Tacticon Laser Boresight for .223 Rem 5.56 mm NATO for Zeroing Sight in with Rifle | Zero Bore Sighter Lasers for Rifles | 556 223 Boresighter Lazer Review:

I sent back the first boresighter I got because it was so horribly inaccurate. A replacement was soon supplied, and it was very correct. There isn't a ring on the "shell" for the extractor to catch, therefore both boresighters have to be pulled out of the barrel with a rod from the muzzle. This appears to be a typical occurrence among boresighters and makes some sense considering that throwing the boresighter outside would likely cause damage.I stack the batteries on a little piece of cardboard with the negative side facing up, place the boresighter over them, move the cardboard to the edge of the table, place my finger beneath the boresighter, and then flip it over. If I install them one at a time, they would otherwise flip over and reverse polarity.Since I use a Holosun optic, this laser's visibility—and perhaps the visibility of all lasers—when viewed via the sight is somehow constrained. While the boresight laser is readily apparent to the human eye, it practically disappears when viewed through my Holosun. In order for me to see it, I had to focus. On a cloudy day, I was utilizing the boresighter inside a covered pavilion. On a bright sunny day, I doubt I'd be able to see it through the optic.Overall, it's a great tool that helped me save about as much ammunition as it cost.

MidTen 9mm Bore Sight Cal Red Dot Boresighter Rem Gauge with Three Batteries Review:

This boresighter is significantly bigger (longer) than I had anticipated. It seems more appropriate for a 9mm carbine or rifle. However, keep in mind that the majority of laser boresighters only have 2 batteries (RED lasers in particular). This boresighter has the extra power needed for long-distance iron sight or scope siting with 3 button batteries. The power and range of those two batteries' laser sighters are constrained. The length is the only thing I hate. I'd like to be able to insert the boresighter's magazine into my pistol. However, the length of this boresighter prevents a good fit in the magazine. I inserted it into its receiver directly from the open chamber of my Bersa BP9CC. When I finally closed the slide, I was quite relieved. In particular, because this boresighter was larger than a typical 9mm pistol boresighter, but this one didn't have that issue. With the laser securely installed in the handgun barrel, sighting in my iron sights was crisp and clean. Here, the crucial term is "firmly." Anyone considering this boresighter should be warned that because it lacks a rim, you cannot remove it with a pistol's ejector. The bore chamber of the pistol will snugly accommodate the Laser Boresighter Cartridge. To the extent that you must lock open the pistol's receiver before firmly striking the back of the slide on a hard covered surface three or four times to jar it away from the receiver chamber in order to avoid damaging the boresighter itself. Either a matted table top or a carpeted floor can be used to jar stray objects until the boresighter falls out of the chamber. This boresighter may not be the greatest choice for you if you find that type of removal distasteful, but in my opinion, it is only a tiny annoyance compared to the benefits and functions this boresighter offers, which were already mentioned in this review.

Wheeler Professional Laser Bore Sighter with Magnetic Connection, Multiple Caliber Usage and Storage Case for Scope Mounting, Gunsmithing and Maintenance Review:

Let me start by stating that this laser pointer is somewhat expensive. Having said that, this laser boresighter is priceless. What I encountered wasOn your first shot, the boresighter will put you on paper at 100 yards. You just need one shot to zero your scope within 1/4 inch if your gun typically produces small groups. Here's how to go about it: If you don't unload the pistol, you'll probably regret it.1. Set up a target at the desired shooting distance.2. Mount the boresighter to the end of the barrel and set the crosshairs' zeroing distance to the green dot.3. REMOVE the boresighter from the barrel's end, then load the weapon. Take 1 extremely precise shot that is directed at the target's exact center. On a paper plate, I used. My hit was 3" high and roughly 2" to the right.4. Next, I DELOADED the weapon. I reattached the boresighter to the barrel's end.5. The scope was still centered on the green dot when I peered down range through it. I tweaked the scope adjusters until the scope crosshairs were centered on the hole the bullet left in the target, with the green dot precisely in the middle of the target. Double check that the telescopic sights are centered on the bullet hole and that the green dot is exactly in the middle of the paper plate.6. I took the boresighter out of the barrel's end. My subsequent shot, which had the scope precisely centered in the center of the paper plate, left a hole exactly in the center of the plate.7. I took down the scope and mounted my night vision scope because my scopes have fast release scope mounts. I didn't even shoot a single shot. I just placed the dot in the center of the paper plate and turned the NV scope until the dot was in the center of the bullet hole.I fired one shot after removing the boresighter from the barrel's end. The paper plate's middle hole, which was the same as previously, was traversed by it.Given that 308 ammo typically sells for roughly $1.00 per bullet, I believe it is a waste of money to use a little amount of ammo for rifle sighting.incredibly pleased with the boresighter.Click "Yes" if you found this review to be useful. Thanks.

