I looked at a few of the many scales that are offered on Amazon, and I knew I didn't want one that runs on a watch battery, nor did I want one that rounds the numbers up. According to testing that was done on this Ozeri Pronto, it has a tiny profile, utilizes two AAA batteries (which were supplied with the scale), and is accurate to within /- 0.1%.Both the Black Canyon sourdough bread and English muffins were baked on this Ozeri Pronto food scale. The Black Canyon bread was divided into six pieces, while the English muffin bread was divided into two loaves. This time, I used our brand-new Freshware CB-104RD 6-Cavity Mini Silicone Mold for Soap, Bread, Loaf, Muffin, Brownie, Cornbread, Cheesecake, Pudding, and More to make three loaves. I can't speak too much on the durability of this product because I've only had it for a few days, but from what I can see, the materials used to build this scale give it the impression that it will last for quite some time. Even with something like a small scale, I'm somewhat sensitive about aesthetics, and this scale excels in that regard. The touch display is basically a black background with white indicators, and the metal looks incredibly sleek (I hate those other scales that have displays that look like they came out of a car from the 1900s).The readout is precise and levels out pretty quickly. It's just as quick as my old scale, which was much more expensive and had a drab appearance in comparison (I used that as a comparison for accuracy).
