This grinder is quite beautiful and has a distinctive appearance. All of the grinding prongs have excellent, sharp edges, and there are more holes than in regular, everyday grinders for the ground-up herbs to pass through.The bottom level of this grinder displays its distinctive design. This grinder only has one set of threads at the bottom, unlike the majority of grinders, which have two sets to attach the components. No other section screws into the screen section. It is instead sealed to the lowest part, where the keef is sifted, by an o-ring. In one of the pictures, I'm using my fingernail to indicate it. Simply push it in or pull it out will do. I'd suggest only checking the keef catch when the screen portion is empty of ground goods. When attempting to take the screen section out, the o-ring may spill product due to its tight fit.Other than that, the central part has a deeper void than usual to store more ground herbs than grinders of the same size. The lid's magnet is also incredibly powerful. I'm holding the device by the lid in one picture (magnet).I appreciate that it includes an extra o-ring and a scraper. Only because there are milling tool marks on the pronged parts did I deduct one star from the "material quality" area. The functionality is unaffected in any way. We just received our Mezzaluna knife today, and we couldn't wait to use it to make our vegan pizza for dinner. Especially for me with arthritic fingers, chopping veggies was so much faster and simpler using the food processor than with a standard knife. I've only recently started utilizing fresh herbs. Previously, I had only used fresh chives and basil, and I had trimmed the herbs using kitchen shears. As soon as I saw this product, I knew it would be a wise investment because of the Zyliss brand. I wished I had had it in my kitchen gadgets a long time ago the first time I used it! I was astounded by how rapidly the herb slices were cut by the product. With the revolving handle in particular, and the unlock feature making it simple to clean, it is incredibly simple to operate. The kitchen would benefit from having this tiny device. Great for chopping and mincing herbs without having to worry about hurting your finger. Even cutting shredded lettuce or cabbage into tiny bits seems to work well, in my experience. I like having the scraper end, how well it fits in my hand, and how convenient it is to be able to take it apart and clean it. The herb remover is a wonderful addition, but I haven't found it to be as efficient as another method I've used in the past. Nevertheless, it does the job. It is difficult to get the herbs out because the chopped herbs like to collect around the blades where they roll into the plastic housing (which is fantastic!). It can be a little challenging to completely clean it after washing due to the depth of the sharp rolling blades, but I got a little brush to help. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would make the same one again.

My first one broke after being used for more than three years, so I have two now. The garlic press/grater works well overall and is easy to use. Recovering all the broken parts from the press can be a pain, but it is not impossible (a butter knife works wonders).
