NEWS REGARDING THE NEIGHBORS: Therefore, I stated in my first assessment that the neighbors would assume we had a torch lit. Well, that did occur! Haha! The neighbor claimed that she saw them at 11 p.m. one night and was ready to contact us to let us know that we had left our torches lit, but she held off because she didn't want to wake us or our infant. She watched them for a while before recognizing they weren't flames (although it did take her some time to understand!). She eventually asked me where I purchased them so she could place an order. Coming soon: a tiki party in the neighborhood.I initially bought one of these, original review. My husband and I thought it was the coolest thing when I placed it outside. He even said, "We'll hear from one of the neighbors thinking we left a torch lit," which made me laugh. I placed an order for a second one because I felt bad for not obtaining 2. I did, however, unintentionally order a third. My husband really likes them, so instead of returning it, he wanted to keep all 3. It's very difficult to predict how many we'll have in the end!

Our solar torches are fantastic (aka tiki torches). One of our friends inquired how often we needed to fill them with oil because they give off the impression that they are contained tiki torches with genuine flames from a distance. The best part about them is that they NEVER. If you have ever filled tiki torches, you are aware of how filthy the work is. They surround the lower part of our flagstone patio. Every night before I go to bed, I stare down at them because it makes me feel so calm and at ease, just like I was back on the island of Maui. I once got up in the middle of the night and they were still going strong, so I know the solar power lasts at least 8 hours. I saw other lights that were only around 31 inches tall, but these ones are almost 43 inches tall. Despite being plastic, they appear to be sturdy. And at night, exactly like the genuine flame on a real tiki torch, your eyes are pulled to the flickering false flame. In this instance, fake is preferable because there is no risk of fire, no need to replenish the oil, and no requirement to light them when desired. We have never turned ours off, however these feature an ON/OFF option in case you don't want them on. Having never seen these lights in person, I was on the fence about purchasing them. We are so glad we did now. Additionally, when one of the boxes was missing the extra extensions needed to make the lights 43 inches tall, LAMPFUT LTD was a pleasure to work with. The additional extensions arrived to me in three days. Their customer service, which appears to be less common in the modern world, particularly pleased me. I'd absolutely make another purchase from them.

I decided to try these after reading the rave reviews, and they are just as fantastic as everyone claimed they would be! The flickering flame is so lifelike that, even from 10 feet away, you cannot tell that it is not a real flame. They lighted right out of the box and kept lit for more than 8 hours the first night. These seem to be accurate. My garden appears to have actual tourches. That they are solar is great. simple to activate. It runs all night long. For the tall or short, it has poles. I like to watch them while relaxing outside. very simple to assemble built tough, not with cheap plastic. ideal for gardens or walkways. Because of the cost, I was initially hesitant to buy. Absolutely, it is worthwhile. They significantly alter the garden's appearance. so soothing to watch

Although shorter than the original canister, the canisters are in good condition. There is just about an inch and a half of space left at the bottom of my holder, but the easy pour top is a good feature, and they will still function.

These have a relative value when I take into account how much fuel I spilled, how it became diluted with rainfall when there were heavy winds and the top blew off, and the issues with the refillable torches, but they do the job. Near the edge of the Everglades by about 300 yards, we have a lakeside home in Florida. Although we aren't made of money, these actually work. Since I attract mosquitoes, I can always tell the difference. I use four, placing one at each corner of our yard or, depending on the situation, more upwind. Unlike refilling canisters, which simply have a gravity-cap, they can be resealed (if at all). In Southeast Florida, these are operating in the worst circumstances possible.

These were simple to press into the ground and unbox. I adore how they appear, and despite extremely strong winds, the caps don't blow off, which is fantastic because you don't want the wics to get wet.My only two complaints are that 1) it's difficult to check the liquid level when filling, which is small, and 2) when I put mine outside to mow the lawn, they tipped over and became promptly dented.This is a great product for the price and the way they appear and function, and I'll probably buy another pair.

What a fantastic price for such a fantastic product! I'm delighted, free of mosquitoes, and absolutely enjoying my torches on my back porch.
