Cuisinart CMD-388 Melting Dome, 6", 2-Pack Review:

Yes, you could accomplish the same task using just about any kitchen lid, including high dome pot lids or even plain foil. However, you aren't throwing another piece of metal into the landfill and/or you aren't taking the pot you required that lid for out of use to cook your rice or pasta. It's the ideal size for burgers or anything else of that size that needs a little extra smoke flavor, cheese melted, a more consistent cook temperature throughout whatever you're doing, or just a little moisture kept in the piece of fish you're working so hard to keep from drying out.Additionally, this item is simply beautifully made, looks good on your grill, and functions elegantly, as the Cuisinart brand promises. I will undoubtedly purchase a few more of these.

Oscarware Disposable Grill Topper, 16x12-Inch, Recyclable Aluminum (6 Pack) Review:

I've been using these for a while and will keep doing so. They are not particularly durable when it comes to carrying food on them and moving them back and forth without a pan beneath, but I find so many uses for them because they are easy to clean and can be reused repeatedly. I would estimate that I have cleaned and used them well over 20 times so far. I bought this set since I've finally chosen to replace my previous ones, which I've used for the previous two or three years and were a two-pack.

Premium Large Copper Grill and Bake Mats Set of 4 with Oil Brush - 15.75 X 13 inches - Non Stick BBQ Grill Mats for Grilling & Baking on Gas, Charcoal, and BBQ Grills - Easy to Clean and Reusable Review:

I only had one complaint about how well the thing worked. On a charcoal barbecue with the grill grates completely elevated off the heat source, I utilized the mats as instructed. A temperature of 350 degrees or less was maintained. Nevertheless, grate marks were left on each of the two mats I used. The warning limit of 500 degrees was significantly below the actual temperature. There is no way to erase the grate marks. The fact that none of the various prepared foods—chicken, beef, or pork—sticked to the mats is a plus. And it was quite easy to clean the mats.I would have rated the item 5 stars if the grate marks hadn't shown. In summary, the mats worked incredibly well for both cooking and cleaning. Be ready to have them marked, though.

Kona Best BBQ Grill Mat - Heavy Duty 600 Degree Non-Stick Mats (Set of 2) - 7 Year Warranty Review:

Now, let's begin with I had my doubts about these matters. Everyone has watched infomercials, so we are all familiar with how things appear. Well, I chose to get one in order to test it out, but I first did some research on Amazon and selected these. You pay a price for their being thicker than the competition. Definitely worth the cost. I have a Ducane Stainless 6-burner range. I used it on this grill for the first time. I cooked some chicken, ribs, and hot dogs on the grill after preheating it with the mat on it. To my amazement, it also left grill marks in addition to properly cooking them. It cooked everything to perfection. So the weather yesterday wasn't the finest here in Northern New Jersey. We used a 6-burner event barbecue for the softball season's closing festivities. There is no cover on the grill anymore, but there is a wind screen. On it, we were attempting to make hamburgers. The burger takes a while to cook and frequently falls through the grates, according to our previous use of it. The cook worked on it in frustration for approximately three hours. I went home and gave him them. I tossed them on the grill and marveled at the transformation. We immediately began cooking without even letting it warm up. In addition to preventing the burger from falling through, he said that cooking them now only required half the time. My best assumption is that it does this since it seems to distribute heat equally throughout the mat. Additionally, I added some hot dogs, making the meal really simple to prepare. To cook the opposite side, simply roll them. The cook was only expressing his admiration for them while people who passed by the grill inquired about what those were. I informed them that although they were more expensive, they were better and thicker than the ones you see in infomercials. I then informed them that they could be used roughly 200 times. That stunned them.I responded with KONA when people inquired about the brand. Get a less expensive one if you're only going to try one out to see what it can do. But if you don't pay the additional few dollars for this one, you'll regret it. Having felt those, I can say with certainty that this one is thicker and simpler to use, much like a griddle would be. Yes, unlike a griddle, the fat still drips into your barbecue, but it's not a major concern. It was really simple to clean—just bring it to your sink, use some soap and water to wash it off while it was still on the barbecue. Where it was, there are still grill marks, but they are not burnt in. Pictures will be added so you can view. strong productI paid the full price for this. There is no discount or freebie. This is how I feel about the offered item. Hope it's useful. For the BBQ dads out there, this is a great Father's Day gift.

