I wished to sample the greatest steak possible. I always make steak at home because I enjoy it, and when I chose to prepare for the whole family, Amazon suggested Nebraska's steaks because of their amazing marbling and thick cut. The steak was quite juicy and soft, but it didn't melt in your mouth. It was also very beefy; I couldn't taste the "funky" flavor that some people associate with dry-aged beef, but it was still significantly more meaty than what I would find in my local grocery store. Is the cost justified? Yes! visit a standard steakhouse with respectable marbling, preferably more so than what these steaks have. A ribeye can easily cost up to $50 to $200 depending on the location at those steakhouse prices! Worth the 260 dollars for 10 large, thick-cut steaks

This steak is excellent—firm and fresh. I use this to manually cut cheese steaks, and I used to buy them for $7.99. However, the price has since doubled, making it either possible for someone to price rape me if they know I want to buy it, or the market has shifted and increased the price to $14 or more. I can see if the market price of beef has changed, but I chose this cut since it is excellent and reasonably priced, now not so much, but still a great cut!

The very greatest sirloins I've ever eaten. Sirloins that are this delicate and delicious are uncommon. Definitely a testament to how these animals are raised and how they are handled after being harvested. I'm eager to try the NY Strips and Ribeyes if the sirloins are this amazing. The order also included seasoning and hamburgers. Although salt and pepper are always a good option, their Signature seasoning is deserving of a try. Very adaptable! I used it with my lunchtime chicken and eggs. Finally, the burgers were excellent. Extremely delicious and barely shrunk at all when grilling. Will most certainly advise purchasing from Nebraska Star Beef and will place another order to test out some of their other cuts.

Outstanding grass-fed steak. The flesh is of excellent quality, soft, and there is a lot of fat, which is really tasty on its own. The flavor is a little on the sweet and buttery side. Despite negative reviews, I took a chance because it was less expensive than the comparable Pat LeFrida demonico ribeye, which I already adore. I prepared them both at once (sous vide to 129.8). Although the LeFrida steak has a much stronger, beefier flavor, both were excellent. My wife chose the Verde when I asked her which she preferred better.My only gripe is that I wish these were available in a larger size and thicker cut, but it's great for people who don't have as big of an appetite as I do. Cook thin steaks carefully because they can easily overcook in the centre.
