These risers' fit and workmanship much exceeded expectations, and they lock-up to your picatinny rail like a vice. The riser includes a cutout on one side to minimize weight (they are already very light), and on the other side, there are two (2) star-keyed screws and spring tensioners to fasten the riser to your rail. When the risers are adjusted down using the star keyed Allen wrench that is included, they look absolutely wonderful! There are no protruding nuts, no cluttered knobs, and no levers like the quick-disconnect risers that are so in vogue. These risers are installed to many of my AR platforms that are 5.56 chambered, and even after firing hundreds of rounds down range, they haven't moved an inch! I couldn't decide whether to give this mount 4 or 5 stars. The mount is locked firmly with three screws, which creates a SOLID base, therefore the fourth star. My Vortex Crossfire II is mounted, and I ADORE IT! However, you anticipated that. The CFII has such excellent eye relief that I wanted to forward the mount one rail slot to fully benefit from it. Son-f-a-b@#$h, I can't mount the scope where I planned to reposition it to maximum eye relief because of the intersection of the receiver rail and the rail on the free-float hand guard. Where another rail slot would be if the receiver were monolithic, the connection leaves a half-inch space. This problem is caused by the third screw or by using three screws.I wanted my cheek weld to be the same for both scope and BUIS. Although it's actually not a big deal, you should be cautious of the cheek weld because it's so close to me. The Primary Arms AR15 Basic Scope Mount, Black ($26!) was replaced by this. The PA scope mount worked without any issues for me. I adore that mount, in fact. It is ROCK SOLID in that sense and only takes one screw to fasten the mount to the rail. But I was powerless to withstand the Aero mount's weight.I won't add to the positive reviews left by other reviewers; I'll just say they're accurate.-The cost is reasonable for such a high-quality mount.My go-to wrench for other devices using the same size nut is the included star wrench.-In terms as leveling the scope, I had no issues. Maybe I just got lucky here. I only tighten the central screw until it requires more effort than light pressure to rotate as required. I tighten a bit more, check the level, and repeat as necessary. Next, I turned the remaining two screws tight. For leveling, I use a level and a plumb bob.— After 200 rounds and remounting the scope to test return-to-zero, the zero has remained constant.Spending money on a fanboy product with a big name brand is a waste. This mount clearly demonstrates its strength and quality.

Arrival of the UTG Dovetail to Picatinny adaptor.I've trial fitted it on both my air pistol and air rifle (.177 caliber) (.22)The dovetail appears to have been precisely machined.It will undoubtedly meet my demands without any recoil concerns thanks to 3 set screws and a stop pin.Lovely details:Two allen wrenches and two spare screws are included in the packaging with the rail, making it very convenient to return a sight to its original position. Riser is reasonably priced and ideal for my needs. My 5.56 AR pistol has a Bushnell TRS-25 fitted to this riser. To ensure that it would clear the top of my forward flip-up sight, I needed something taller (Diamondhead polymer sights). This taller riser worked well to clear my front sight while allowing for a lower 1/3 co-witness when both sights are in use. I'm not sure if this is because my flip up sights are a little taller than other flip ups, or if mounting them on the rail makes them taller compared to a gas block front sight. Unfortunately, UTG does not produce this 1" mount with the QD option.I secured the riser to my rail more firmly than I could have done with only my hands by inserting a hex key through the knob's hole. It hasn't moved since I first placed it, but I didn't go insane to avoid stripping or breaking anything (with over 700 rounds through my AR pistol with this attached so far). Prior to tightening it, verify that the riser is positioned entirely forward on the rail (same goes for the optic on the riser). I didn't think it was required, but you could definitely use blue loctite or something in place of tightening the knob. I might end up doing that if it becomes loose.

When looking for a sealing plate for a first-generation RMR, I came across this plate combination that includes both a flat plate and a plate with a battery hump that can assist lower flicker. Giving it a try was worthwhile only to get two plates at this price.I put the flat plate under a rifle mounted RMR and the humped plate under a carry gun. So it included plates for both a machined slide and a Trijicon mount. However, I can now see a great seal around the borders of both optics despite not having immersed either. For me, the comfort is worth the affordable cost.Since my pistol was milled for a different screw size and my rifle mount required longer screws, I didn't use the screws for either, thus I can't really comment on the hardware quality there.Although they fit under the RMR well, they will work on *ANY* Trijicon RMR cut, despite the fact that they are promoted as suiting MOS and OSP cuts.Definitely worth the cost.

I have purchased a second scope mount from Monstrum Tactical. The first foundation I attached to my Remington 700 300 Win Mag is doing fantastically under the force of the magnum recoil. I mounted this scope base on my AR-15. Excellent machine work is evident. Everything fits up flawlessly and there are no tooling marks. The built-in rings are six screw, which I love, and the edges are smooth. It felt quite sturdy and snugged up tightly. For my G19, which has an rmr mounted on it, I ordered this. I was occasionally losing the dot. One of my buddies asked me right away whether I had this programme installed after I read some forum remarks. He claimed that it resolved his problem in perfect detail. Why is Trijicon not including this with the rmr if it is so important? You purchase a product for about $500, and they throw in some sheet metal for for $2?My rmr is now operating flawlessly. This optic was purchased for a mount I required for a freshly acquired scope. This mount is really well crafted and functions just as promised. Although it is pretty strong, I wouldn't suggest using this for optics you will be changing mounts for frequently because attaching the scope to the mount takes a little longer than taking it off and putting it on a rail. Picatinny rail has been added to the top of the mount, which is a good touch and enables mounting of any other extra accessories you might require. Overall, this is a good buy for the money, and I don't think it will fail you when you need it most.

Although they were terribly misfit, they were actually quite simple to spread out and then compress into place.Each replaceable clamp face on a bench vice may protrude almost 1/8 inch above the vice when it is closed.If those detachable bars are thin enough to fit in between the problematic surfaces, simply OPENING the vise gently will widen the ring base with ease.Then, cover the serrated surfaces with plastic or another material and press down gradually while checking the fit until they slide over the picatinny receiver rail.I got a flawless fit and left no scratches in less than five minutes.Drill a hole, replace one of the segregated bars if one or both of them are too thick, and then fit and drill another hole.Even though I had to do that, the process only took five minutes.
