I purchased two of these chairs. After some time, one of them broke. The folding mechanism became stuck and stopped folding flat. When I contacted the business, they responded by first sending me a pre-paid shipping label for the return and a replacement chair. So, despite my disappointment that the chair broke so quickly, I was pleased with the service at the time.Fast-forward a little more than a year, and now both of our seats are problematic. Along the seams of the cushions, the material is torn on both seats, and the folding mechanism on one of the chairs is once more broken. Now, the manufacturer DOES stand behind the LIFETIME warranty that is included with these chairs. The big GOTCHA, though, is that I have to cover the cost of the return freight this time. These are quite substantial boxes, particularly the one for the chair that no longer folds flat. Consequently, the shipment costs the same as a new chair. PICNIC TIME did nicely; good job. While looking for parts to create my own heated seat, I came upon this device. I had no idea this item even existed! I had the concept that there must be a better way after sitting on the chilly metal bleachers at my daughter's high school soccer tournament in January. I got to test out the seat at the following game after receiving it. I didn't think it was essential because the temperature was in the 40s, but I still wanted to check whether it would actually make a difference. On the maximum setting, I ran the seat for around three hours while only using about 1/4 of the battery's 10,000mAh capacity. The following games were not chilly enough to employ the warming component due to the Texas weather, but the design of the seat made it much more pleasant than standing on the bleachers. I had another opportunity to employ the heat component last night. It was 36 degrees outside, with winds gusting to 23 mph and continuing at 12 mph. It was shiver-inducing! When I reached the stands, I opened the seat and sat comfortably heated while those around me warmed themselves with propane heaters and blankets. Our granddaughter just received her college diploma. An all-concrete bleacher stadium with sharply edged, flat seats and a 90-degree flat vertical back served as the seating for the ceremony. And to top it all off, a chilly drizzle graced the day. There was nothing better than the Alpcour seat. We were all completely comfy in these seats the entire five hours that we were seated there. I adored it! Having a stopover in Sydney, Australia, on a long flight. Soon after flight, I inflated this baby while receiving strange looks from my seatmates. great sleep Here are a few things:1. It inflates with less air than you may imagine. Depending on your size, maybe one or two breaths. If you put too much in, it might burst when you sit on it, in my opinion.2. Just slightly overinflate it, then slightly open the valve to achieve the ideal cushion.3. It isn't that big; it's just big enough for an airplane seat. but ideal for my requirements4. Ensure the valve is placed in the back rather than underneath your leg. I could feel it squeezing into my thigh till I turned it.5. It would be better if you placed fabric in your path. otherwise might start sweating. Perfect would be a pillowcase.6. It folds up quite compactly. hardly no room was taken up.7. Its size when being transported is why I gave it four stars. I'm dragging around a shell like a turtle. The drink's pocket is a little too small, which is the other factor. Most likely, a larger individual wouldn't be bothered by the size. The pocket will undoubtedly enlarge with continued use. It was so lightweight and comfortable that I was able to carry it by my side. Overall, I would repurchase it because of the comfort and convenience it offers. (Changing the back support was an option that appealed to me.)
