In the 1970s, my mom received a green 18" ceramic tree that has needed a few replacement blubs over the years. We eventually decided to quit turning the tree to cover up the empty holes and bought these new blubs, which are just what we needed.The pink, blue, and red blubs are a slightly different shade from the original blubs, but in my opinion, that is to be expected given the 40 year age difference. I don't see this as a problem but it is something to be aware of depending on how many blubs you need to replace/how OCD you are. Right now, most of the original glue is holding so I only needed to use 3 blubs. Therefore, I had no issues with color matching.My color combination was excellent. How shall I put it? I sobbed after laughing. This little kid nearly got sent back. This comes out of the box in unbelievable disarray. In order to put it into the box, they actually grab the entire top portion and bend it downward into a U shape. Why not make the box taller? I honestly spent an hour and a half doing this, pulling each branch into place, separating each tiny twig, and bending them in the right direction. Apply moisturizer before you go! Your hands may start to bleed! None of the branches are supple. Only because I couldn't select the larger one did I order the 36" model. Although it was available, she wouldn't allow me take it. This wasn't too bad, but I wish I could have ordered that one instead. I managed to get it looking reasonably good after 90 minutes and a few drinks, but I still had to deal with the crookedness. The majority of the reviews I read stated that the items arrived misaligned as well. Why? This has no justification. Some sort of cement covers the bottom. It is heavy, so unless you have a cat like I have, it won't topple over. Good fortune! Someone who was extremely hurried wrapped a burlap bag around the bottom. That need adjusting. But I managed to do it, and to keep it straight, I had to find a container to put it into. I discovered a tiny silver bucket. Even though it's too little, it at least helps me chuckle at something other than this tree. I've included pictures so you can see how a Christmas miracle is accomplished. When I first started crying after laughing, it is the before photo. You'll realize why. And you'll notice how lopsided this thing really is! It's awful. Then there is the image of my cat staring at it while desperately trying not to laugh, with some of the branches pulled back. Still really depressing, but if you buy this tree, keep trying. Apply hand cream as you go and persevere. You might enjoy what you discover! The final product, first without decoration and later with decoration. This tree is worthwhile of your time if you take it!

UPDATE: I took down the tree, and it was rather simple to do so! It took a little while, but I was also very careful to make sure each branch was straightened and bundled up. It did fit back into the original box, which surprised me. Since this was my first time using it, there was little shedding, but nothing offensive. Hopefully, it won't shed as much the next time. I still adore this tree and found it difficult to store it.————Amazing tree! I don't have many Christmas trees to compare this one to because it's my first. However, I adore enormous, dense trees, and this one seems to me to be quite dense in comparison to others I've seen. Although I wouldn't want a few more branches, this is still a terrific deal for the money! Then I tried another 7.5' tall tree that was approximately $30 more expensive but had nearly twice as many branches. It makes me smile!It took some time to fluff out the three pieces of this (top, middle, and bottom), but I'm a perfectionist and I also enjoyed it, so I didn't mind! I concur with some other reviews in saying that the top of the tree is a little bit narrower than the rest of it; I wish the top limbs were a little bit longer. With my decorations, I was able to make it work, though. The fact that my tree is pushed up against a corner also adds to the fullness, in my opinion (the branches against the corner are simply moved up and down and fill in any gaps when seeing the tree from the front). The overall shape is fantastic!My ceilings are exactly 8 feet high, and even with the top fully extended, it came very near to touching them. The measurement is approximate. To strengthen the top (single) vertical branch so it could support my tree topper, which is around 6" tall, I folded it down halfway. The topper and ceiling are currently separated by a few inches. If you are concerned that the tree will be too tall, it is very simple to modify the top branch. Before I purchased it, I was concerned about that, but I was able to make it work perfectly in my space.The branches do shed a little, but not much, and as it was my first time setting it up, I didn't mind. The branches in the middle and bottom parts are attached to separate hinges, which made assembly incredibly simple (and probably pack away when that time comes). Although the wire connecting the top portion branches to the "stem" feels quite sturdy, I'm not concerned that it will break.The stand seems to be fairly typical and adequate/sturdy for supporting my tree. I can't speak to how strong it is to resist "pulling" or being climbed on because I don't have kids and my cat doesn't mess with the tree or decorations.:)I was happy that it would arrive with a beautiful container or something to store it in because the description when I got it indicated that it comes with a stow-away box. It simply arrived in a cardboard box that was contained inside of another cardboard box. I expected more of a plastic container of some sort, but the boxes are beautiful and quite solid. Oh well, these are small details, and I believe the description has disappeared.I'm quite satisfied with this tree overall.I'll update once again after a couple more applications!

