Best Demitasse Cups in 2020

Aozita Espresso Cups and Saucers with Espresso Spoons, Stackable Espresso Mugs,12-piece 2.5-Ounce Demitasse Cups (Protective Packaging) Review:

I really like the fact that these cups could nest since I'm always looking for ways to maximize cabinet space. I think this would make a great gift because they come really nicely packaged in a beautiful box. I actually ended up returning them because I opted for the cappuccino cups instead but these are really elegant looking cups. I deducted the stars on easy to hold because the handle is very very tiny and I couldn't even put a finger through it but it is proportionate to the Cup size.

Espresso Cups Shot Glass Coffee Set of 4 - Double Wall Thermo Insulated Review:

I just started drinking coffee this year, and these little cups have made it my favorite daily ritual. We got a Nespresso machine as a gift, and I found that I really liked a single- or double-shot with breakfast. But pulling a shot in a regular mug looked silly, and it caused the small amount of coffee to get cold almost instantly. So it wasn't really possible to linger over tiny sips of rich, hot espresso. These cups changed all that. They do exactly what they claim to do, which is to keep an espresso shot hot longer while always being cool to the touch. The added bonus is that you get to actually see the layers of coffee and crema that are hidden by a normal mug or metal shot glass.

These double-walled cups allow me to take my time and enjoy tiny sips of my favorite espresso. Any the ritual doesn't end there. The size, shape and sturdiness of these cups makes hand-washing them a real treat. They're dishwasher safe, but they just feel so perfect in my hands that I'd hate to miss out on the hand-washing experience. Don't judge me. Just buy a set, if you drink espresso. You'll be glad you did. Or give them to an espresso-lover you know. The recyclable gift boxing is outstanding.

Sweese 404.003 Porcelain Stackable Espresso Cups with Saucers and Metal Stand - 2.5 Ounce for Specialty Coffee Drinks, Latte, Cafe Mocha and Tea - Set of 6, Cool Assorted Colors Review:

Initial review: I just received this set today and thought I'd write an initial quality review. The set came in a company but well padded box with foam in between each piece. The set itself looks great and feels like it is good quality. A few takeaways initially are that the cups don't sit on the ring at the bottom of the column (as you can see in the picture) but the weight of the cups isn't sufficient to cause issues. I could see the color of the ceramic being worn off over time due to rubbing against the retaining column but for now I have no problems with the set. The colors are vibrant and for the $22 I paid in very happy with the quality. A 12 piece espresso cup set with rack for $22? Is a good deal when if these cups are of average quality. I'll follow up with more as I use the cups but for now I'm very happy with them!

Sweese 4601 Espresso Cups Shot Glass Coffee 5 oz Set of 2 - Double Wall Insulated Glass Mugs with Handle, Everyday Coffee Glasses Cups Perfect for Espresso Machine and Coffee Maker Review:

In my first attempt to purchase (4) of these, they arrived broken on my doorstep. I completed a quick Amazon return and replacements came the next day.

Used for ~2 weeks and loved them...until...1 shattered internally while sitting on the countertop filled with espresso. It somehow developed a 1" hole inside the cup, trapping some of the coffee between the walls. Luckily I happened to see and hear this before my wife drank her cup =/. Mind you, that we only hand wash these and used wooden/plastic stirrers. I reached out to Sweese and they promptly sent a set of replacements.

So far so good. Perfect size and just enough room if we want some foam.
They're easy to care for and this set seems durable.
I would buy these again, even knowing that having fragile glass shipped from Amazon can sometimes end unfortunate.

Sweese 405.003 Porcelain Stackable Espresso Cups with Saucers and Metal Stand - 4 Ounce for Specialty Coffee Drinks, Single/Double Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte and Tea - Set of 6, Cool Assorted Colors Review:

Third, the Metal Stand can organize the cups well.
I would recommend it to who loves good quality coffee cups as I do.

Double Wall Espresso Cups Set - Insulated Coffee Shot Glasses - 2.6oz, Set of 4 - Demitasse Gift Box Review:

Not many glasses will fit in the little DeLonghi EC155 coffee maker, so we had been using tiny shot glasses to make coffee. These fit - only just - and they've really elevated our morning coffee ritual. They look beautiful and insulate very well, keeping fingers cool and coffee hot, and easily hold a double-shot of espresso.

We got them at a nice price at $16 (so $4 per cup) and a set of 4 is a good quantity because we can use 2, pop them in the dishwasher and still have another pair so we don't need to wash them right away. They clean well in the dishwasher top rack.

The seller followed up with us after we got the delivery, unprompted, to ask if we got it and had any feedback, and seemed eager to help if we had any complaints. There's nothing wrong with the cups, we enjoy them every day, so this is my feedback.

Zenco 4 oz (125ml) Espresso Coffee Glass Cups with Large Handle (Set of 6) - Perfect size for Nespresso Lungo, Single/Double Espresso, Juice or Sake Review:

The size of the cup is just right for espresso - small enough (less than 2.5 inches tall) to be easily placed on any espresso machine; still, good enough for two shots.
Design - being a glass cup, (obviously) you can see through it as espresso is being extracted and can easily determine when to stop (my machine doesn't stop automatically).
Also, the handle is large. You can insert two fingers through it to stably/comfortably hold the cup when you enjoy your espresso.
Quality - Though small and thin, they aren't fragile. By mistake, I dropped it 2 feet from the wooden floor. It survived. Also, the glass is very clear.
Price - they sell a package of 6 cups for $17 - not bad.
Considering all these (size, design, quality, price), I'd give 5 stars.

Easy Pour Espresso Cups Set of 4 – Insulated Coffee Shot Glasses with Spout (2.6 oz) Review:

I use a single spout portafilter and 17gram basket for a double shot on the commercial machine. With the espresso coffee used, a double shot gives .7oz of foam that spills over this shot glass. Letting the foam fade away, so it can be poured it takes too much time. If the glass went up to an unmeasured 3 oz, I would love the glass.

Sweese 408.101 Espresso Cups - 4 Ounce (Top to The Rim), Double-Wall Insulated Glasses - Handmade Glass - Set of 4 Review:

We love our Sweese Espresso Cups! Beautiful design, the double wall keeps our espresso nice and warm and they feel great in your hand! We bought these to make espresso in, with the intention to then pour the espresso into a latte glass. The shape of these glasses means that the espresso runs down the side of the glass instead of a nice pour.
It's clear this was not the intention of this product and I wont hold it against an otherwise perfect espresso glass.
If you want a glass to drink out of this is it! If you want a glass to transfer and pour out of try a different shape.

DeLonghi Double Walled Thermo Espresso Glasses, Set of 2 Review:

I had to look for authentic espresso cups since I'm now so into this thing. These 2 oz cups are perfect for the novice like me, or the pro who wants a sweet looking, functional set up to serve your guests properly. I'm very happy. The unboxing was nice, the cups were packed very well. I think I followed the directions well in that I set up the cups so that the espresso would glide down the side of the cup at an angle, thus preserving the crema of the espresso as opposed to allowing the espresso to fall and splash at the center of the cup or fall into a cup that has not been designed with the gentle slope of the sides. Engineering by espresso folks, wonderful. The sides of the cup offer a double insulated wall; comfort to your hands while keeping the espresso hot. It's wonderful. Good deal on Amazon for the 'get your feet wet' pair of cups.
