These were purchased to replace the wheels on an almost new Slappa Jedi Mind Trix trolley bag. The bag was bought to replace my first one when a wheel broke on it, then on the bag's second trip, as I was rolling into the airport, a wheel broke on the replacement. I chose to try replacing the wheels because I thought the bag's design was so beautiful. To remove the original wheels from this bag, I had to extensively disassemble the interior, but the effort was well worth it. The OEM wheels don't roll nearly as smoothly as these ones do. The distinction is profound. In addition, I purchased some binding screws to take the place of the factory rivets that required drilling. When the bag is put back together, it appears to have been constructed in this manner, and if I ever decide or need to replace the wheels once more, all the attachment points—including the axles on the wheels—just unscrew.Even if the bag's design was carefully considered, I nearly can't believe the creators chose the wheels they did when there are excellent wheels like these available. In the future, I'll test any new baggage I purchase and replace the wheels with these right away.

I greatly valued the opportunity to learn about other people's installation experiences because it significantly impacted mine.By the time I got to my roller bag today, the original wheels were broken and the suitcase and wheel brackets were scratched from being dragged when the wheels stopped up. My roller bag needed new wheels over a year ago.1) I followed a YouTube video I viewed that demonstrated this approach to drill out the old axles by grinding out the head on one side. It didn't matter in the end, though, because I needed washers on the inside and outside of the bracket to get the spacing right and take up the play on the inside because the wheel bearing was much narrower than the bracket width. This caused some damage to the plastic bracket that holds the wheel in place.2) In order to make the bearings spin even more smoothly, I purchased some "dry" Teflon chain lube based on a review. The roller bag bearings and wheel bearings now spin with ease.It took me several hours to drill out the old wheels, clean them of bent plastic, experiment with alternative washer configurations, install the wheels, and then precisely tune the nut tensions. I found that if I tightened the hex bolts too much, the free-spinning wheels were all but destroyed, so I'm hoping that the liquid thread lock I applied will hold these pieces together for many years to come.The kit contained everything I needed, with the exception of the extra washers I required to adjust the spacing, so I couldn't be happier with it. I already had these, so I didn't need to go to the hardware shop again.My three-year-old had no trouble pushing the bag around the house on the hardwood flooring because it glides so well now. adore it

The packing arrived as anticipated in a day or two and was brand new. 2 blue hard plastic wheels identical to those in the picture are included in the package. The allen keys are NOT included. To remove and replace the wheels, you require two 0.55mm allen wrenches.Including weekends, we use our scooter continually for roughly 10 hours a week. Although I don't know how long these wheels are supposed to last, I waited 10 weeks to replace them because this is our third scooter and I am still shocked when they wear out. In January and February of 2015, the same 98mm Blue wheels cost $12.66; as of April 2015, they are now only $9.99. Even better, the Orange wheels have decreased in price to $6.18. I just ordered five sets.Be aware that these wheels are NOT unique or illuminated. Like the other two, my scooter is a Razor, but unlike the other two, it is carried inside every night rather than merely being stored in our covered patio. I purchased it with the idea that I could remove the plastic hub from the middle and put it to the outside of a one-wheel scooter wheel. I ran over one of the 100mm wheels when trying to cut away the entire plastic hub area since the internal metal disc axle hole is just slightly smaller than the outside bearing diameter. Given that the internal metal hub posts extend all the way down to the outer bearing seal on this 120mm type, I assume they are comparable. I'm not entirely sure how close it gets to the outer bearing diameter, but I think it does. I posted this information in case anyone else is thinking about doing something similar.

These were ideal for my enormous vertical pullman suitcase by Ricardo, which is constructed like a tank and is an upright case you pull behind you. I was concerned about making the appropriate size choice because the height and width of the wheels seem to vary widely. The 70x24 mm fit wonderfully. The hardest part was determining whether to use the washers or not (I decided to use them) and where to place them because these wheels and axles don't come with instructions (I put them on the outside of the wheel casing or wheel well, not inside). (And it took weeks for them to arrive; despite this, I was not eager to replace them.) Actually, before that, the most difficult step was removing the old wheels and axles because the original axle was attached by a welded rivet on the outside that could not be simply removed by unscrewing it. People use a grinder or a high speed rotary tool like a Dremel to chop off the rivet in online videos and articles. Since I lacked a Dremel, I used a hacksaw blade to remove the axle by sliding it into the wheel well. It worked, but it was a lot of work. It partially ground off a portion of the interior of the wheel well (but no harm was done). In order to remove the wheel assembly, you must first remove the screw cap/covering and screws from the inside of the suitcase. The wheels on this style of pullman luggage (from 1995? ), which I have two of, are not simple to change, but changing the entire bag would have cost hundreds of dollars.

