To make circle eggs, you will need: -A pan -Eggs -Cooking spray -A small, circular cookie cutter First, spray your pan with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat. Crack your eggs into the pan, being careful to not break the yolks. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, use the cookie cutter to cut out small circles. Enjoy your circle eggs!
To store fresh eggs, you will need to clean them and then place them in an egg carton. Make sure that the eggs are not touching each other and that the carton is covered. You can then store the eggs in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
If you're concerned about bacteria, such as salmonella, on the eggshells, you can wash the eggs before cracking them. Washing the eggs will remove any dirt or debris, as well as any bacteria that might be present on the shells. If you're not worried about bacteria, you don't need to wash the eggs before cracking them. The eggshells are covered with a natural protective coating called the bloom, which helps keep the eggs fresh and prevents bacteria from penetrating the shells.
You don't need to wash your eggs before refrigerating them. In fact, washing them can actually introduce bacteria to the egg, which can shorten its shelf life. If your eggs are particularly dirty, you can wipe them clean with a dry, clean cloth.

The black model is what we got. Our huge girls (brahmas) have just begun to lay their first little to medium-sized eggs, and the eggs are perfectly fitting! Although I had to put them back in the fridge after making sure they fit properly in the skelter, it also fits store-bought eggs. When our own favorite girls load it with those wonderful brown eggs, it looks exceptionally lovely. Since we'll have 35 layers by the end of the summer, I'd love to receive another one as a present and would absolutely think about giving it to a chicken keeper:

I placed my own order for this after viewing a friend's comparable but smaller device online. I always carefully read the reviews before making a decision, so after doing so, I ordered the 3-dozen-capacity model. Complete satisfaction! It is sent already put together and rotates freely allowing simple access to add and remove eggs. The metal is high-quality and nicely finished (I ordered black). This item makes my life as a chicken and egg collector so much easier! There is no need to date-mark eggs and worry which ones are the oldest, newest, or eggcetra. It does fit three dozen regular chicken eggs, though you might have to arrange them so that they are all upright. The base first seemed weak, but once all the eggs were put, it is impossible for it to tip unless you physically bump into it quite hard. People who claim that their eggs fell from the bottom baffle me because mine all fit without rolling past the stopper. When taking out several eggs at once, you might want to proceed with caution. I had to help the eggs along so they wouldn't slide down too quickly, but I didn't mind being a bit more cautious than necessary. Overall, I adore it utterly. It is excellent quality, completely functional, space-saving, and makes a nice conversation piece on my counter. When I start producing more eggs, I'll order more.

10-16-18I bought the big Egg Skelter with the intention of storing my eggs on my counter in the chronological sequence that they were laid. This has undoubtedly helped me keep my eggs organized. Given that I have a few different types of chickens, the eggs my hens laid are also displayed for decorative purposes. Since many recipes require room temperature eggs before using them, I like to leave the eggs out on the counter. This eliminates the hassle of needing to remember to take them out of the refrigerator. This should last a lifetime because the stand is heavier gauged than I anticipated, which is fine. I haven't yet noticed any rust or corrosion of any type. Although I didn't pay attention to the type of metal utilized, it feels like steel to me. I'll have to look at this more thoroughly. I'll soon provide an update with this information and a picture. Anyone wishing to store eggs on the counter should consider using this, as the aesthetic value alone justifies it.It is crucial to note that I purchased this from "SilicaGelProducts," but Amazon handled the fulfillment. Even when represented as the same brand, I've encountered dealers with variations in their products, including knockoffs. I'll provide a durability evaluation in a future release.***UPDATE***s2-22-19I have now owned my egg skelter for around five months. To my delight, it hasn't rusted or corroded in any manner, despite the fact that it remains on my counter right close to the kitchen sink. I did examine the metal, and I'd say it is unquestionably steel, however it needs to be galvanized to help with rust prevention. This skelter should last a lifetime because it is made of steel that is of such nice gauge. As if it were a softer metal like aluminum, there is no flex. In my update, I was able to provide pictures.

I read the customer concerns, but I haven't personally encountered any of them. I was worried that the thin eggs laid by some of my birds wouldn't fit in the top tray, but they do. Some people said that the tray would not slide out; however, I'm not sure if that was due to the color because I believe they purchased the black one. The top tray on the white one glides perfectly. The eggs don't roll about in the bottom because of how robust it is and how well the wire used to construct the bottom and sides. Perfect for my purposes because I have a lot of hens and some of their eggs need to be separated because they aren't edible or sellable; those go in the bottom. a good product.

It came today. It's alright, ought to be less expensive given the caliber, is a touch wacky in shape but adorable, I suppose, and I had anticipated an other color other than brown. using it as a shelf display. REVISED: 12/09/16 When I contacted the vendor about the crooked basket, they promised to repair it for me. It's great doing business with a firm that stands behind its goods; I know the replacement will be faultless.

I adore this item. It is easy to use, appealing in the kitchen, and space-saving. I should have purchased a larger model given the number of hens I have, but this one can hold up to 24 huge eggs standing up. When you take an egg from the bottom, they usually glide down rather than rolling on their own, so you don't have to worry about them rolling down and breaking.

This tiny egg holder is beloved by my wife and me. Our coop contains 4 chickens, and we often get 3 to 4 eggs every day. Since we don't wash our eggs and they don't need to be refrigerated, we keep the holder on our counter. When you remove the bottom egg, the eggs don't really roll down the spiral on their own, but you can just slide them down the rack with almost any effort. The device is stylish and well constructed (not that eggs are very heavy).I advise this holder if you keep your eggs on your counter top, raise your own hens as I do, or acquire them fresh and unclean from a friend or relative.I would advise against purchasing this holder due to the size of the unit if you plan to use it to store pre-packaged eggs in your refrigerator.
