My baking silicone sheet was a little dark/burnt after I cooked up some frozen food tonight, but it cleaned right off with standard dish soap and warm water, requiring no scrubbing, and this was after I had finished eating. It rolled up really easily with just a little flour on the mat. can cut the rolls with a roller pizza cutter as opposed to running dental floss underneath a long roll to cut it. No mat cuts exist. I used it to form my pizza dough today. Once more, there was very little flour on the surface, and it readily smoothed and lifted off. Clings to the surface and refuses to budge.The only issue I encountered was that the instructions required sterilizing the mat in a 1-minute boil before using it for the first time. My turkey roasting pan was the only item I possessed that even came close to matching its size. It was enough in length but not in width. It has to be moved around a little bit while folded to make it happen. Its size makes cleaning and drying a little challenging. Both problems are not the products' responsibility. It is what it is, and the size of it is required for it to function as intended.Bonus: I neglected to read the description very carefully, but it is oven-safe to 425 degrees.I would buy another if necessary.

EXCELLENT! This one is one that I strongly suggest! The reason why GRILL MAGIC Oven Liners TROUNCES EVERY ONE OF THEM is because they are sturdy and thick, and I have purchased MANY oven liners over the years, including Betty Crocker, Bed Bath Beyond, Target brands, etc. Compared to other manufacturers, the GRILL MAGIC liners are a little bit thicker. When you take it out of the packaging, you will notice a change right away. Many of the oven liners I mentioned earlier are very thin, flimsy, and you CAN burn holes through them from drippings.
