appears great for larger stuff. There is a quick release on the loop so you can always separate the floater from the phone.The yellow isn't as dazzling and vivid as I had hoped, but it will still be easy to see in the middle of the lake. Package arrived in a sealed container and was well-protected by the outside packing, making it a wonderful present option for anyone you know who enjoys taking selfies in the swimming pool.Overall, it accomplishes its purpose and I have no problems with it.

In my book, that's always a huge positive for any business.I really wanted to like this sling, but the clips' plastic felt like the kind of cheap, brittle plastic that inevitably breaks.Then, when I tried to screw it onto my brand-new Nikon D500, it would only go in about a turn and a half before stopping and not tightening all the way; thus, I brought out my Canon point and shoot camera in case it could be the camera itself, but it wouldn't screw onto that one either. It is obvious that the problem is with the stepping on the base plate because I went and fetched my tripod and the mount functioned on both cameras. I had to go back.

For approximately a month, I've been using my iPhone 7 plus with the Wander strap. Sincerely, I adore this phone accessory and can't think of ever switching back to a device without one. Here are a few instances of how I utilize it.I keep my phone in my jeans pocket because I'm a male. It is a lot simpler to remove my phone from my pocket when there is a short tether linked to it (especially with the silicon case which tends to grab onto fabric). I wear the strap slightly dangling since it looks good and stays out of the way.The strap of your phone may dangle over the edge if you place it on a counter or nightstand. It is now simpler to swiftly grab your phone (maybe to silence the alarm in the morning?).I spend a lot of time around water because I live beside a lake. I don't worry too much about dropping my phone in the water, but I do secure the strap around my wrist when I shoot pictures over the water. Both security and camera stabilization are benefits of it.