I used this tire to replace the rear air-filled tire on the Gotrax GXL. Don't give up if you're installing this; I nearly did and thought I'd be coming back.What you require and must be aware of:1. Despite being simple to install, the web videos weren't very useful. Recommend viewing, but don't anticipate being able to install quickly or without difficulty.2. Purchase a top-notch pry bar.I purchased the one in the picture from a motorcycle shop and requested for assistance mounting the tire. They were unable to assist me with installation but suggested that I use this metal pry bar, which just scratched the surface of the rim. When you mount a tire on a rim, length is crucial for successfully directing your force into the desired locations. I also purchased some short plastic ones, which I used to remove the flat tire, but the rubber was so rigid that they were ineffective.3. Purchase sturdy, thick gloves to shield your hands.When I first tried installation without a pry bar, my hands got pained (blisters). For the majority of the labor, my gloves worked OK, but not for this. I would advise having the gloves along with a decent pry bar.4. Make good use of the tiny gaps.One of the holes on the tire and the spoke should be tied once the first arc is on the rim. You would be able to efficiently direct your energy in the right directions and stabilize that spot.Additionally, even when the tire is completely on the rim's surface, it could not be completely in the center. To draw up and balance the location on the rim's surface, insert a screwdriver into each hole.5. The key is not your strength but the tools.I don't frequently exercise, and even the large males I encountered at bike or motorcycle shops gave up trying to put on weight. I made some headway once I learned how to stretch the tire with the pry bar.6. A bonus if you can shield the rim's surface.If you have a non-metal pry bar that works for you, you might be able to maintain your rim clean. I didn't mind/gave up, but you might.7. Heating is optional but may be helpful.As advised in the video, I heated the tire in the microwave, which made it pliable. However, I'm not sure how important it was compared to using the proper equipment. It's quite hot, risky, and makes you feel hurried.I'll now get to the product review. Perfect fit on GOTRAX GXL Comfortable riding. I could tell the difference from the original air-filled tire, but I didn't mind the bumps. not too much. Although it ought to be heavier, it didn't significantly reduce top speed. I'd choose peace. It's wonderful that I don't have to be concerned about flat tires (at least on the back). It still takes a lot of work to put on air-filled tires, according to my friend and the employee at the bicycle shop, so it's wise to think about only doing it once or twice with this tire to avoid punctures.- Installing Although the movies and instructions are rather deceptive, I can see your desire to avoid frightening off potential customers.

They're excellent! For the Razor scooters my kids have, I got a pair of the red ones and a pair of the blue ones. If you're purchasing more than one item, be careful which vendor you choose. With combined shipping, I paid roughly $15 for the two pairs.The wheels themselves function just as they should. They essentially serve as an exact replica of the OEM wheels. Even though the lights aren't particularly brilliant throughout the day, this is to be expected. They are plenty bright and quite noticeable when it grows darker. The improved vision made me extremely happy, especially now that DST is over and the days are becoming shorter. We frequently go on evening family walks, and since the kids are easy to see, I feel comfortable letting them ride their bikes. The ride is smoother than ever and is as fast as (if not quicker than) when I first got it. Edit: I've since bought a second one of these and replaced the crappy back tire with it.This tire fits my Swagtron Swagger 5, which is essentially a copy of the Xiaomi M365, flawlessly to replace the inflatable front tire. According to what I can determine, it is identical to the majority of the solid honeycomb tires that fit this description.As with all solid tires, you can experience less cushion and lower mileage/speed when riding than you would with a tire that is properly inflated with air. But after numerous flats that I was unable to patch and after practically riding on a flat tire for a week, I came to the conclusion that it could only be better and that I would no longer need to fix flats going forward. Mileage isn't my top concern, and it seems sufficiently smooth.Hear me out, there are lots of tires like this one, and they're all really hard to install. There are tutorials that show you how to boil or microwave it to soften the rubber. To force it on, people employ tire irons and zip ties. You might have to employ some or all of those techniques. I'm from Miami, where the climate is perhaps much better suited to flexible rubber than in places with colder winters. And I'm a reasonably strong adult male with hand strength that's a little better than average.After reading all of those caveats, you should know that I was able to secure the wheel in a vise, gently lubricate the rim with lithium, press one side of the tire into the rim, and then gradually work the tire with nothing but my bare hands until it was completely seated in the rim. Then, to match the tire with the rim, I simply drove a screwdriver through each additional hole in the tire. Never once did I have to heat the tire. I believe that the rhythmic hand-pushing I used to stretch the tire warmed the rubber in a similar way.It was not at all simple, and I cannot promise that you will succeed, but it is feasible.

Its "tubeless" front tyre was a joke, making it nearly hard for me to install it on my electric scooter. But as soon as I put it on, it functioned perfectly. I had to heat it in the oven for about an hour at around 200 degrees to make it sufficiently flexible. I then used some tyre tools to pry and get it on, and once I had it halfway on, I was able to get it seated by standing on the tyre. I had to use all of my weight and force to get that thing on because I am 6'1" and weigh 200 pounds. Take it to a bike shop, perhaps. It's a great tyre aside from that.
