These were a fantastic deal on Amazon when they were featured as a Fresh Deal. The shrimp were so delicious, sweet, meaty, and soft that I bought them again. They had been fully deveined and were prepared to travel. I've discovered that defrosting frozen shrimp under running water for only a minute or two, followed by salting and letting them sit for a few minutes, works well. Re-rinse, then dry. Sprinkle with a little pepper and a small drizzle of olive oil before baking for 7 to 10 minutes in a single layer at 400 degrees. Their flavor seems to be enhanced by roasting, and they remain tender without becoming watery or rubbery. I'm happy that these shrimp are readily available and so practical.

I admit that I had my doubts and carefully read the other reviews to see if there was any indication that they were fabricated, but overall, everyone seemed to be truly enthusiastic about this chili. I was looking for something that would taste (at the very least) nice and be simple to prepare at work because I'm trying my hardest to shed a few extra pounds. After adding hot water from the water cooler tap and stirring the mixture, I dumped the contents into a bowl and microwaved it for just two minutes. Although the recipe called for a few more minutes, after two I was satisfied with the texture and flavor. Had a wonderful light lunch and added a slice of cheddar cheese for some creamy cheesy bliss. I'm a really fussy eater, so I hesitated to order this because I'm a big believer in clean eating, though I do occasionally break the rules. This ranks quite well for me in terms of things that help with weight loss, and I'll probably order it again. I didn't expect chili cook-off quality, and this is most definitely NOT that, but it definitely fills you up when you're trying to shed a few extra pounds.

I was hesitant to purchase frozen goods, but they arrived in a Styrofoam container with dry ice. I immediately placed it in the freezer after freezing. These are what I've eaten twice and fried in a pan of oil. Delicious! The coating doesn't overpower the crispy, tasty shrimp, though! Compared to purchasing from a restaurant, I believe the price is reasonable. More will be ordered! I also purchased some ocean perch from Sea Best and will soon give it a try. It should be excellent as well, in my opinion. If so, I'll be placing additional orders from Sea Best. This is my only choice since I can't access a food shop due to my disability. I have no issues; the price is reasonable and the shipping is excellent.
