Porch Swing Hanging Kit, Enpoint 440 Lbs Capacity Hammock Spring Suspension Swing Hangers for Swings Hammock Chair Ceiling Mount Porch Swings Rust Resistant Springs Review:

Prior to a few weeks ago, I had never before laid in a hammock. One of the priciest brands belongs to a friend of mine. I wanted a means to hang the hammock I bought from Amazon. We don't have two close enough trees:Purple in the middle, with grey edges and straps. The stand was actually a Warehouse Deals clearance item that I bought, and it was in perfect condition. Putting it together the first time took me about 10 minutes because I had never strung a hammock before. Since I already understand how everything fits together, I'm confident that the next time won't take as long. The setup is quite simple! The instructions that come with this stand are, in my opinion, simple to follow.Last weekend, I spent a good chunk of time in this hammock and dozed off for about an hour. I currently weigh 185 pounds and am 5'2". Although I haven't used it yet, the stand seems strong enough to support two persons in the hammock. Despite the fact that it was quite windy that day, I had it outside on the grass and had no problems with it trying to topple over or being knocked over by the wind.

Vivere C9POLY-13 Hammock, Aqua Review:

You should be aware of the following about me before reading this review:1. I was already lazy, but this is ridiculous2. It turns out that I actually DO appreciate getting wrapped up like a banana.3. I am a 175-pound woman in my 40s.4. I haven't owned it very long, so I can't speak to its longevity.5. I purchased the cotton item with a Salsa design and a charcoal frame. I INTENTIONALLY spend days, sometimes even weeks, researching any purchase above $100 before making it. Because I want to address as many problems as I can, this is absurdly lengthy.Assembly: I did have some difficulty putting it together, however the lack of WD40 greatly hindered my efforts. It's not difficult to put together; it's simply uncomfortable when done by one person because the holes that should line up are on the bottom. You have to twist them in, and it's challenging for one person to hold both pieces while also being able to see the holes at once (my fit a touch snug, but no bashing or changes were required).I switched the feet after assembly because they weren't flat on the ground. The feet are not interchangeable, despite the fact that they appear to be similar (bless his heart! ), according to one reviewer (or were backwards, not sure). But after being switched, one side wouldn't go in far enough for the screw, so I flipped it over, and it went in much more easily. Some reviewers assert that their instructions made this distinction; mine, however, did not. I WILL use WD40 to make the job simpler the next time when I do take it apart (probably not until the end of summer). My balcony measures 10 by 6 feet, including the 44-inch railing. I double-checked my measurements in the vain hope that this would fit. With many inches to spare, it does. When the sling is attached, I do have to walk over it to enter and exit the door, but I have plenty of room to swing (I have it set up on the diagonal to also accomodate a tiny patio table and one chair) and I'm loving every second of it. When the sling is removed, it really only occupies a small amount of space, consisting of two stands with a short bar in between (about 4 ft). I could easily pull out the other chair and enjoy the balcony as if the hammock weren't even there if the sling wasn't attached.I am not a small person, therefore I can completely enclose myself in the fabric for a nap. I feel like I'm hiding in a fort, only outside and in the open (I like to conceal my face and all). like a bad guy I occasionally have to resist the impulse to scream, "You can't see me!" whenever a bystander crosses the sidewalk in front of my flat. I spoke too much.I get the finest swing movement when I'm lying perpendicular, therefore that's my preferred position. I'm not sure if I could extend my legs all the way without my head dropping off, but I prefer to keep the motion continuing by keeping at least one foot on the ground (or at the very least sticking out to touch the railing).Comfort: Because I prefer to sleep on my side, I was a little concerned about the situation. In no way! (Villains don't lie on their backs, so you need to be prepared to act at a moment's notice. And what sort of freak would I be laying on my back, screaming at whole strangers?) Although a little pillow would be more comfy, my outside pillow is too large and makes me feel more at ease without it. No matter WHAT bizarre position I manage to take, I couldn't sleep on my back if I tried it on a bed, but it's all I can do to remain awake in this monster. I do have back issues, and it's fantastic not to have any pressure areas, as others have said! Given the nature of a hammock, I really didn't understand how it was possible (you'd think the weight would be evenly distributed throughout), but it truly doesn't work that way, at least not in the way that it feels. It is real.

Best ChoiceProducts Double Hammock with Space Saving Steel Stand Includes Portable Carrying Case, Red Review:

I love this hammock! Buy without hesitation. Everything arrived really carefully packaged, and it took me less than 5 minutes to assemble it from beginning to end. Additionally, a toddler and a six-year-old were "helping" me. It's an excellent hammock, truly. both sturdy and cozy. From 50 pounds to 225 pounds, we have all used it. Even a carrying case with a laminated instruction card for disassembling and reassembling is included. I just can't think of anything bad to say about it. After using it for a while, I'll try to post an update, but for far, it's a dream!I strive to use a product thoroughly before writing an honest and detailed evaluation. If my review helped you decide whether to buy or not, kindly assist me by clicking yes! I'm grateful.

