I have a pretty nice pair of loose-fitting business pants. Furthermore, they lack belt loops. So, in order to make them, I watched a video on how to add some elastic to the rear of the top band of the super-cute pants. What can I say in this regard? It is a black, elastic cord. For end caps on a scope, I needed it. The stretch of the original was gone. This was too big to tie and put back together. I attempted to make the ends mushroom by heating them and pressing them against something heavy. than anticipated, this worked well.The end worked after being mushroomed, but not for long. The yarn I am using right now is knotted on the ends and adhered with super glue.

I got this because I planned to use elastic for a lot of DIY projects and I wanted to have plenty on hand to be able to sew freely without being concerned about running out. I'm 20 years old, and I only recently took up sewing as a pastime. To select what to buy, I mainly merely read reviews and compare costs. I hesitated to buy this elastic at first since it didn't have many reviews. I reasoned that it couldn't be possible to find two large rolls of elastic like this for under $8 considering that one roll of elastic at Walmart costs about $4. I was so very VERY pleasantly surprised that the elastic was both great quality and plentiful. I already sewed a really adorable mini skirt with some of the elastic and had no issues. I got this to put on my lacefront so I could wear it with an elastic band. The fact that this elastic did not shred when I cut it is by far its best quality. When cutting, make sure you are using sharp enough scissors. If you encounter fraying, sharpen your scissors or put those dull scissors down. I saw in another reviewer's comment that theirs did. I adore the larger band that fits snugly at the back of my head on my LF, which fits me snugly and tightly. Excellent elastic, excellent value for what you get.

I bought this elastic so I could attach it to the dress's waistband as I was making it. The dress was a clearance purchase and initially didn't fit quite right. When I got it home, I knew the bodice's top was a lost cause, so I used this Dritz Non-Roll Woven Elastic to transform the dress into a skirt.I like that the ends didn't fall off as soon as I cut a length off. The elastic did not degrade at all while I hand-sewed the full length of it into the skirt's waistline. Although it is quite robust, the structure is not so rigid that a rigid band forms within the fabric. Since it is barely an inch broad, it serves as a discreet way of softly holding up your clothing. This worked since I myself cannot stand constrictive apparel. It fits well when you're actively moving around and has just the right amount of give to be cozy.I heartily endorse it!

I bought this for the incredibly bizarre purpose of using it to assist me get a ring off my finger. I was on a pharmaceutical regimen, and it caused my fingers to swell considerably. The ring felt unpleasant and barely moved. After watching a video where elastic was used to aid, I placed an order and waited the two days for it to come. My finger was so sore and swollen back then that it protruded around the ring. I removed the ring effectively by adhering to the instructions in the video. I didn't have to have my ring taken off and then mended, but it hurt and it only took a minute. I believe that this money was well used.
