Steps have to be replaced on a 2005 Holiday Rambler motorhome with Kwikee steps. They operated in reverse, exiting when you started the engine and entering when you opened the door, etc. It accomplished the exact opposite of what it was intended to. The appropriate switch for the additional steps was this tiny one on the door. Works Perfectly!

Switch has a 3/8-24 thread, thus almost any auto application can use a drill and tap to make it function. My 77 Vette's screw holes were resistant to Switch at first, so I ran a 3/8-24 tap through them before they finally shot in and functioned perfectly. If you don't have the same tiny connectors on the car harness, you can solder straight to the switch using holes in flat connectors, and it will still fit back into the through hole without any issues.