Sunnydaze 550-Pound Capacity Universal Multi-Use Heavy-Duty Steel Hammock Stand, 2 Person, Fits Hammocks 9 to 14 Feet Long, Black Review:

I searched Amazon for a few metal hammock stands with the intention of placing one in my living room. I finally decided on this one. Measure the area first if you intend to use this hammock stand indoors; it is little longer than 10' in length. Although I have not used it outside, I believe it would function just as well in a backyard.initial impressions It arrived in a long, thin rectangular package, which I opened. The package was in excellent shape. Before looking at the assembly instructions, I removed each part, which was likewise in wonderful shape, and set it out on the floor (see attached photo). All of the metal components were spotlessly clean! I was pleasantly pleased by how clean the parts were, as many brand-new metal furniture items have manufacture residues/oils or dirt on them (yes, even including the few bolts for assembly.) Wonderful! The stand came fully assembled; no tools were needed for assembly. With such a straightforward design, the instructions were only a visual diagram, which is truly all that was required. It was a rather simple process, and it only took me about 20 minutes to put this together on my own. Given that it is a metal hammock stand, I only set it up a few feet from where I intended to position it, and it appeared simple enough to install. I used a pair of pliers as my final action to tighten the four bolts. Assembly complete!A nylon camping hammock that hooks over the two S-hooks is how I set this up. I can't comment on the quality or functionality of the included chains because I haven't needed to use them with this hammock. It's good that it only takes a couple of seconds to attach or remove the hammock from its support. The stand came with four substantial plastic feet that look like they would hold up over time. The feet are strong and complement the rest of the stand well.Although I'm not sure whether it can fit through a conventional doorway while fully completed, maybe just the base bars could be removed if you wanted to place the stand through a regular sized opening, it seems to be simple enough to shift around if necessary. The base bars merely snap out with the button, so there are no screws or bolts needed to remove them (although they seem to be nice and sturdy while assembled.)I'm quite happy with this stand overall! Even though I've only had it for a single day, I have no hesitation in recommending it to others or purchasing another one for a different location. It was nice and easy to put together, and all of the pieces were sent in good order and condition. It is robust, quiet, and does not wobble. I don't have much more to say about this stand; I spent $90 for it, and I'm not getting paid to write this review. I'm just genuinely happy with my choice. I enjoy using my hammock a lot.Edit: After having this for a few weeks, the stand has recently started to creak whenever the hammock rocks. It truly irritates me. I'll try applying some grease to the hooks because I believe that's where the problem is coming from to see if that makes a difference. Once I do, I'll update once more.Update 2: Using a paper towel, I applied a very small amount of oil on the 'S' hooks that are located atop the stand's two ends. All of the squeaking was halted by this! It is silent right now. Hooray! I can now relax in my hammock in peace. It's been almost a month since I purchased this stand, and I'm still happy with it.

really simple to install

Best Choice Products 15ft Steel Beam Hammock Stand, Weather-Resistant w/ Adjustable Hanging Hooks, Powder-Coated Finish Review:

In my backyard, I wanted a stand for a hammock. I wanted to be able to hang my 13-foot, two-person hammock because I live in a newer development and there aren't any mature trees there. It was really simple to assemble the stand. I could hang the hammock at the ideal height using the chains that came with it by simply adjusting the link in the hooks. Since the stand is rather substantial, I'm not really concerned that it will shift. Additionally, it has very lengthy legs underneath it, making the chance of it toppling over quite remote. I loved that it came half put together and that I could complete it without using any equipment! I finished in under five minutes. Since I am a woman, it was crucial to me that it not be too heavy for me to move alone. It is not so heavy that I couldn't move it. Each exposed end has a cap to prevent water from seeping in. It will also be very simple to deconstruct it after the summer and store it for the winter. With the purchase, I'm quite pleased. I did not given a discount and paid full price for this.

FDW Hammock Chair Stands Hanging Hammock Stands,C Stand Outdoor Solid Steel Heavy Duty Stand Only Construction for Hanging Hammock Air Porch Swing Chair Indoor Review:

extremely sturdy frame easy to assemble includes a nut driver and an allen wrench. The base is held together by two bolts and nuts, while the top and bottom of the tube are connected by two bolts. has a little carabiner that you may use to secure your chair. with a 300-pound capacity. You could want to add extra padding under the feet or apply some rubber dip to them, depending on where you place your chair. The feet might destroy a wood floor, in my opinion. You might want to buy a spring depending on the type of chair you have. I purchased one, but it hangs a little low for my 220-pound frame. It's okay for them because it's for the kids.

Giantex Hammock Stand, Hanging Hammock Chair C Stand Solid Steel Construction for Hammock Air Porch Swing Chair Review:

bought last week. Set up after arriving a day early. a few noteworthy points. 1) This will work if you're seeking for a chair stand for gravity swing chairs (also known as Ez swing or SoCo Swing). I tried three additional stands, but they were not properly "formed." Even though this stand takes up more space than I had hoped, it functions. 2) I would advise placing a rug or mat under it as you install it if you are installing on a hard surface that could scratch up. I somewhat scratched up the concrete porch that is stained. To prevent tilting and movement after installation, you might want to cut a rubber pad and place it underneath the entire four-leg area. (Home supply business near the tile section sells non-slip mats that are cut to size from a bolt.) 3) The directions are INACCURATE. I have a picture of the directions posted. In step 1, they listed the wrong Bolt. Additionally, since you want the post's "hole" to slide in, do not attach the bolt and nut. The post won't fit if you tighten it. Additionally, it is crucial that the protruding C section in step 2 is placed over the two shorter legs. If not, the post won't fit onto the first bolt and slide in. Once the first post is in place, tighten the two long bolts with the supplied tools. It will tip more easily if these are not tight. The third step in the diagram somewhat resembled a "China-made" item. Despite not being the ideal fit, it did fit with some muscle. The A and B posts are slightly out of alignment at the junction, but otherwise everything is snug and secure. Hope this was useful.

Best Choice Products Hammock C Stand Solid Steel Construction Hammock Air Porch Swing Chair New Review:

It seems that the unfavorable reviews may have originated from previous models? In contrast to the images of the damaged stands in the reviews, mine came with a sizable strengthening where the base weld meets the stand. Additionally, holes not aligning up is mentioned in several reviews. That's not the only difference between mine and theirs; instead of using bolts, mine used screws to attach to threaded holes in the stand. This far, extremely strong. I'll let you know if it changes.
