In order to match the LightHound dog harnesses, I purchased this vest. The cost was the same as the harnesses ($59.99), which I thought was a bit excessive given how flimsier the construction feels. Within six months, one of the plastic cables that transmits the LED light broke, reducing the usefulness of the product.I like how thin and light it is, however it needs numerous AAA batteries and is not rechargeable. This indicates that while it can operate for a longer period of time on a low charge, the battery will eventually run out of power long before the red (low battery warning) light turns green. If the vest has been in the red for a time, it may be necessary to carry more batteries. I believe a rechargeable battery option for this would be advantageous.It has a variety of light settings, including solid pulse, solid strobe, solid static, rainbow pulse, rainbow strobe, and rainbow cycle. White, blue, green, purple, pink, and red are the predominant hues. Since red will tint the vest red when the battery is low, I do not advise making it your default color. After being struck by a car making a right turn as I was walking in a crosswalk with the pedestrian light in my favor, I decided to buy this item. I was hurt, but I'm grateful that they were only minor head injuries like bruises and stitches. Although I'm sure the vehicle simply missed me, I took that as a warning to buy a more noticeable/reflective vest. I got a large size using the sizing guide so that I could wear multiple layers of clothing to accommodate the different seasons. Although I do find the adjustable arm/ankle bands desire to slip on my rain gear, I have been happy with the purchase thus far. The velcro side closures are really effective, and the neck hole is broad enough so that it does not irritate my neck. The zipped vest pocket is conveniently situated on the front of the vest, but I haven't utilized it yet. It features a tiny storage pocket of its own constructed of the same mesh as the vest. For the quality that was delivered, I think the price was reasonable.

Unlike other sleeves, this one is unique. Other sleeves were either too tight, too loose, or not placed properly. The foot has several bones, which can cause a variety of issues. This sleeve fits well over the hand. Because of its multidirectional compression, it consistently and everywhere operates on the foot. It is excellent for injuries because of its medium compression. It is cozy enough to wear while participating in sports to prevent injuries (or just walking around like I get mine). The key is to accurately measure it first. Even our nearby broad street is dangerous at night to walk the dog on. You must be visible to cars from a distance. These undoubtedly assist. In the early morning hours, I commute by bike to work. The way trucks and SUVs were barreling by me just 2 feet from my handlebars bothered me. Revision (3/9/18) One lesson learned from my experience that might be helpful to others is that it's wise to let the vital electronics air out after most runs. Although it just takes a moment, the procedure seems to be effective in increasing the life of my lights. The idea is to carefully remove the guts, remove the battery(s), and let it dry. Here are some images. The clear strip doesn't have to be completely removed in order for this to work; in fact, doing so would take much longer. (Inside, there are two channels. One is accurate, the other untrue.)In essence, you approach this as if you were changing batteries: pull back the flexible black material to expose the battery and circuitry, take the entire thing out a few inches, remove the battery(s), store it somewhere dry for a few hours, and then reverse the process.Even after a few monsoon-related, three-hour runs I had in the previous 30 days, drying out the battery compartment has kept my lights at 100% and there is no corrosion, oxidation, or other concerns. I need my hardware to be able to handle virtual immersion while running, but it seems that it is my responsibility to give it time to recover sensibly, ideally like my legs and core do after a long run. :-)Revision (12/8/17) The rating has been changed from two to four stars. After speaking with the business, they swiftly and easily sent out a second set. (Incidentally, these are designated as "Type II" on the package, and they each take two CR2016 batteries rather than one CR2032. I measured them with a caliper just out of curiosity, and the thickness of two CR2016s is precisely the same as one CR2032. The vendor/seller was eager to assist and completely devoted to finding a solution. More is beyond your reach. My last worry is that these lights' architecture will cause them to fail once more if they come into contact with dampness. I'm going to sweat on these whether it's raining, snowing, dry, or next to a wildfire. I'll raise the rating to five stars if they last a year with only battery replacements. I'll reduce it to two if they fail once more in five months.(11/29/17) 50% fail after five months, and the road to recovery is not so straightforward.
