I held off on writing this review until after I had filled and tied off my first bag, but now I can say without a doubt that these are the holy grail for Litter Genie aficionados seeking a better price than the original.You save money with this replacement in two different ways, in case you haven't already calculated them: (1) It costs less per cartridge (as of this writing, $5.50 each in a 4-pack vs. $7.85 each in a 4-pack), and (2) It contains 21 feet of bag compared to LG's 14. The price is reduced even further by the additional 7 feet, which equates to around 3 extra bags each cartridge (or an additional 2-1/2 months for one cat). I just have one cat, but having more than one can really change things.What about performance, then? You may have seen complaints about the smell in reviews of various substitute goods. This is a serious issue. If you collect up to a month's worth of cat waste in these containers as opposed to a day's amount, your nose would suffer greatly without the extra-thick plastic.I'm delighted to report that these bags perform just like the originals in that regard.The plastic is not as taut, according to a few reviews I've read here, and it bunches up within the LG container as a result. I have no idea what they are discussing. I always open the top of the bag and stick my arm inside to push the clean plastic all the way to the bottom of the container when I refill it after tying the full one off, and this replacement acts exactly like the original. Although I must admit that I haven't yet used a complete cartridge, I honestly do not understand the problem that would arise if it did bunch up inside. Just knot it off as usual and begin a fresh bag, and there would be less need to pull out additional plastic for it. Why even would that be a problem.Simply buy this. You'll regret not doing it.

Unfortunately, after using up the trial bags that came with my Genie cat litter pail, I discovered how pricey the replacement bag cartridges are! I made the decision to look around online, and I was eventually so thrilled to locate a significantly less priced substitute. But even though I was almost certain they wouldn't fit after reading numerous reviews that claimed they did, I kind of held out hope that I could somehow manage to make them fit because some reviews said they did! You could say that I really wanted these bags to function! Lol! In spite of my gut instinct, I decided to get the cartridges, and I'm so pleased I did!I don't know what happened to those that said they didn't fit, but as you can see in the photo collage, there is no better fit! Just be careful to secure a strong knot at the bottom of the bag; for me, one strong knot has been plenty. I'm a very satisfied client and will return to make more purchases!Still extremely pleased with the ChoiceRefill cat litter bags five months later! If I could, I would give it more stars because it satisfied my needs and fulfilled my expectations. When the Litter Genie initially debuted, I owned one. I believe I threw it away, but I was sure I didn't like it. After doing some research, I tried to find someone who had compared the Litter Champ and the Litter Genie side by side, but I couldn't find one anywhere. Although I am aware that everyone has their own preferences and gives importance to different aspects of items, I wanted to see a true side-by-side. It became evident from reading countless reviews and conducting research that most individuals "liked" what they purchased (or knew). I was also guilty of doing this because I first stuck with what I knew. Of course, anything is preferable when you are accustomed to garbage cans or picking up litter every time someone enters a room. Before I started my study, I had never heard of the Litter Champ. I hope my video addressed my question about the key differences, but here's a quick breakdown:Litter Champ has a larger capacity and is all-in-one for a simple switch from an old bag to a new one (with a blade or cutter incorporated into the door). not even necessary to carry scissors• Spring-loaded top helps to block odors and makes depositing simple (plus it can lock to aide with cleaning)• Foot pedal for depositing without using hands (especially important if you scoop straight in)• Latches truly stay closed and latched; • Scoop and hook are more nicer and part of the item.When using Litter Genie's spring loaded cutter, latches will not stay closed, and the main compartment will open. You must use two hands to use the cutter and stabilize the Litter Genie. The cutter reduces the Litter Genie's capacity almost entirely. The cutter is made of cheap plastic and is easily scratched. The scoop is a cheap add-on that is connected by inserting the plastic hook into the cutter. The cutter itself makes no sense at all. You are exposed to everything that has been sitting in there the moment you bend over and use two hands to make a deposit (The smell kind of overwhelms you).Since there is no built-in cutter on this, it is best to keep scissors nearby. I've seen that if you use the cutter while dumping litter directly in, it may get crushed and smell bad and be nearly impossible to clean out.Even while Litter Genie has strong marketing support, it isn't in the same galaxy as the Litter Genie. When it comes down to it, the most important factors are how much it can hold so that I don't have to pull it out all the time, fragrance, and last but not least, can I use the various components as they were designed to be used. For Litter Champ, the answer to each of these is affirmative. In regards to Litter Genie, the response is NO. The capacity of the Litter Genie is essentially zero, whereas the Litter Champ can carry virtually the whole Litter Genie. The scent coming through that flimsy plastic that kept breaking was terrible. And finally, you can't even use it right. What do you do once you have just scoped, set it down, since you need two hands to open the top? Then, when you pour it in, you think, "Great, I can pull the cutter to seal in the scent," but to your surprise, the entire bottom swings open, and the smell nearly makes you sick.Please feel free to ask me any questions; I'll do my best to assist.
