I absolutely adore this product. The plates are really substantial and of high quality, and the stand is very solid and simple to put up and disassemble for compact storage. This solves the issue of other display/serving racks taking up too much space in cabinets while not in use. The flexibility to change how it stands and displays is also a good feature.What I also appreciate about them is that they can be used in a variety of ways, including as a platte without a stand, which is fantastic.

For a hors d'oeuvres platter, it works beautifully. To use it as a prep tray, I would have had to chop up the onions, peppers, olives, etc. on one day and then keep the prepared food on the tray for a week of crepes, omelettes, tacos, salads, etc. It turns out that the pre-prep idea is partly problematic because cleaning individual compartments is difficult and some items spoil before others. It's a fine product overall, but I wouldn't put onion, garlic, or any other strong-smelling items in it because the plastic would keep the odor. Oh, the colors are repulsively sexist, but if you want to consume my food, don't belittle my food storage, buddy.

In Tucson, Arizona, I had an outdoor gathering on a day with a high of 95. I provided sandwich wraps, a veggie tray, a fruit salad, and a green salad. These trays saved my life! They can accommodate numerous serving platters, plates, or bowls due to their size. I inflated the trays, placed them on 6' tables, and still had room for additional food and service items on the end of the table. I inflated each tray, added a layer of ice, and then placed the plates and bowls on top of the ice. It performed flawlessly! Throughout the celebration, the salad, fruit, and vegetables remained chilled. Alongside the larger trays, I also served hummus, guacamole, and salad dressing in individually wrapped packets that I placed immediately on the ice. The applesauce packets I hid in the ice surrounding the fruit bowl were a hit with the youngsters because they were easy to grab and go. I did keep the ice maintained, adding more ice as it melted or, on one table that was placed strategically, simply pushed down on the side of the inflatable tray to let water trickle out. It was simple to remove the food items out of the trays at the conclusion of the celebration and toss the remaining ice water onto the ground.The trays were simple to clean, hang dry, deflate, and fold up for later usage after the party. They are made of lightweight plastic that inflates. They pack compactly, which is a benefit. The drawback is that I'm not sure how long they will last before leaking, but considering the price, even one afternoon party would have been well worth the expense.

This set's colors are deep and rich, and they are stunning! The bowls and mugs are lovely and big, not the usual small 8oz things that come with dish sets; these are a good 16oz size, which pleased us. The fact that the plates' reverse side matches the bowls' gorgeous reddish-brown hue made us happy as well (see uploaded pictures).The only warning I would offer is that the plates' and mugs' exteriors are not light beige like they seem in Amazon's product image. The actual color is more taupe-like (shown in my uploaded pictures). Still, I'd suggest this set. The meals look really stunning, and we are very happy.I'm a little concerned after reading other reviews that claim the handles on the plates and mugs broke or split after dishwashing. If we encounter the same issue, I'll keep a watch out for it and update this review.Updated on 3/31/19: Despite daily use and frequent dishwasher cleanings, the dishes have held up very well. Two of the mugs' handles have broken off, but I'm still so pleased with the set that I'd like to buy an extra one to serve as a replacement than have the handles epoxy-fixed back on.

I find these to be gorgeous! Even though I recently purchased them and am unsure of their durability, my cereal tastes fantastic and I look nice while eating it.I wish shipping had received more attention. When I arrived, two of my dinner dishes were smashed, and I was surprised that more hadn't been destroyed. I won't be returning anything to get these two replaced. But the fact that I can't even get in touch with the business to request replacements doesn't seem good. If you're lucky, you could get half of what you expect when you buy again.

Let me start by saying that I already purchased a Red Melamine tray from Zak Designs (the same company that makes this tray). And I liked it, especially the color—a lovely Valentine red—because that color is used as a lot of the accents in my country home. However, I didn't like that it had a convex bottom, which made it unsteady when transporting objects, especially glasses or bottles. Since I required a tray that was slightly larger than the first tray and had a completely flat bottom, I ordered this tray (also available in red). Since both trays were produced by the same business, I figured that if I bought the same color—RED—it would also be the same hue. Not really. This one is highly orange-red, which anyone who understands color knows makes valentine (or true) red appear orange when placed next to orange-red. extremely dissatisfied with the hue. The tray is lovely, large and roomy, with a great edge to prevent items from slipping down the side, a flat bottom, and is quite durable. The only issues I had were with the color and how heavy it is due to its sturdy construction, so if you have arthritis as I do, be careful. For those who don't mind orange-red and the weight of it, this is actually a really great tray. It is stable, roomy, has comfortable handholds that are flush with the sides, and has a lovely rim to keep items securely on the tray. I'd unquestionably suggest this product to others.**UPDATE: THIS TRAY POPPED UP AND WAS EVEN MORE CONVEX THAN THE FIRST STYLE I BOUGHT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF OWNING IT (AND NOT USING IT YET). All of their trays must have this defect in their design. I DON'T WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS TRAY. SERVING TRAYS WITH FLAT BOTTOMS ARE ESSENTIALLY UNUSEFUL!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL AND GET A TRAY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!

This is timely and effective. The dishes may be washed in a dishwasher, which is crucial. The stand is not one solid piece, as other reviewers have noted, but after it is all snapped together, it does not wiggle or sway dangerously. I was aware of this when I purchased it, but if you were unaware of this before to purchasing, you could be disappointed. Compared to the fancier, stronger kind, this is much cheaper and packs up easier. To have two for upcoming parties, we will order another.