Out of the box, it initially appears a little depressing, as other reviewers have said, but give it some time to fluff, and it soon begins to resemble a pretty darn good tree.The space we had was suitable for tall but not for wide trees because we had to minimize our life and our tree. This slim tree took the place of our previous, full-sized one. Though I sometimes like to switch around the colors of my lights, I ultimately decided against the pre-lit version and chose this one.I'm very happy I got this tree! It exactly fits the corner that we need it to. When the lights were installed and it was fluffed, I knew it would look fantastic when decorated, and it did not dissapoint. We were able to put every ornament I own on the tree, and it now looks fantastic. I'm overjoyed I made this buy!The fact that it did not fit my rotating tree stand was the sole disappointment. The base, which comes with its own stand and is slimmer than the typical artificial tree, was sadly too slender to fit on my rotating one.However, we genuinely feel that it was entirely worth the price we spent ($76.49). Sincerity be damned, I'd be content with a higher price. It ended up being a really excellent tree and looks lovely after being decorated and fluffed.

Hi. I have a Christmas addiction. (Pause for everyone to say hello.) Over the past three decades, I have cherished having enormous Christmas trees, and the bigger, the better. We have decorations from every vacation spot we've been, and we must have a dozen sizable, cushioned boxes full of lovely ornaments. That girl is a smartypants.My spouse entered the room and stated, "When it came, we got it up, which was easier than I would have anticipated "Huh. I didn't anticipate it being that tiny."I moaned. I was just feeling so down.When we brought in the zillion-billion boxes and began sorting through them, this changed. The wonderful thing about this tree, as you can see, is that its lighting extends far back on the branches for depth, and it is full enough to have several tips that can be adjusted to different heights without being very bushy, which would make it impossible to hang decorations. An excellent design. We received more than half of the ornaments, and many of those left over were the sturdy ones we'd used to fill in the lower branches of a full-sized tree when there was a baby or puppy in the house. Of course, not all of the ornaments fit on the tree, but I was astonished to find that our favorites all fit. This year, we didn't really miss them that much.I threw a tablecloth over the table, covered the tree stand (you should definitely cover it as it has a simple design), and stuffed presents under the tree. It is quite beautiful. On the day it was put up, nobody shouted at anyone. Everyone is content because we have time left over to watch a Christmas movie and bake cookies. I'm not responsible for watering the tree. Although I do turn them off before going to bed, the lights remain comfortably cool.Great deal!

I found exactly what I was looking for in the trees. On my model railroad project, I used them to top off some styrofoam mountains. Since they are pre-assembled, it was simple to "plant" the trees where needed by making tiny holes in the styrofoam. It takes time to "fluff" out the branches, but once done, it looks great.Interesting spring-like limbs in the tree's design can be bent to give it a broader appearance. The artificial tree I've been using for the last few years was quite heavy and was difficult to assemble, even in three sections, so I first ordered this tree because of its weight. Despite the conflicting reviews I had read, I still chose to test it out due of the low cost. I DID NOT anticipate a $500 tree; after all, you do get what you paid for. However, this came as a welcome surprise.1. The package that it comes in is indeed quite compact and slim. At first, menacing... but misleading. I knew it was going to work as soon as I took the first piece out of the package and began spreading and letting down the hinged branches. Each branch with a hinge is surprisingly flexible, simple to spread, and simple to position. Anybody who has put artificial arrangements together before would appreciate that certain artificial items are just simpler to work with than others. This one is simple.2. If there are gaps between the three pieces after spreading out the hinged branches during first assembly, SWIVEL the sections until you locate the position where each one best fills the gaps.3. The top branch is comparably light and might not be able to sustain hefty tree toppers, like MOST fake trees. I strengthened the structural support underneath my tree topper and stabilized it by attaching the tree topper to the structure with twist ties, etc.4. The limbs of the tree are attractively formed and staggered, making it simple to decorate.5. I actually wanted a 7- to 7.5-foot tree, but this one is only 6". So I put it on a box to give it some more height. Easy to accomplish with a tree this light.While I'm talking about weight, allow me to emphasize that, while the tree is lightweight enough to make handling and arranging it simple, it is NOT flimsy. With no issues, I installed a lot of lights and several substantial antique ornaments.I would have given it five stars, however I had to use an old stand because the stand was missing from my order.I've included a few pictures taken at various phases of setup.I hope this is useful to anyone who is trying to decide.
