My cat responds well to liquid vitamin administration. The distributing end of the tube is quite little, thus it dispenses slightly more slowly than my old dropper (whose measurements faded out), but because of its smaller end, it slides next to her gums very easily and causes less discomfort.When pulling from the bottle, there is good suction. The remaining ones I intend to use as pipettes for removing extra paint or incorporating alcohol into my artwork. The rubber stoppers are detachable, which allows me to clean and reuse them. A pipe washer would have been nice to have, but not an issue. To update the packaging, I added a picture. The tops are now placed after sliding a thin plastic tray into a white box or envelope. I'm happy they arrived undamaged. As seen in a previous post's image, it is not a reliable stand or holder.

For my daughter's science fair project this fall, we had to precisely calculate the "drops" of various liquids into a solution of cabbage juice (I couldn't make that stuff up!). As a science major in college, I knew that plastic pipettes would be the ideal transfer method for her project and would be relatively economical. They would also be disposable (no contamination! ), safer than glass droppers, and quite easy to use. The only disadvantage I can see is that I'm more accustomed to a long pipette with a smaller bulb, but my 8-year-old, who has clumsier hands, seems to like this design. I just like the "normal" longer, thinner pipette. However, it truly makes little difference when adding common household acids (lemon juice, etc.) to cabbage juice:

You can't really complain too much considering the quantity. I use these for resin, and thicker fluids make it difficult to correctly apply specific colors in particular places in molds. Because the bulb is so thin and spongy, it occasionally blasts out and splatters everywhere, making it difficult to gauge your hand pressure while using it.

I work with a variety of mediums as a calligrapher. I placed an order for several different colors of gold Finetec M600 Artist Mica watercolor paint. (by the way, the gold is gorgeous and dazzling.) Initially, I was wetting the paint with a fine paintbrush (time consuming). I had the idea to use an eye dropper THEN, and the rest is history. They came with the glass tube up to the top of the squeezing head of rubber. To draw in more water, I had to pull back on the glass tube, but once I figured it out, it worked flawlessly. I'm so happy I found them! Now, wetting my paint and applying it to paper is simple.P.S. As of today, September 5, 2018, I have a newfound appreciation. With the help of these droppers, my husband can simply place the "not so nice" tasting herbal drops he's taking in the back of his throat. The flavor is made easier by it. I still have two, and one of my friends has requested for it. I anticipate placing an order for more of these.

These are excellent for keeping your aquarium free from contaminants. I got these to fill up my test tubes so I wouldn't have to worry about contaminating them when I dipped them in an antibiotic-treated tank. With a little assistance from my LFS expert, I also discovered that there might have been trace amounts of the testing liquids in the tubes and that those chemicals may have killed my fish because they are harmful to fish. (Also, make sure your hands don't still have chemical residue on them.) These disposables are therefore considerably more crucial. Since these are only 3 ml, make sure not to contact the glass when pressing the tip into the test tube and refilling to reach to the 5 ml needed for testing.One thing to keep in mind is that even though these are 3 ml, you'd assume only one refill would be required. However, no matter how far you insert the pipette into the tank, you will still need to refill 2-3 times to reach 5 ml. But it's not a big issue. It would be nicer (though certainly more expensive) if the marks were in black or thicker or something. Additionally, hold up to the light to check what mark you're at.

The pipettes arrived in good condition and appear to be nicely made. They were more accurate than the drips from essential oil dropper bottles, so I bought them to achieve precise measurements for making homemade perfumes. I'm learning as I go because these are my first pipettes, but I'm finding it incredibly difficult to align the oils with the measuring lines because air bubbles drastically alter the measurement and I still appear to measure incorrectly even when keeping air bubbles out. I've spent a lot of time filling and emptying these, but I doubt that doing so has improved my situation. My recommendation is this: if you know how to do this or have a lot of patience to get the technique perfect, these are extremely well crafted pipettes. I intend to look into using these on Youtube.One aspect of these that I would have preferred to be different is that one of the dropper tops is made of rubber. Since I have a latex allergy, I had to throw that one away. Nevertheless, after spending about an hour searching Amazon, this is one of the few sets with silicone dropper caps. Tops for most sets are made entirely of latex. Therefore, in my opinion, that is another thing that truly works in favor of this set. I would have given five stars if all the dropper tops had been silicone or non-latex.

These were bought for DIY e-liquid blending. I usually use syringes to mix by volume, thus my lab equipment needs to have quite precise ml marks. These pipettes are perfect for that since as flavor bottles get to a smaller volume, syringes frequently can't reach down far enough to draw in liquid. They're great for fast filling my atomizer tank, too.They arrived safely packaged and in good condition. The silicone on the bulbs fits the tube securely and they draw extremely well, which is why I thought they were fantastic. The sole negative was that the graduations were reversed; the zero line was in the middle of the tube, while the highest number was at the tip of the pipette at the bottom. It just seems counter-intuitive. I'm sure there's a reason for that (almost all the other high-quality pipettes I looked at were that way as well). I start out at the "4" point when I draw 1 ml; 2 ml moves me to the "3" mark, and so on until I reach the "0" mark when I draw 5 ml. Backward, it seems. However, after testing, I discovered that the markings are actually fairly precise and are only slightly wrong. Since a pipetted instrument wouldn't be used if extreme precision was required, the accuracy is more than adequate for my needs.

I put up the product this morning after it came last night. I was worried because some reviews claimed it was challenging to put together, but I actually found it simple. I opted to soak the bottom of the suction bulb in hot water (only the part that would go over the glass tube, not the complete bulb) after reading the reviews, and this made it very easy to slide onto the glass tube. The product works nicely for the purpose for which I bought it—to remove trash and uneaten food from my betta nano tank. Only soft trash or particles smaller than the tube opening will be picked up because of the opening's modest size. This also means that in order to clean the pipe, you would need to remove the bulb and brush it well. Just over 10ml of liquid will be in the pipette after a full squeeze of the bulb.
