I bought it to replace my iPad 5th generation 9.7(2017) since, while removing my cracked screen, I severed the flex cable. I wish I had done greater research before purchase since this firm would have prevented a severed flex cable because the other company from which I ordered the screen repair kit had only offered the bare minimum of tools that were likewise of poor quality. The tool set that came with my new home button had all the necessities for my new repair and more! And for the money I paid, the quality is fantastic! Additionally, a few days after I placed the order, a representative of the business contacted me and offered any assistance I might need with my repair; I had never experienced that level of customer service before! I purchased this since the original Wi-Fi cable broke when I changed the glass screen on an iPad 2. Since Apple attached the Wi-Fi chip to the glass, it appears that this is a very typical occurrence. The Wi-Fi chip may be pulled out by the glass as you begin to lift the bottom right corner, and the antenna may come loose quite simply. Regards, Apple. Anyway, this was a fantastic substitution. Excellent Wi-Fi reception; no trouble connecting to 2.4 and 5 GHz access points. If that occurs again, at least I know I'm not completely screwed.

I choose to buy a new iPhone 6s adapter for my BMW rather than a new iPhone 7 Plus converter.