Grillaholics Grill Mat - Set of 3 - Nonstick BBQ Grilling Accessories - 15.75 x 13 Inch Review:

After reading other reviews, I impulsively ordered them, however I had extremely low hopes. How effective could they truly be, after all? For my salmon and other fish, which have a tendency to stick to the grill surface and to prevent grease flare-ups as they cook, I was looking for a wire rack. However, cleaning the wire racks is difficult, whereas this seemed simple. So, I'm sold. It's astonishing how differently the grilled fish (and burgers!) differ. Although the sheets are thin enough to actually leave grill marks, everything stays moist since they block the direct flames. Without sticking or dirtying your grill, you still get all the benefits of grilling, such as flavor. Simply wash it off with soap and water to clean it up.The plastic is incredibly thin, which is the only problem I'll mention (and which is stated in the description). As a result, you can't pick it up like you could with something more rigid. Additionally, I am aware that it mentioned using it as a cookie sheet. Technically speaking, I suppose you could. Although it's certainly more non-stick than an unoiled sheet, you can only use it on top of a real cookie sheet or something that won't bend. Additionally, since you'd have to wash this item, I don't see it as a time saver. But it's a game-changer for grilling.

Weber Style 6435 Professional-Grade Grill Pan Review:

I browsed through Amazon and all the different reviews to locate the best grill pan since I wanted to buy one. I ultimately chose this grill pan. I've read the reviews that list the drawbacks, but I'd like to explain it to you in a way that eliminates some of those drawbacks.1. I've heard that some individuals claim that this pan has sharp edges; sure, to a point, but not so sharp as to cause your hand to be cut. Because it's made of metal, the edges that aren't rounded will be a little sharper, but not enough to be dangerous or noticeable. The likelihood of burning your hand on the grill is higher than the likelihood of being cut by this.2. I've also read that cleaning it is difficult. Let's face it, cleaning a lot of pans with tiny metal slots will be more difficult. My approach is to put it in the dishwasher, and any leftover fragments may then be removed using an ajax sponge before being hand washed. Though you could do things the other way, I prefer to let my dishwasher handle the labor-intensive tasks.3. It discolors, which is the final point I want to make. Let's face it, everyone, this is just a piece of metal that you place a variety of foods on to cook, either with marinades or without, and then you place it on top of a grill. Please do not let the fact that it may eventually turn discolored be the determining factor in whether or not to buy this since you will be missing out.My pros are listed below:The quality is excellent. It has endured a complete summer of grilling on both charcoal and gas barbecues (I grill 5 out of 7 nights of the week usually, if not more).2. The price is excellent for anything bearing the Weber name.3- I mainly use this to grill vegetables, and it works really well. It won't burn them as long as you are paying care. I've also used it to cook fresh fish, and it works excellent. Just be sure to lightly coat the pan with cooking spray before adding the fish.4- The lid can still close and I can position this vertically on my grill while cooking on the opposite side. Grill versatility at its finest. One of the best pans available is this one. I previously chose inexpensive and received a subpar quality for my money. You will have something you can use over and over again if you spend a bit extra on it.

Meegoo 5 Set of 5-Heavy Duty 100% Non-Stick BBQ Grill Mats, 15.75 x 13-Inch, Black Review:

The mats are excellent. They cook food well and eliminate the need to clean the grill after each usage. However, the cleanup is moved to your sink. We have discovered that in order to truly clean them for reuse, they require intense cleaning. However, rather than scraping a scorching grill, I would rather wash mats in my kitchen sink (and clean up scrapings at the end of the season).

Kona XL Best Grill Mat - BBQ Grill Mat Covers The Entire Grill - Premium Non-Stick 25"x17" Review:

I recently bought a used infrared grill because I found them fascinating. Although it cooks beautifully, cleanup is a major pain. I stopped grilling as frequently as I liked because of this. Before I came upon this product, I was considering purchasing iron skillets, griddles, etc.It was first used with some lean burgers last night. It delivers on what it promises! Nothing sticks. Heat transfer is not an issue, and cleanup is simple. The images demonstrate how the small amount of fat that drains becomes crisp-cooked before being scraped off. After washing with soapy water, you're set to go. No drips at all on the grill grates.Stop deliberating and just purchase it if you're thinking about it! You won't regret it.

We tried the UMAID salt block with beef and fish, and it was fantastic! The block looks fantastic even when I'm not cooking with it on my kitchen burner. It also makes a wonderful gift for the family cook. Pink salt is one of my favourite ingredients, and this recipe makes excellent use of it. PhatMat Non Stick Grill Mesh Mats - Set of 2 - Nonstick Heavy Duty BBQ Grilling & Baking Accessories for Traeger, Rec Tec, Green Mountain, Smoker & Oven - 16 inches x 11 inches - Free Temp Guide Review:

We eagerly await the all-too-rare pleasant weather so we can barbecue and/or barbeque in the backyard. We were happy to finally be able to use the PhatMats now that summer has FINALLY arrived. They performed flawlessly! Tri tip steaks, thinly sliced bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms were all cooked to perfection over charcoal for tonight's fajitas. The mats were great for cooking and quite simple to clean; all you had to do was put them into hot, soapy water, swish them around for a while, and then rinse. Before the weather prevents us from using them this fall, we will undoubtedly utilize them a another 100 or more times. I could not say enough wonderful things about this product.
