I waited for this to restock for a while. It appears to be out in all places. The quality is good. an affordable all-in-one package. There are several pictures online with orange shackles, but who cares? My chains turned black. Shackles must always be painted; if you choose, spend $4 and five minutes doing so.I'm unsure about the gloves' sizes. The index fingers are snug, but they fit since I wear an XL. But they are incredibly frail. Purchase some strong duty gloves to wear on a regular basis, but keep them on the bag just in case.We'll see about durability. Once I've utilized it, I'll update. I simply hope I won't require it right away.

Over the past two winters, I've utilized this snatch rope numerous times to liberate stranded cars. I used my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to tow all the vehicles with the exception of one, utilizing a hitch mount shackle on my Jeep and a soft shackle on the other vehicles.A sedan that was stranded on the side of the road owing to slush and ice was easily pulled free by attaching a soft shackle to its trailer hitch.A small four-door automobile was easily towed by his friend's pickup after becoming stranded in the middle of a side road in the thick of snow and ice. To prevent them from using chains, I loaned them my equipment. My gear was the safest choice because the chains were not designed for towing. Uncertain where the attachment will be.Then came cars parked in snowbanks.On top of the snow bank was an import that appeared to be headed for street racing. It was entirely off the road. It was a delicate pull, and because of the sharp edges on their recovery point, I had to utilize my steel shackle. Without causing any harm to the car, I was able to pull it free. Uncertain how they got onto the snowbank. They were, in my opinion, moving far too quickly for the circumstances. For safety, go slowly. Arrive unharmed.A vehicle was parked off the road and sitting atop a small snowbank. That night, the roads were practically made of sheer ice. A coating of snow covered a half inch of ice on the majority of side roads. Nevertheless, I was able to extricate the minivan. The only available attachment point was an engine mount, so I used my soft shackle there. The driver was warned that because of the pulling angle, their bumper would probably be damaged, and the engine mount would also be damaged. Driver claimed they didn't care that it was a $500 van. Lol. Although the rope's stretch prevented harm to the engine mount, it nevertheless caused damage to the bumper. The bumper was harmed, but the rope was good.I slowed down and waited for them to hit the snow bank before stopping to help after seeing a sedan spin out behind me on the highway. used a soft shackle to pull them out using the trailer hitch.This rope has performed admirably throughout the winter; it stretches nicely to absorb impact when being pulled, and it has never let me down. It is always stored in my Jeep throughout the winter along with other recovery supplies, and I am confident that it can free any car the size of my Cherokee or smaller from any of the typical situations where people become stuck. For my wife's van, I'm considering getting a backup in case she gets stuck. In this way, if they don't have their own equipment, a passing capable vehicle could be able to help.

These arrived on a Monday, and the next day there was a snowstorm. I utilized the MaxTrax to rescue two nice guys who got stuck when I was driving home from work in the storm. Despite the fact that the route was largely flat, the first young man became stopped in an area of black ice. He was able to move past the ice and continue on his journey thanks to the MaxTrax under the rear wheels. The next vehicle was a four-wheel-drive car driven by a teenager that was partially in a ditch and off the road, with only the front driver's side wheel still holding to the shoulder. After removing a little amount of snow, the MaxTrax were positioned underneath the front wheels. When he depressed the gas pedal, he shot up and out of the ditch. He was a small child from another state, and it was wonderful to see the relief on his face. I placed a second pair of orders for my wife's automobile. They're pricey, but I believe they're worthwhile. I've read that if tires are allowed to spin on MaxTrax nubs, they could melt off. That didn't occur in either of the aforementioned cases, therefore mine are practically brand new. A word of common sense caution is also in order: once freed from their automobiles under winter conditions, drivers could not have complete control over them. Ensure that they have a wide driving space that is free of other cars and helpful passersby who have halted to offer assistance.

Just wanted to make clear that although the first aid kit is empty, the goods inside are all mine. Hawaii shipping was completed in in 7 business days, which is extremely quick.I was able to accommodate many tiny boxes full of gauze, dressings, and other miscellaneous goods like scissors, ointments, tape, bandages, etc. This tiny bag can hold a lot of things without being difficult to seal. I like that it can be attached using vertical MOLLE straps to Smittybilt GEAR Seats or other products with similar features, or Velcro straps around the roll bars. Even the First Aid Kit itself can attach some! I mounted it on my Jeep TJ from 2006. Highly advised for anyone who travels off-road or to simply keep on hand in case of emergencies. First aid kits should always be the first item you carry with you. You hear so many people stress the need of having recovery equipment and never hiking alone on unfamiliar routes. This comes highly recommended because it can be immediately accessed for any unforeseen off-road circumstances.
