This coverlet is really lovely. Steely blue, chocolate, and light tan are the exact colors that are shown, and I appreciate that it is a coverlet rather than a large, puffy comforter. Very few thread ends and no puckering can be seen in the coverlet's and the shams' excellent quilting. Though not the best workmanship I've ever seen, the accent pillows are nonetheless attractive and of a decent quality for the money I paid for the 5-piece set. I purchased the set for the coverlet, not the accent pillows.A vintage California King-sized waterbed frame with a head board, foot board, and side rails holds my box spring and mattress. In order to tuck the coverlet in on the sides and foot for a smooth, perfect finish, I purchased it in the Full/Queen size, which fits well. It's lightweight enough to wash and dry in my average-capacity top-loading washer and dryer, which is essential to me because my bed is frequently used by my pets and grandkids.

Very lovely and the ideal way to decorate my daughter's bedroom for Christmas. I was thrilled because the color was just as described. I'm also happy with how generous the size is because there is so much more even though I purchased a California King. This piece is made in large part by the exquisite embroidery details. The cover is a little bit thinner than I had anticipated, but I wouldn't take away a star for it because who's to say my assumption was accurate? I slept with only the cover on the night, with no flat sheet underneath, with the heater set to 71, and I didn't wake up cold or hot. Excellent slumber!

I want to commend this device after owning it for more than 1.5 years. I slept with two elderly, slightly incontinent pugs during that time. I can thus guarantee that this has been washed at least twice or three times every week. With the exception of a few frayed threads on the shams, the color hasn't faded and the item still appears to be nearly new. Oh, and did I mention that my two preschool-aged girls enjoy snuggling up on it and sporadically spilling food or drinks? Not to mention that they occasionally still had "accidents" that required more laundering. I would HIGHLY recommend this collection if you have pets or young children in your life. As a coordinating throw for the end of the bed and bolster pillows, I bought a different brand. It did not perform as well as all. It appears to have been washed countless times and should be replaced. I'll definitely check out this collection when shopping for a replacement.

I purchased these to cover the couch that the dogs enjoy lying on. To cover the seating area, we fold them lengthwise and tuck them behind us. They have worked wonders for that. Other twin covers I've purchased are much shorter than these ones, which are rather long. Our sectional's two of these enclose the entire seating area. Additionally, they have a generous width. They've lived there a few weeks and maintain their cleanliness (not yet washed). In comparison to other bedding I've purchased, they are a little stiffer and less soft, which is precisely what I needed. They also maintain their position on the couch better than other coverings I've used for some reason. Although they have a slightly sparkly, 1970s hotel bedspread appearance, they are ideal for my needs. Don't order these if you want some thick, soft plush. Get these if you want an older, slightly more robust blanket spread that won't collapse when touched. Although I didn't want them to be, they aren't particularly soft. With the purchase, I'm quite happy!UPDATE: Despite numerous washings, these still look brand new. Another benefit I've seen is that I can wash both at once without my top-load washing machine becoming unbalanced. For me, that's a major advantage!

These are just my initial thoughts after having this coverlet for a short while. If there are any problems, I might update later. This product met all of my expectations. It is a thin, large coverlet or bedspread. It is "excellent" or "very good" quality. The color is exactly as it appears on my pc (I know colors can vary from laptop to laptop). Although they refer to it as taupe and that is the color shown in the picture, I would describe it a light coco, in agreement with another reviewer. It did had a chemical smell to it. I immediately thought of dry cleaning fluid. As soon as it arrived, I washed it. GENTLE CYCLE, COLD. I took it slightly damp after drying it on low heat (my preference). It perfectly encloses the bed. A CalKing TempurPedic is mine. The coverlet does not touch the floor because of how deep the mattresses are, but I didn't want it to. On either side, it hangs from the floor about 8 inches. Excellent from head to foot length. After the initial washing, a very faint smell persisted, but not enough to prevent me from sleeping with it on the bed. The embossed pattern is gorgeous and emerged from the washer in flawless condition.

This bedspread is exceptionally nicely built and is in fact a bedspread, not a coverlet. If you put it in the dryer, it will shrink. I ordered a "large" for my twin bed because I was aware of this prior to purchasing it based on feedback from other customers. Due to its flexible foundation and thick mattress, my twin bed has a lofty base. To make sure I knew how broad the bedpread needed to be, I measured my bed from the floor on one side, across the top, and down to the floor on the other side. I also have an XL twin bed. The sides were about 1-2 inches too long on each side when I put it on the bed after it arrived. The bedspread stopped about 2" above the floor on each side after I cleaned and dried it. It didn't appear that the length was altered.I would advise everyone to use dimensions rather than the provided "twin, full, queen, or king" categorization when purchasing any bedspread from anyone. A bedspread maker can't possibly account for all of the new bed styles and mattress and box spring thickness variations that are available; they can only provide you with the bedspread's dimensions. Additionally, 100% cotton will shrink.

I requested two king-size pillow shams in navy blue, measuring 118 by 106 inches. I did receive the King size that I anticipated. True navy blue, but when photographed with flash, it appears more vivid. completely covers the King-sized bed. See the images below. I'm confident that I won't be battling for blankets! Shipping took less time than anticipated. The coverlet's lovely navy blue color and perfect thickness matched my expectations and preferences. I desired a blanket for under my duvet (with a very warm down inside.) When I kicked off the hotter blanket, I wished I had a lighter one. I threw it in the washer right away because I didn't notice any color, size, or loose thread issues. If I experience any unusual issues with this product, I will update my review. I definitely would order more at this point. Worth the cost for such a lovely coverlet.
