I bought this towel ring and the matching toilet paper holder to update the bathroom. It's incredible the difference new fixtures can make. It feels strong and like it will endure well over time. It looks fantastic. The fact that it didn't come with installation instructions (whereas the toilet paper holder did) leads me to believe that this ring was either a return or that they simply forgot to include them. I could probably figure it out because I'm handy, but I'm aware that some customers would find that problematic. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would make another from this line.

I wouldn't hang anything heavier than a hand towel, personally.The plastic component surprised me, but it makes sense given that all the others are twice as expensive. Since it has only been up for one day, I can't comment to its durability. But it was incredibly simple to put up, and I really appreciate how sleek it looks.However, I do not suggest applying the included "nail-free auxiliary sticker" for 48–72 hours after it has been glued on. When I first saw its texture, I had my concerns, but I went ahead and did it. After 18 hours, however, I chickened out and removed it very slowly and gently, only to leave lumps of residue and a spot of peeled off paint behind. My bathroom has poor flat paint, yet it still exists. If you're concerned, use painters tape.Additionally, unlike the clear in the promotional images, the adhesive is white and extremely thick.

Yes, I still use this product and I like it. However, there are some "fine print" provisions that you should be aware of. Let me start by saying that it is quite sturdy and stays on the wall. I mean, not really, but you get what I mean, I could nearly cling on to this thing. This object won't become heavier from the soap. We had it on the tile for more than a month before I one day returned home and discovered it on the shower floor. Weird. After I put it back up, it fell an hour later. I was unable to understand it. So I gave it another go after cleaning the suction cup. It kept up without any issues this time. So, if the suction cup was always on the tile, how in the world did it get dirty. It turns out that if you spray cleaning solution on your tile and it drips down and comes in contact with the suction cup's top, the negative pressure will gradually release and the suction cup will fall. The "fine print" is as follows: after cleaning, remove this from the wall and then reinstall it.
