The bottle itself has a ton of delicious recipes. I'm eager to give a few a try. The small mouth presents the most difficulty. I'm used to using bottles that allow for more ingredient space. Even a teaspoon of sugar spills over the sides of the bottle when I try to put it in. I use this to make a coconut milk ranch dressing, and it's fantastic to be able to twist the lid to whisk any components that might have separated slightly. I prepare the dressing in a bowl and whisk it to make sure it's completely mixed and smooth, rather than using it to make the dressing in the bottle. Additionally, I always have two different varieties of dressing on hand.This is the one I choose to use for my homemade ranch.The glass bottle is gorgeous, and the lid fits on snugly and feels strong. I've only had it for a week, so only time will tell.My only gripe is that the lid's snap top doesn't seal. Therefore, the bottle's cap may pop open as you shake it, spraying dressing all over the place.Therefore, be sure to keep the lid closed while shaking.A few distinct recipes for various dressings are printed on the sides of this bottle; some have the same name but differ from those on the Kolder bottle, while others are completely unique.
