gonicc Professional Foot Sleeve Pair(2 Pcs) with Compression Wrap Support, Breathable, Stabiling Ligaments, Prevent Re-Injury, Boots Circulation, Ankle Brace, Volleyball Protective Gear Ankle Guards. Review:

I favor that ankle due to sciatica brought on by piriformis syndrome, which causes Achilles tendonitis, and I'm also normally an idiot who overuses/overextends the ankle because I wouldn't give up karate. I've started working on the other problems, but I still need the extra support because my Achilles tendon isn't as strong as it should be (I find it difficult to even walk on tiptoe or occasionally go up and down stairs). This compression wrap and sleeve are effective. It provides the stability I need to twist that foot into my kicks without experiencing sharp pain or further taxing the tendon. Similar to how it fits nicely into my sneakers, I can train for a 5k run/walk without discomfort. We often forget that pain in one little region can lead to imbalance in the rest of the body, but stabilizing my ankle so firmly has greatly improved my general form and is accelerating my athletic development. When I need it again, I'll absolutely get this again.

Protle Soft Ankle Brace Compression Support Sleeve (Pair) for Injury Recovery, Pain Relief, Joint Pain, Achilles Tendon, Plantar Fasciitis Foot Socks, Reduce Swelling, Arch Support Review:

This product has been a great help in reducing swelling and supporting my ankle after I recently sprained and tore a ligament in my ankle. My toes are free because it's not a full sock, which makes it more pleasant to wear. I simply layer my usual sock over it when it's cold. I measured according to the instructions and thought the advice was accurate. In addition to being comfortable to wear and not feeling too restricting, the compression is precisely the proper amount to avoid edema. I can move my ankle and walk without any trouble because the material is flexible. The fabric is very breathable, so my foot doesn't perspire while I wear it. I can picture using these for long car or aircraft rides or other forms of travel when I'll be sitting for a while. For the price, this is a very high-quality product. These make me really pleased!

LOKEP Ankle Brace Breathable Ankle Support Adjustable Ankle Stabilizer with Compression Wrap Support, Suitable for Men & Women, Sports -One Size Fits All Review:

These ankle braces were great! Due to my EDS, my ankles are prone to dislocation. I was looking for a brace that would be comfortable for me to wear while recovering from a bad fall and dislocation without giving me heat rashes from the Florida summer heat. Thank God I've finally discovered one that keeps the brace cool and in place thanks to the silicone it contains inside.I appreciated that the braces don't look too thick or unsightly to wear with a decent clothing because I'm a teacher. I wore them for the school's Open House, as you can see in the photo, and they were easy to wear with my flats and didn't look horrible. They are definitely something I would advise.

Sanabul Battle Forged Striking Gel Ankle Guard for MMA Muay Thai Kick Boxing (Pair) Review:

I have been practicing mauy thai for a while. My ankles have sprained a few times as a result of being checked for kicks or catching a block with my foot. I purchased these with the intention of strengthening my ankles. Here are my opinions after using them for a few months:The foot and my lower shin are where these ankle wraps apply the greatest of the pressure overall. As a result, they don't adequately support the ankle joint. These don't give me the support I needed without a tighter wrap around the joint. The item is well made and adds some gel padding over the foot, which some consumers might find practical. This doesn't do anything for me because I personally don't want more padding. In a prior draft of my review, I had a little more attitude when I said the aforementioned things. Sanabul made the initiative to get in touch with me and inquire about what they might do to make things right. I'm quite appreciative of that and don't regret testing this stuff. In the end, I've had several sprains and need more support than you may be seeking for, so these might work for someone else.

Ankle guards (x 1 pair) Shield Protector Dual Sided Pads for Soccer Football Review:

These are excellent and cost-effective.Just what we needed, but not ideal for cleats with socks connected because my daughter, who is 12 years old, felt they were heavy, but I think this is fantastic for younger soccer players, especially those aged 7 to 10,We sent them back because her new cleats didn't fit with them and she doesn't really need them that big at the ankle at her age, but I thought it was a fantastic product.

Venum Muay Thai/Kick Boxing Ankle Support Guard Review:

Look fantastic and perform well. Just be careful, I washed these alongside my hand wraps, and one of them got a little tangled up with the Velcro. Because I believe it was somewhat my fault, I wouldn't give it anything less than 4 stars. I've had them for two months, and throughout that time I've trained twice a week. So far, so good, and the colour is still vibrant.

Sanabul Essential Striking Gel Ankle Guard for MMA Muay Thai Kick Boxing (Pair) Review:

I recently started kicking a heavy bag again at the gym, and I noticed that the top of the foot that made contact with the bag was beginning to bruise. Sometimes it was so awful that I had to pause in the middle of my practice session. About a week ago, I purchased these to test if they would be helpful. After using them a couple of times, the bruising has stopped bothering me. The L/XL fits great and snug even though I typically wear men's size 9-10 shoes (a little difficult to take off after a workout though). They feel more like a thick pair of socks because the gel pad is rather thin. They are non-slip in the middle and have a wide toe and heel area to allow for good ground contact. I'm getting an extra pair as a backup because the pricing is so good. Please take note that these do not go up high enough to protect your shins if you are Muay Thai striking (and may not be thick enough for that anyway).

CROSSTRAP Shin Splint by MDUB Medical | Adjustable, Neoprene, Shin Splints Leg Compression Strap Support for Pulled Calf Muscle Pain Torn Calf Strain Injury | Fits Men and Women Review:

My shin splint discomfort is persistent (flairs up within 5 min of walking, not even running). These have only been used 4-5 times, but they are effective! Really, I wasn't anticipating that, but, wow, these little bands deliver on their promises. As long as they function, I'll continue to wear! Please note that I ordered a large because my shins are large (19 in at widest point). When you first try to put these on, if you have large shins, you might not believe they would fit, but trust me, the band stretches sufficiently. Just give it a good tug; it will be tight, but that's what you need! Each time, putting it on is simpler.Last but not least, there is only one per packet, so if you need one for each leg, you must purchase two (luckily I read other reviews before ordering so I knew so just passing it on)
