This ring light is incredibly adjustable and gets very bright. This worked with both a wall charger and a laptop that I was able to plug it into. It also has an extremely simple to use controller. With simply a push of a button, it is simple to switch between the three lights. It was simple to change the brightness as well. I was able to change between the various colours and even make it brighter or darker by simply pressing the button, as you can see in the video. The lighting is faint in the bottom position. Even though my phone has a simple case on it, the phone holder was still able to hold it. My phone remained attached even when I moved it. When set up, the tripod is very simple to adjust and stays there unless your dog walks by and trips over one of the legs. Fortunately, the carpet it fell on prevented any damage to the light or tripod itself.

When I first saw it, I was astounded by how large it was and how high the tripod could extend. Let's begin from the ground up. The tripod stretches quite easy and folds up very little. To release the legs, a number of knobs must be loosened (be careful not to loosen them too much). The legs must be locked after they have extended in order to prevent further extension. By releasing those knobs, you may also change the neck length. The light is mounted by inserting it into the tripod's top (be sure to first loosen that knob). The ring light's pan and tilt can also be changed. Although the lamp's entire structure is quite light, it feels incredibly flimsy. Most of the structure is made of plastic. The power port and two dials that control temperature and brightness are located on the rear of the light. The remote is a really helpful tool for adjusting the lighting and temperature as well. I wish the control range was wider. The ability to build a phone stand and attach any phone to it is a fantastic feature of this light. This makes capturing still portrait photos incredibly convenient. And finally, the bag. This could have used pouches for the cords, tripod, and light. Trying to stuff everything in at once without having the zippers clogged is a little frustrating. Trial and error will be necessary. Aside than that, this is a fantastic and inexpensive LED ring light for beginners. Well done, INKELTECH!

I just received this in the mail today. I'm enjoying it so far, especially for the price! Although made of plastic, the light stand serves its job well. The light should be able to tilt down. Simply fiddle with the tripod to make it angle downward. The phone stand's construction is more robust. I wish these could have lower-sloping legs. To lower it, I had to remove the extra head on it, but it wasn't a problem. It wouldn't be a significant concern if the phone holder had stretched evenly sideways to improve balance. I enjoy how it has an adjustable light control and uses a USB wire to connect to my laptop. However, a USB to wall plug adaptor is not included. I believe it to be a fantastic purchase and appreciate that it has 2 stands and gives you the ability to adjust the light wherever you want, unlike some goosenecks that have the light and phone attached. I consider it a fantastic offer!

My passport will soon need to be renewed, therefore I made the decision to supply my own images this time rather than paying for one that I typically end up not liking. I had a lot of shadows in my home, which made it difficult for me to have very nice lighting for pictures. I decided that getting some soft and direct lighting would be the ideal solution.Lighting: This strong light makes an excellent backdrop for self photographs. It's nice and big, so the lighting will be well-distributed. I discovered that in order to have enough light so that everything is well lighted while avoiding having items too close, you should place this approximately 2 feet away from where you are.Color temperature: For my passport photo, I primarily employed the "warmer" hues to produce a self-portrait. Two further color temperatures exist—one that is absolutely "cool" and the other that is in the middle. Personally, I found that the most "yellow" temp worked best for my self-portrait because it seemed the most natural.Usefulness: Using this couldn't have been any simpler. In essence, you mount it on the tripod and adjust the angle. A small wire attached to the lamp has a remote control with a few buttons on it that can be used to switch the light on and off as well as change the color temperature and brightness.Results: My passport images turned out just way I wanted them to, and they were accepted. The fact that I was also able to update my career photo makes it worth the money even though this was a little more expensive than what passport shots cost locally.

All is well thus far! I've had this ring light for a week and I really like it.I discovered there were no instructions when I opened up everything. It's not the end of the world, but it would have been good to have received one double-sided sheet of paper, directions in an email, or a link to the YouTube video I eventually had to discover. Even so, the YouTube video doesn't cover all. It does demonstrate how the stand functions as well as how to join the various parts. It took me a few minutes to realize that the legs must be pulled 180 degrees the other way before they can be used to support anything upright because they come with the opposite legs flipped 180 degrees. It also includes an additional plug, which I assume is for users in Europe.Two sets of snap-on filters are included, one for cool lighting and the other for warm illumination. Although I doubt I'll ever use the warm, it's great to have it in the package anyhow. Additionally, a carry case for the light—not the stand—is included. The stand should have at least featured a collapsible handle or other carrying convenience. A bluetooth control is also included in the kit for capturing photos and beginning and stopping recordings. Amazingly, it comes with instructions in its own package.The light is fantastic in and of itself. It is an LED, which is ideal for energy conservation and produces less heat. Under the ring light, there is a knob that may be used to dim the light as well as turn it on. This lamp has a LOT of brightness. It's absurd. I really like how the phone holder fits in the middle of the ring. You can actually screw in your excellent camera for pictures or films if you remove the phone holder.I'm quite pleased with this buy all around. I used the ring light to take the picture I've shared. I actually wanted the 18", but since this light is $100 less, I'm satisfied.

Besides yesterday's mascara, I didn't wear any makeup when I shot the photos. In order to highlight the brightness, I also took these photos in a room that was entirely dark. That light is so brilliant, my husband jokingly remarked, "I feel like I'm going to be questioned!"Additionally, you may mount the camera either in portrait or landscape mode to the light. Although this is great for angling, you do have to fool with it to keep it level. The attachment is quite easy, has some nice strength, and can spin on the mount.Although I haven't tried placing anything to grab it under the feet, the tripod's legs are also sturdy but don't stay placed well. It's probably simple to change that.I'd definitely buy this lamp again!