MidTen Bore Sight Cal Red Dot Boresighter 223 5.56mm Rem Gauge with Two Sets of Batteries Review:

I was trying to find a simple and quick "sighting in" tool. Delivery happened extremely quickly. It would have been so simple to add a sheet of paper, a half sheet of paper, and a quarter sheet of paper with a few Dos and Don'ts.I'm going to try it out at the range in a few days.Bore seen at home before going to the range, update. worked effectively and reduced the need for modification during range seeing.

Wolfroad Laser Bore Sight .22 To .50 Boresighter Kit Review:

My husband made me place this order. I gave him five stars because I didn't have to google any instructions for his illiterate self to use. In fact, it is deserving of six stars.

ADAFAZ Bore Sight Kit Green Boresighters for .22 to .50 Caliber Pistols Rifles Bore Sighter for Hunting Review:

Despite the unfavorable reviews, I still purchased this because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bore sight that would only be used sometimes. It functions as it should now that the battery is fitted. The laser appears to be off-center, but a quick test proved it is in fact centered. It is simple to use and accomplishes its intended goal of getting you on paper. A few practice shots will get you ready to go at 100 yards. Excellent cheap bore sight; suggest if you're looking for one. In addition, the green laser is easier to see in daytime and comes with the more widely available CR2 battery, which you can get just about anyplace.

Sightmark .243, .308, 7.62x54 Boresight with Red Laser Review:

Perfect! The fact that it is adjustable, which is typically necessary because almost all bore sights come off-center, is one of the reasons I purchased this one. Place the bore sight in one of the slots or grooves on the side of a metal magazine, then spin or roll it on its side while keeping an eye on the dot on the wall. This is the first thing I always do when using a bore sight, and you should too. This almost always leaves a circle-shaped mark on the wall, with larger circles leaving more of an off-center bore sight. As I rolled this one, it remained a perfectly still dot. You couldn't even tell I was spinning the dot as you were watching it. Perfect! It's adjustable, but even if it hadn't, so...

MidTen 30-06 25-06 and 270 Cartridge Laser Bore Sighter .270 Red Laser Bore Sight Cal Rem Gauge Review:

On a cloudy day, it took a scope to see 50 yards due to Canadian smoke. then didn't try any more. Could readily see with a scope at 80 yards at dusk. It is best to practise with and always insert the same side up. In this case, the writing-up was accurate to within an inch at 25 yards, and it should have been perfect at 100 yards.

PORMUCAL .243 308 or 30-06 7mm-08 Bore Sight Laser Red Dot Laser BoreSight 308 Review:

I was successfully put on paper. Easily transportable into the field and reasonably priced. If it had an on/off switch like my other laser bore sighter, I would have given it a higher rating. To turn off, batteries must be removed. It's a little inconvenient. I simply store my batteries in a tiny zip-top bag.

ADAFAZ Green Bore Sight Kit Boresighters Automatically Adjust Focus for .177 to .50 Caliber Pistols Rifles (3rd Version) Review:

It comes with a screwdriver, a battery, a very brilliant laser, instructions, and it fits in several barrels, which makes me delighted. Even at a distance, it is quite simple to see. It is very simple to put together and insert into the barrel. Its accuracy isn't flawless, like that of many other boresighters, but it can be extremely close. There might be a need for some fine tuning. The accuracy might even increase if the caliber adapters were made longer or stronger. I can only infer that since the adapters have the least amount of wiggle space, the accuracy is greatest with the lowest calibers. Naturally, it does not fit in 12-gauge shotguns, but it does fit in all other shotguns. It is quite easy to put together, and everything fits together well. Brightness or assembly were both fine for me. The on/off switch feels high-quality and is extremely lovely. This is a good alternative to help you come near to perfection for a wide range of calibers.
