Solo Pure Almond Paste - 8 oz Review:

Make authentic "Bear Claw" pastry with this paste. The puff pastry and slivered almonds were mixed with the almond paste. The bear's paw is presented in the best possible way by using slivers as bear claws (nail)! Additionally, since sugar is not added, this pastry is great for diabetics because it lacks the Midwest's sugary coating that is used on ALL other pastries.

Odense Marzipan, Almond Candy Dough, 7 Ounce Box Review:

When I placed my order, I believe I did not read the description thoroughly enough since I was taken aback when a little tube showed up. I've been using almonds and almond products in a lot of my baking, but marzipan, which is a specialty item in Hawaii, may be challenging to locate. Even though I reside in the most expensive country in the world, where anything from the west is considered exotic, I paid around 20% more for this item than I would have if I had purchased it from my neighborhood store. In spite of the fact that the quality is comparable to other marzipan in a tube, I would not repurchase it at this cost because I can get it much cheaper by walking down the street. In addition, it turns out that it is very simple (and inexpensive) to prepare, so that is what I intend to do the next time I need it.

5LB Almond Flour Blanched, Extra Fine Ground Almond Meal - Oh! Nuts (5 LB Bag Blanched Almond Flour) Review:

The blanched almond flour, which I got for the third time from this firm, is fantastic and produces wonderful baked products for our gluten-free household. Knowing I'd need additional flour for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I unintentionally ordered the unblanched flour last July. Since I didn't need it right away and didn't check the package when it arrived, I didn't realize my error until just before Christmas when I noticed it was much darker. I then opened the package and saw that they had sent me not only the unblanched (which was my mistake), but also that the sell by date was in February 2018! They shouldn't have sent it 5 months after the sell by date because, as I indicated, I had ordered it in July 2018. I did place a second purchase for the blanched, and it was delivered promptly with a 2019 expiration date. I have no idea how they were able to ship a bag of flour that had expired, but because I can't get in touch with Oh! Nuts directly, I'm doing it through this review right now. I've been happy with the product overall, save from that one incident.

Oh! Nuts Marzipan Candy Fruits, Holiday Marzipans Gift Tray in a Fancy Box, Unique Basket for Women & Men Alike, Send it Christmas or Thanksgiving Gourmet Gifts Food Idea (36 Piece) Review:

These were tasty, affordable, and fresh. I love marzipan, but I've been disappointed by faulty marzipan in the past. It is frequently expensive. It's usually stale. And occasionally it leaves a peculiar metallic aftertaste. NEVER THOSE! Because the cost was so low, I was initially hesitant. However, neither in my previous online nor in-store purchases, including purchases at confectionery shops, have prices and quality been associated. Therefore, I gambled, and I'm glad I did. They are also beloved by my children who are away at college, so I bought more for them, and they shared my joy. So, it wasn't just a stroke of luck. highly advisable (And I have no affiliation with Oh! and I did not receive a price reduction for this review. Nuts.) I'll buy from them once more.

Niederegger Classic Marzipan Variations - 300 g/10.5 oz Review:

Was worth the wait even though it took awhile to arrive from Germany (I've had shipments arrive from China quicker). This company was suggested to me by a German acquaintance. The "flavours" are all rather faint and have a similar taste. They taste far better than anything I've had in the United States, which is a plus.

Niederegger Chocolate Covered Marzipan Loaf, 7-Ounce Review:

You will adore this if you are familiar with this brand or enjoy traditional Marzipan.I've placed six orders with the same business or supplier. Every time, it arrived undamaged, fresh, and in perfect condition. Some of the reviews with lower ratings are probably from chubby Americans who are only accustomed to overly sweetened, inexpensive chocolate with a high fat content (which does melt, guess what). It is intended that the premium dark chocolate used to cover this WILL NOT melt. If you have never had marzipan before, it will taste quite authentically like marzipan. Smooth and almond-like.Go somewhere else if you're someone who is used to the normal American overly-sugared, milk chocolate covered garbage.

Odense Almond Paste, 7-ounce (Pack of 2) Review:

I prepared my mother, who turned 88, a lovely almond cream cake. Without this tool, I would not have been able to create the unique thing I sought. Just two things I adore about this product are how easy it is to work with and how deliciously fresh it tastes. I didn't have to spend hours looking through the shops here because I could find the thing on Amazon.

Solo Almond Paste, 8-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4) Review:

I consume one of the six recommended doses each day at work as a pick-me-up in the middle of the morning (with one left over for the weekend or as a mid-afternoon meal if long day at work). I would compare the fat, sugar, and tasty flavor to a "5-hour Energy" drink.Since they are gluten-free and gluten-free goods can be hard to locate on the go and the real almond nuts themselves can quickly go bad, I also bring them with me when I travel. I hadn't previously purchased these from Amazon, but my neighborhood Fresh Market was out.Follow-up: Caution: Do not pack this in your carry-on bag if you are traveling with it. Alternately, cut larger amounts into smaller ones. My own was recently seized by the TSA despite the fact that it is a soft solid due of the way it was shaped. The agent removed everything from my suitcase, discovered the "weapon," and determined it was not permitted to travel because the packaging said "paste" on it and was larger than 3 oz.

Roland Foods Almond Paste, 7 Pound Review:

After viewing the image of a Rolands paste can with a flaw, we took a step back and said, "WOW how nasty." But all items eventually develop mechanical issues. Since we started using Roland's Almond Paste, we have consistently found it to be the best, savory, aromatic, and delectable almond paste ever. To be fair, we've included a picture of the Rolands almond paste can we recently received. This is how each can that Roland has sent us, including the one that arrived yesterday, looks like. When the lid is opened, a lovely almond scent fills your nostrils with nothing but pure bliss. You won't find a better product or a better deal anywhere else. Give it a try; you'll love it. Grampa JoePS. Since most of our recipes call for 8 oz. servings, we vacuum bag this enormous quantity in 8 oz. Revacuum the leftovers if you only need a little.) It has a long lifespan. This has been our practice since 2013. Put it in a ziplock bag and use a straw to remove all of the air if you don't have a Foodsaver Vac machine.

Odense Almond Paste - 3 Pack Value Bundle Review:

This is the base of my cookie recipe. The product is excellent, and using Amazon Prime is easy. I've never used almond paste from any other brand. I paid a reasonable price ($21) for the three-pack, which retails for $5.99 each item at Whole Foods and $4.99 per box at Target. Never would I go over the $21 for the three. This is a good purchase if you use this product in your baking and would rather have it sent by mail for any reason. I would be worried about how well this would travel in the heat now that summer has arrived.
