The ideal accessory for these controllers is the KIWI Design Knuckle Straps for Oculus Quest/Rift S Touch Controllers. I've 3D printed and purchased a few "Knuckle" similar devices, and the most of them significantly increase the weight or size of the touch controllers. This strap is so incredibly light and comfy that you might mistake it for an Oculus product. High-end fit and finish are present throughout. This, in my opinion, ought to be included with every touch controller in place of the subpar straps that are currently offered. I am able to adjust the straps to easily reach all the buttons and triggers despite having hands that are larger than typical. The flush menu and Oculus buttons are obstructed by the o-ring holding the top of the strap, but I was able to quickly adapt and press the buttons without any difficulty. I think the advantages of the straps exceed this drawback. The straps are incredibly cozy for extended gaming sessions. I actually lose track of them when playing, and when I tried to put the controller on a desk, they wouldn't budge from my hand.Anyone who owns an Oculus Quest or Rift S should definitely get this, in my opinion. Since I already own both HMDs, I'm going to purchase a second set.

I saw that my roommate spent hundreds of dollars on a professional VR, and I want to get a cheap one for my phone.The phone fits easily in the slot and will stay put even if I move my head. My iphone XS fits perfectly; I use it. There won't be any issues with blurring because the lens has focus adjustments. The fact that there are two nodes to modify the distance between two eyes was another item that shocked me.I'm really happy with this device so far. You really must purchase these grips for the Oculus Quest and Rift S! I've tried cheaper silicone/rubber ones before and wasn't impressed. However, with the AMVR Touch controller grips, I can play without feeling irritated by the Touch controller's short handle and gain the added ability to open and close my hand at whim while still feeling comfortable. If you recently acquired an Oculus Quest or Rift S, you should make this your first purchase, especially if you have huge hands like I do. Playing frantic video games like Robo Recall, Creed, Beat Saber, etc. without these is unthinkable. With the included velcro straps, putting these on takes only a few seconds. I bought this case since I didn't want to wait for Oculus to restock their inventory with more Quest storage cases. I also desired extra space for storing accessories. Multiple layers of foam are inside a lovely, long-lasting hard plastic finish. Simply sketch out the desired location, then remove the foam. From beginning to end, it took me exactly ten minutes. This example is not compact, in my opinion. I wanted to store my noise-canceling headphones inside as well, so it is bigger than necessary. VR cannot be fully appreciated unless the Quest is used with premium headphones. The equipment is kept together thanks to this case. I do strongly advise keeping a row of foam large enough to put in front of your Oculus lenses in your stash. By doing this, you will have a barrier to prevent any wires or power plugs from moving and perhaps harming the lenses. Compared to the little Oculus egg-shaped casing, this is far more useful. The main drawback is that it's bigger and so less portable and won't fit in a backpack, but it should still be acceptable to bring on an airplane.

Sincerely, I haven't used any other 3D headsets, but this one is excellent given that it costs only $15.It is crucial to make sure your phone is properly aligned, which takes a moment but, if done incorrectly, might leave you feeling incredibly lightheaded in just a few seconds.The one aspect of 3D that I don't enjoy is how responsive it is to user movement. Depending on the app being used, this may be simplified, however I haven't looked at the settings at all. I travel with my headset to various residences and for a huge variety of people. Naturally, I don't want to transmit disease.This cover is the one to get if you want something that's comfortable, easy to clean, and safe to clean with Clorox wipes. Ice tried several covers that looked like cotton, but you really need to wash those. Although the leather covers are very attractive, they are shockingly less comfortable than this silicone cover and more difficult to keep clean.If you want comfort, cleanliness, and durability, buy this. Frame had a small amount of warping, which wasn't problematic but did indicate a lower-than-expected production (easily fixed as well). Additionally, the included frame velcro doesn't adhere to the two interfaces very well; again, this isn't a major problem as it stays in place, but it's simple to remove. If you're worried, I could suggest adding better velcro material to the face pad's back, but that's a minor problem.On the other hand, adding the nose gap cover and lens cover was a welcome extra. Getting some silicone compatible glue to adhere some Velcro and some Velcro glued or stitched to the nose area on the frame works great and is removable if you need the gap or someone doesn't like the flap is my recommendation, even though the recommended install and use of nose flap is never going to stay in place.The gaps in the foam interface are wonderful on paper, but because there aren't any in the frame itself, they are somewhat worthless. Take that as you will as I don't wear my glasses in virtual reality.Although it might not be as expensive as some of the other covers, it still functions effectively and is reasonably priced. At the very least, it's worth trying.

A few weeks ago, I bought it during the $299 promotion. Overall, tracking and image quality have significantly improved compared to the HMD Odyssey's original iteration. If you wear glasses, it's still a little crowded, but I'm looking at some 3D printed options to test out soon.Yes, the screen door effect is DRASTICALLY diminished. It's obviously still there, so I wouldn't say it's completely gone, but you'll have to look carefully.I've made the decision to continue using the Oculus for gaming and for seeing my own 180-degree and 360-degree videos and images. I didn't really appreciate the footage from my 360 Fly or Lenovo Mirage (180 degrees) until I watched it on the Samsung HMD Odyssey . They still need to be more explicit, but it's a start in the right direction. I'll try to use the lens to shoot some pictures that I may upload here.Best image quality I've seen in a VR gadget. Price; if you can get it for $299 again, purchase it on sale. Lightweight and quite comfy. For the minimal things I have tried, tracking is really rock solid, and physical setup is simple. No need for additional sensors or cameras.Cons: - The field of vision has not increased; you still have the impression that you are peering through a porthole. This is more of a problem if you wear glasses because it pulls your head even slightly more away from the "porthole" and makes the field appear smaller because the Samsung lenses are farther away by 1/2 inch.- In comparison to Oculus Touch, controllers feel "clunky". The real button layouts and control pads as well as the tracking loss in specific places. I currently consider the Oculus Touch to be the best option available, and I wish they could be developed to work with the Samsung HMD Odyssey . It would be a potent combination.Despite the fact that SDE is by far the best gadget I've ever used, I wish the resolution was greater. It still lacks the sharpness of a phone or monitor screen.- Once again, wearing glasses makes it considerably tougher to find the "sweet spot." I must try contacts, truly.- WMR still appears to need additional fiddling and tweaking to get SteamVR to work. It functions, however I seem to run into problems more often than I do on Oculus, forcing me to reset the encounter.As I continue to experiment with it, I'll add more.Relevant Notes: Because of my extreme nearsightedness, I must wear glasses when using any VR technology.
