Today's delivery of the Land Wave ramps was unpacked by my 13-year-old son. He linked them side by side after initially arranging them in a "A" frame. I questioned him about the new ramps after he had skated hard for around 20 minutes. He spoke three words. BEAST! Regards, dad!The inexpensive ones that we have function reasonably well. For the price, the Land Wave set's plastic quality and durability are excellent.They are much better because they lock together. I came across a review that bemoaned how difficult it was to separate the ramps. They are difficult to separate by design, in my opinion. Since they need to be strong when joined, the fit needs to be snug. They would fall apart in usage if they were simple to disassemble.In conclusion, don't wait to purchase these. Worth every cent, and I also received free shipping! Enjoy!

Even better than anticipated, the ramp! The ramp has rubber feet that keep it in place, and the riding surface is very thick and durable. The ramp weighs over 40 pounds, so as long as it isn't on a surface that is slick, it will remain put just fine. Since freshpark ramps are the best ramps on the market, I intend to get another one shortly. Additionally, they contain side openings that allow you to join several ramps together for a wider jump.I bought a second ramp to connect to the first one because I enjoyed it so much.

The Powell Rib-Bones I skated in the 1980s are very different from modern Rib-Bones. The Powell "Rat Nuts" t-nuts that came with the older Rib-Bones were wider, had only four holes, and were far more secure than tiny wood screws. These are only secured in place by wood screws, are significantly more slender, and have five holes. Fortunately, I'm not as aggressive with the rail slide as I was 30 years ago, so the strength of the wood screws doesn't seem to be an issue. Additionally, I observe professional riders using these rails to perform lengthy rock 'n' roll boardslides in cement swimming pools. Thus, the wood screws must be sufficiently secure. If you don't have to drill holes in the deck for the rail mounting hardware, setup is quicker and there is less chance of damaging the deck. I am aware that few people these days even utilize rails. However, I'm an old man who enjoys using outdated equipment and ancient boards. I continue to utilize rib bones because they are effective.

This rail is quite good for its inexpensive cost. The paint is beautiful and sleek and not sticky. When you look at it, it appears to be a little short—just about 5 feet—but if you start at the beginning, there is enough area to slide and it is just the right length. It can be a little challenging to turn out of boardslides and other things because the highest setting is still very low. However, the height makes it simpler to shift weight on top of the board, making it excellent for new grinds for novices. When you skate it, you notice that it carries weight without any problems despite initially feeling creaky. Excellent rail; nevertheless, I took away one star because of how light it is. Carrying it is simple, but if you aren't careful, it can topple over quickly. If it had heavier feet, that would be the deciding factor; perhaps this would be a feature for the following model. Sand bags or bench press weights would work just fine for buyers to utilize to secure it. Overall, a fantastic rail for the money.

Although mine was missing some components, the customer service was excellent and helped me with my problem. Personally, I dislike the flat, rounded bar. Compared to either a flat bar or a completely round bar, I find it difficult to lock in on, but perhaps that is just me.
