These stylish, high-quality bar stools are offered at an affordable price. They may be made even better by inexpensively addressing a few of their weaknesses.First off, the wood seat on top is fairly rough-hewn, as other reviewers have noted. It appears as though they merely cut a piece of wood to size, stained it, and called it good. I talked with a friend who is a craftsman and took his advice to seal the wood with Minwax Polycrylic (pictured). To avoid a finish that was very shiny, we utilized clear satin. The can was good for four coats on each of the four stools, but given how rough and porous the wood is, it seemed to need all four coats to adequately seal. After the second and third coats, 220 fine grit sandpaper was applied to assist maintain the sealant homogeneous. The finished product is visible in the images. This manner, the seat is less prone to splinter or absorb spills and feels much nicer.Second, the center portion of the stool doesn't exactly fit flush on some of the feet, which feel more like hard plastic than rubber. One can feel a sharp edge on some surfaces by running a finger across them. I used felt furniture pads with a 1-inch diameter to cover the feet out of concern for what this would harm to a good wood floor (also pictured with the sealer).They would receive a solid 5 stars if the manufacturer took care of these two issues. The following cures cost roughly $15 in total and took an hour to complete.

I adore these stools so much! I made a handmade bar table out of a wood slab and iron pipe legs for my small kitchen's small kitchen in my new apartment. The table came out beautifully, and the stools go perfectly with it. They were undamaged when they arrived, and the price is unbeatable! I adore the hue since it gives my house a wonderful, industrial aspect. I had some reservations about how comfy these could be as seats, but that hasn't been the case at all!

(REVISED REVIEW)I reached out to Amazon, and they messaged the seller on my behalf. I supplied them the images they requested, and they issued me a refund. The box was also broken, thus it appears that the stools were harmed during transportation. I'm upgrading my rating because, except from the damage that was probably caused by shipment, the stools appear strong and look beautiful. I love the stools, so I'm planning to get another pair.poor quality The stools are all harmed in some way. On the seat and/or legs, they have dents. One of them has exposed metal from improperly painted areas. I'm not sure how long they'll last. Although the package was also damaged, I'm not sure how I'll return them or even if Amazon will accept one. A waste of time. The fact that they appear attractive from a distance is the only pro. I had such high hopes for these stools. Unfortunately, I can't suggest them.

Unfortunately, one of these stools arrived with a small dent. I was willing to ignore it because it is still entirely functional and the pricing was acceptable.Contrary to what another review claims, the silver plating DOES NOT go with stainless steel appliances because the latter have a deeper gloss. Silver is just a powder coat of silver. Although I suspect it would be a closer match, the "raw" finish (clearcoat over metal) is probably a little bit darker than stainless steel. Again, given the inexpensive cost, I'm not very bothered by the finish.EDIT (same day): As a result of the aforementioned review, the seller quickly got in touch with me and gave me a partial refund. I would say that I am really happy with my purchase and would advise others to do the same.

For the price, I really enjoy these bar stools. Each of the legs has a rubber cushion to protect my floor. They are well-made and supportive when seated. The cost was lower than that of other websites and even some secondhand stools I discovered on Facebook Marketplace. It was a win-win situation for everyone when they showed up three days early than promised!

I deliberated for so long that I lost the chance to get these from Amazon in ALL the colors I desired. These are VERY sought-after and growing more difficult to locate. I winced at the entire expense because I needed 8 of them. DUMB!!! When I had the chance, I should have ordered them all. The good news is that I was eventually able to acquire them all, but the final price was higher than the Amazon pricing. They are excellent! (See image. Also take note that the distressed copper and distressed orange ones are shown in the picture. Also, notice how similar in hue the kelly red and the orange are.) are of high quality. Even though it requires some assembly, it's simple. To secure the back to the base, use 4 screws. calls for an allen wrench, which they supply. Silver screws are used in the orange and red chairs. Black screws were included with the copper chair. They have great rubber feet, so as you move them about they don't make a lot of noise. These are situated alongside a two-tone table that my husband created on my covered patio. See the image and take note of the ideal décor accessories I discovered on Amazon to match the seats. The DRINK sign and the EAT sign are both handcrafted metal wall décor art words that measure 5.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 17 or 11.5 x 23 inches. These chairs were purchased in pairs for our outside bar area. They came prepared with all the parts and directions. If you follow the instructions, these should go together smoothly, but when we assembled these, several of the arm screw holes did not line up when we inserted the screws. To ensure that the threads aligned properly and that screws did not cross thread, it was necessary to drill larger holes. They've only been with us for a month or so. They are excellent. You can quickly dry them off by taking a towel to the seat area after it has rained or gotten wet. They feel enduring and are really cozy. They perform and look excellently.
