Despite not taking up much room, the size of 4 feet is adequate for use.2. It is somewhat stable; certainly, if you attempt to make it wobble, it will wobble slightly, but I won't be doing anything that calls for a rock-solid surface.3. When I want to convert the space into a bedroom, it is simple to fold it up and store it.4. The leg braces are made so that I can place plastic drawer units underneath them, which is the best feature. Under it, I have two craft store units. One measures 15 "15" wide by 23.5" high. The other measures 12"W x 15"D x 24." "height. The braces don't obstruct any drawers. I can easily slide my desk chair up to the space between the two units and work comfortably. The majority of my evaluation is with utilizing this table outside in the unpredictable Midwest weather. Since we've just used it outside for the past three months, it's held up fairly well. This review includes pictures.After doing a lot of research on quality/price, I found this table while seeking for a wood table for our patio. Despite the fact that there are undoubtedly production problems, I believe it to be a very decent table for the price. Due to the fact that the holes needed to assemble the support bar underneath DO NOT LINE UP, it is quite difficult to make that work, what should have taken an hour to assemble took three times as long. But this is your table if you have the time and resources to do it. The table also had a gouge or chip in the middle, but we decided to keep it anyhow rather than deal with returning it.The wood is lovely and appears to be enduring the rain, humidity, and sun nicely. Only a few times this summer have we covered it, and even though the wood has somewhat faded, it still looks nice given that we haven't given it any weather protection. It should last through a few Midwest summers if you add extra weatherproofing. Teak oil will undoubtedly aid in restoring some sheen. For the winter, we'll either store it or cover it.Since there is room between the slats, liquids like water will fall through. I did quickly photograph the slats so you could see that they are probably hardly wider than a centimeter. Six people can sit at the table, but it fits snugly. The legs are made of a robust brownish-gray metal that complements the wood beautifully.Here is a short list of some benefits and drawbacks. This is what the family and I use while camping. With this little, space-efficient table, you have plenty of room. The mesh side could use more lattice metal to provide a more robust surface for gripping objects, in my opinion. Sometimes when I set something down, it falls through or the grill won't sit properly until I adjust the foot spacing. The grill rack must be entirely opened in order to utilise this table, even if you don't need it. The paper towel holder, garbage ring, tiny hooks, and handle are the extras that have been added. This is a great item in some circumstances, but make sure it is what you need.

reasonable caliber came with instructions and all the pieces. Be careful that unless a person is aware of how near the lower metal frame is, they may likely hit their shins when sitting down because of the space between the tabletop's outside edge and the lower support frame. The problem might be resolved if the tabletop were about 2" broader all the way around. Leg room is the only problem with the four we bought.

I must give it a 4 star rating because the last leg we attached to the table had screws that did not screw in properly. Fortunately, we were able to fill the gap with a few washers and fix it. After moving it outside, we discovered a manufacturing flaw on one side of the table that was sharp and nearly cut my finger. I was able to file it down, try to smooth it out a bit, and tape it over. Apart than that, it is a lovely table even without an umbrella. I didn't want to return it because there might be another flaw. Sometimes it's impossible to avoid, and it's too hefty to ship back. The table is extremely attractive!
