Truffle Sauce Thrills TRIO: Black Truffles and Mushrooms, Porcini and Truffles, Pesto and Black Truffles. 3.17oz Each. Review:

fantastic stuff All three were good, but the pesto and black truffles were my favourites. That was the best, possibly the best olive oil and pesto I've ever had. superior calibre.Sizes were modest. They were small, which I was aware of before placing the purchase, but I didn't realise it until I saw them. Per can, I only got a little bit more than one serving. Additionally, I would like to see the pesto and black truffles available in larger individual cans like the other two in the future.

Urbani Shaved Truffles, Carpaccio, 2.6-Ounce Jar Review:

I adore truffles.I've never been able to get authentic Italian quality. For the price, these are a fantastic alternative. I used it to make a fantastic Mac and Cheese. It was finely diced; a razor blade, but what then?Just placed a second order for a gift.

Gourmet Living Summer Truffle Mushroom Carpaccio | Slices of Italian Truffles in Sunflower Oil 2.65oz Review:

Despite the fact that it cannot compare to a real, fresh truffle, I adore this product. I add it to omelettes, steak, rice, salad, and other dishes. Although it may not be papa-truffle maman's for the price, in my opinion, it is still a fantastic and high-quality product. The truffle is not whole when it arrives; rather, it is shaved. I enjoy the juice because it is extremely potent and may flavour some of your dishes, especially eggs. Overall, it's acceptable for the price. Eat right away after the jar is opened, but don't forget to close it tightly between bites to preserve the aromas.

La Rustichella Black Truffle Pate, 3.2 Ounce Review:

Although I have tried a variety of truffle delights, this pate remains my favourite. The consistency is ideal for drizzling on toast with a great cheese, but I've also combined it with rice or pasta. The truffle taste is not overpowering or difficult to detect. I'll keep purchasing this fantastic stuff.

La Rustichella - White Truffle Pate - Large (280 g, 9.9 oz) - Kosher, Gluten Free Review:

This thing is awesome! This is by far the pâté that comes closer to the one magical jar I bought from a chance mushroom vendor outside of London, and I had been looking for something like it!Rich truffle flavor, a hint of smoke, and a subtle taste of sunflower oil characterize this dish. The taste is actually probably not even noticeable to most people; I only notice it because I'm contrasting it with the jar I bought in London. It's smooth and sweet but definitely not brine-y, and there's no tart or sour flavor. It was not difficult to open, and the jar does not leak. This is AMAZING and I use it to create everything from salmon and mashed potatoes to homemade vegan cheese (my husband has a dairy allergy). My non-vegan friends enjoy it as well. The flavor of the truffle is really noticeable. It tastes especially good when spread on a crusty piece of bread with beet jam and a creamy vegan feta like Violife. It costs more than the one I bought in London, but I've spent more money on truffle pâté here in the US that was insignificant in comparison, so I consider this to be a decent value. This one is an excellent stand-in and I recommend it because I have searched for that haphazard mushroom man every year for the past five years without success. Until I find him and purchase as many jars as the U.K. will allow me leave with,

Savini Tartufi Parmigiano Reggiano Truffle Cream Review:

At Rome's Stazione Termini, we sampled this and then bought a jar. We could only bring carry-on luggage, so we had to eat it before taking off for home. But when I looked online before our trip to Italy, I found it on Amazon! Yay! Even though it is expensive, if you enjoy truffles and Parmigiano-Reggiano, it is definitely worth it. We will drizzle it on a dry-aged grilled rib eye steak after it has been dry aged. It was excellent on a fresh baguette.
