Since we started using it three weeks ago, my partner has only been able to complete a few and I have only just managed eight. If you aren't used to this kind of exercise, it truly is that challenging. Following a precise plan for 21 days that specifies your sets and reps for standard, broad, and close push-up positions, you can retest yourself after discovering your initial maximum.After the first day, I actually experienced muscle soreness in muscles I was unaware I had (the deltoids in particular). I did change the recommended method in the plan and did all sets and reps at a good steady pace, taking breaks as necessary to allow me to complete the workout.Did all of this work yield any results, you ask? On the follow-up test 21 days later, my partner had progressed to 10 push-ups (to be clear, they are performed using the ideal push-up, not simply standard floor push-ups), while I had reached 22. For her it's 10 times as many as day 1 and for me it's roughly 3 times as many. Additionally, my upper torso and arm muscles are becoming more defined. These are wonderful things. These handles have always made me laugh, and I've written them off as a method for some guy to take advantage of the public. After all, until I tried them, I could perform my damn pushups just fine without them. They ACT: 1) lessen wrist strain, but I never experienced this when performing barehanded pushups. However, these DO let you adopt alternate hand positions that would be otherwise impossible. 2) provide a deeper stretch at the bottom of the movement, making it easier to hit the chest with more force. 3) Give yourself additional flexibility when performing pushups with lifted feet.Three final points: these things are pretty solid, contrary to my first worries that they might not support a heavier person (I'm between 290 and 300 pounds). I'm pleased I opted against purchasing the more expensive models that allow your hands to spin. I find that if I just explode a little at the top, I can easily correct mid-set at the top of the movement. 3) A material that appears to be excellent is used to rubberize the grips and the bottom. I haven't tried it on any other surfaces, but it flawlessly grips carpet and ceramic tile. Although I've only had these items for a short while, the rubberized material appears to be incredibly durable.These are a fantastic product all around. I wouldn't exchange it for any of the more expensive alternatives.

I purchased N1Fit pushup equipment because I wanted to add a low-cost piece to my existing training equipment because I work from home, because I didn't want to spend the money to create it myself, and because I wanted something I could take with me on trips. I haven't used them frequently enough to comment on their minimal impact, but I don't experience any strain while performing a 30 rep set.3. These are practically weightless, making transportation simple. I can carry them for a cross-fit regimen on trail runs (yeah I could use what nature give me but that can be hit and miss). It is also simple to disassemble.4. I don't worry about breaking these while doing pushups because I weigh 183 pounds.5. My only complaint is that it is non-slip. The end caps for the floor pipes are plastic, while the hand cushions are soft foam. For greater grip, I would prefer if they were rubber. Because I have hardwood floors, I'm cautious about slipping. However, I can honestly say that I have never had a case where these have slipped. Just keep this feature in mind.The slip piece is insufficient to keep these from losing a star. The product information is accurate, and these are a great buy given the price. Avoid overanalyzing your purchase. Don't believe you need hefty grade materials or bells and whistles. You push up.

You could perform the exercises without this product, but if you're a novice like me, this is the best you can get. This is just a template for push-ups. You are compelled to perform the exercises with appropriate form and posture as a result! It is something that novices like me who transition from being a couch potato to an active person deal with. On the Amazon Warehouse open box website, I noticed that this item was discounted and offered for sale. I've always wanted one but have never had the opportunity to get one.All of the product's components were still packed in their original packaging when it was delivered in its factory case. That was a wonderful surprise because I had assumed it had been used, but it appeared to be fresh new. I put it together in about 10 minutes because the assembly directions were simple to follow. It also included an allen wrench and a hex wrench, along with all the other equipment you'd need for assembly.Interestingly, I placed it over our kitchen's threshold because that was the only doorway without a swinging door. I intend to leave it up the majority of the time because we can still walk below it without worrying about hitting our heads on it. Therefore, it is now quite handy for me to perform a few pull-ups every time I enter the kitchen. It's the newest novelty in the house, and my teenagers give it a go as well. Hey kids, don't get any ice cream until you do 2-3 pull-ups.
