I have been using this useful stool frequently each day to readily see items in the taller cabinets.Before utilizing the stool, you should inspect it for safety reasons and to check for any cracks that could compromise the stool's structural integrity.While I'm unsure if the 400-pound test was correct, I could say that it would still function if the 400 pounds were seated rather than standing.People as heavy as 230 pounds have used this stool for extended periods of time without even making a sound.It can make you feel a little unstable because it is rather tall for anything without a handle.Additionally, the worry I had after reading other reviews about it supporting only 200 lbs.This has wonderful storage because it folds quite flat and is lightweight and portable. It is about an inch thick.I have, however, occasionally nicked my finger in the folds when attempting to set something down for usage, but it was easily preventable.I would have preferred to get a lightweight stepladder for the added security rather than this stool, which is good but not outstanding.(At the time, I needed something with height.)

It's my fault that I bought these stools assuming they were bar stools high, but it would be useful if the height information were easier to notice and there were some pictures of the stools in perspective with people. Actually, these are merely footstools, or the kind of item you might use to sit around a campfire, etc. Having said that, they did appear to be of decent quality. I also enjoyed how they opened up effortlessly and collapsed, and the handle that is attached to the stool makes it very convenient to carry or hang it up. But I'm not sure they could withstand supporting 400 lbs for very long. They came swiftly and didn't need any assembly.

A year ago, I purchased four of these chairs to have extra seats for when the grandchildren visit for dinner or other occasions. They are perfect and have been used by us innumerable times (at parties, camping, etc.). They are simple to set up and take up very little room when stowed. Most people appear to have some difficulty unlocking them in order to fold them back up, but I don't find that to be the case. Although the chair is only meant to support 220 pounds, I weigh about 230, and it has shown to be both durable and comfortable for me. Last night, I placed another purchase for six of these chairs for future events.

I can use this to play classical or dreadnaught guitar at a higher height than a conventional stool on the deck or during a performance.Not very adequately cushioned; my bony derriere needs a little more support. But it's what I expected because I've used several of the same 24" stools for keyboard gigs. This is more important on the shorter stool because my thighs are at a different angle, so I may buy or build a pad or cover for it.Contrary to similar stools with steeper angles, this stool's shallow angle to the curve around the seat is a fantastic design element that makes it much more comfortable. I purchased the Acko 16 Inches Super Strong Folding Step Stool for Adults and Kids, Kitchen Stepping Stools, Garden Step Stool Black to put an end to those moments of precariously balancing on a dining chair trying to reach a high kitchen shelf or struggling with the folding step stool that won't easily fold or unfold. To be quite honest, I didn't acquire this to reach the top shelf; instead, I got it for use as a squatty potty. Since I don't have children, it would be odd to have a random stool hanging around the toilet. This item is more than half the price AND folds for easy storage. It's ideal! For my husband's knee exercises, I ordered this. He underwent surgery to repair the right knee joint, and one of the workouts involved this tiny stool. Lightweight, robust, small, foldable, and, I'll admit it, fashionable I came across this particular unit because I thought the patterns were cool. After reading about eXpace's features, I decided why not since I had never heard of it before. My wife found that this step stool fit our needs the best after trying others made by Werner, Rubbermaid, and Cosco. Since we couldn't reach our upper shelves without standing on anything, we required a unit to store away in our walk-in closet. We're happy to have found a compact unit that takes up little room while not in use. When not in use, it is incredibly simple to reassemble and folds flat for storage. I gambled on the 13", which turned out to be unexpectedly capable of supporting 350 lbs. of weight—at least that's how it's described. Since neither my wife nor I weigh close to 350 pounds, the supported feature is a plus. You may rest assured that it is sturdy. When it expands and is in use, there is ZERO swaying thanks to grooves on the bottom of the narrow ends that lock in. To prevent slippage, the top is made of a rubber-like substance that is comfortable on bare feet. In person, the Tribal Chic pattern looked far better than it did in the advertisement. If the photographs on the Amazon website were a little bit better, I'm ready to wager that these would likely be sold out.

I've had stools just like these for years that I purchased from Walmart and later Amazon. As a keyboard player, I use these during performances. Only one of the half a dozen I've had over the years failed—under a friend who was playing my keyboards but was too busy having fun to notice. This specific one, which I notice I purchased in 2015, is just as nice as the others. Although some reviews claim that the quality has declined, those reviews were written before I made my purchase, indicating that any manufacturing problems have been resolved.I am between 175 and 180 pounds. Unless they're very careful, I wouldn't advise someone above, let's say, 250 lbs, to use it frequently.Although it doesn't have a big cushion or a plush seat, it serves my function perfectly and folds down to a small enough size to fit in my music bag.All have survived up until they were lost or destroyed, with the exception of the one that failed. It can't be beat for the price and convenience.After my house caught fire in 2019, I acquired another. As far as I can tell, it's the same as the others, therefore the quality is still good. Additionally, due to the angle of the seat edge, it is far more comfortable than my previous replacement (which I obtained from who knows where). My first replacement is much more difficult to sit on or lean on because of its steeper sides. View images.
