Second, plywood is more dimensionally stable than regular wood. This means that it is less likely to expand or contract in extreme weather conditions. Finally, plywood is more water resistant than

In my scrollsaw work, Baltic birch is a common material. I frequently discover patches in my plywood. This is not a problem for me because I can either utilize two-sided projects to get around it or add the patch to the project's hidden back side. I looked through each board in my order to look for flaws. I was surprised to discover that no component had a patch. I could only find a few pieces with extremely small knots, which I could either use as accent points or put on the project's back. This is, in a nutshell, exactly what I have come to anticipate from Baltic birch plywood. This is a great place to get plywood because of the exceptional quality of the wood and the fact that my box arrived the day after I ordered it.

You will adore this plywood if you own a K40 or equivalent blue box Chinese laser cutting.Without modifying the laser cutter or cutting the plywood, the sheet fits within the K40 and precisely beneath the exhaust vent. You can simultaneously cut and engrave with CorelLaser. Run an engraving operation with this plywood and a stock K40 for around 10mA at 9mm/s. Run two passes of 15-20 ma at 3 mm/s for cutting. Wonderfully effective!***Your settings will alter if you are using an updated K40 with an 18mm lens and air assist.***I have used this to make wood business cards, Christmas ornaments, pen cases, and SO MANY other things.Well worth the money. The cost per sheet comes to less than $1!I created little item storage containers similar to those sold at Harbor Freight. For little ones and $1 for larger ones, I charged.50 a piece. Then I constructed a cabinet (from MDF) to house them. This plywood is AMAZING.Get it now. You won't regret doing it.This review was not in any way compensated, reimbursed, or conducted at a reduced cost.

-What I liked: This is a top-notch product overall. The wood appears to be devoid of knots and cracks. It has a wonderful wood grain appearance, and the color of each piece is consistent. Each piece's thickness is constant and matches its label (1/8"). It is a perfect rectangle that perfectly matches the 12" x 24" specifications and has excellent, straight sides.-What I didn't like: My only quibble is that the middles of two of the six sheets were slightly distorted (see attached photo). Most individuals probably won't find this to be a problem because it isn't significant enough. But this can be a big deal for folks like myself who wish to utilize it for laser cutting.-Seller Comments: Woodpeckers emailed me several times to let me know when my order shipped and to request feedback after it arrived. The way that customer support reached out and handled product quality was extremely admirable. They appear to genuinely be interested in client pleasure.I should mention that I choose not to ask for a replacement because I believe I can at least correct the warps on my own. For what it's worth, I take Woodpeckers at their word when they stated in their emails that they would provide refunds and replacements if the product did not live up to expectations. Additionally, I don't hold them responsible for the wood's warping because it's thin plywood, which is particularly susceptible to warping due to shifting transportation conditions (e.g. big temperature variations). If I could, I'd give 4.5 stars.Soon, I'll test this product with the laser cutters. I'll probably get more in the future if it works properly.
