Calico Critters Baby Pool and Sandbox Review:

This is very adorable and adaptable! The miniatures are wonderful, but my favorite is the sandcastle with the sandbox side. When you turn it over, a slide and a pool are revealed. Kids adore Calico Critters' beautifully crafted, nearly unbreakable, imaginative toys, so I bought a box with three of them to populate the scene. Some of it is really expensive, but this is inexpensive and durable. For the benefit of my sanity, I did super-glue the tiny tops of the sandcastle towers to the towers to ensure that we were all satisfied with it.

John Deere Sandbox Vehicle (2 Pack) Review:

These are what I purchased to put on my son's birthday cake. They are MUCH bigger than I anticipated, which is wonderful because it will be enjoyable to play with them in the sandbox after his birthday. They weren't packaged very properly because the box they came in was already cracked and open, but I took them out and they managed to survive the delivery, so they must be fairly tough trucks! So, if you're planning to give them as a present, I wouldn't suggest them because the box can show up damaged and useless. However, aside from that, they are precisely what I wanted, and I have no doubt that my baby would adore them.A picture of my son's birthday cake is attached; as his birthday fell on Easter, I also put Easter peeps on the dirt cake. lol! Although they were a little too large for the glass pan I used, he still enjoyed it. Additionally, as I had anticipated, he has enjoyed playing with them since we removed them off the cake and cleaned them up. Even on the ground, I moved them around and used the scooper truck to collect up objects. They are in fact strong, enjoyable trucks!

Little Tikes Turtle Round Sandbox, Kids Sandbox Review:

Lid is light and loose, and it could blow off or be knocked off. Because the plastic is thin and not as thick as the turtle sandbox I used to play in as a child, sunlight can pass between the lid's hunter green color and the bottom's vivid green color. quite light and rather flexible. Just two seating places, not four. You can see that my 2.5-year-old, who weighs 24 pounds and is almost 3 feet tall, occupies the majority of the sandbox. Over 3 or 4 year old children won't fit in at all. I think 20 or 25 dollars would be a more reasonable price; I paid 35, then the following week the cost increased to 56! Overpriced.Edited to 5 stars after wind gusts of 60 mph and the lid remaining on. Has not yet faded and has endured tough play really well. Amazingly robust.

Executive Sandbox - A Day at the Beach Review:

I am unable to adequately express how happy this beach in a solid box makes my friend and I feel. You can see that I added two of my own white starfish, three seagulls, and three sandcastles to the photos up top. The tiny shell purse is amazing and adorable. After carefully examining the well-made wood, I opened the sand container and poured it inside. As soon as I closed my eyes and felt the soft, cool, and authentic beach sand, I felt at ease and grinned. There is absolutely no drawback to this. Someone claimed there is no lid, which I read. That's not quite accurate! When the cellophane is removed, you are left with a very robust lid that contained the beach supplies. Anyway, I perfectly preserved the lid that rests directly on top of the beach wood. Then, all I have to do to carry it is place the cover on top, close the umbrella, lay the chair down, and then fasten it with two rubber bands, and I'm ready to go. Additionally, the zen fits snugly into the grooves of the box when you turn it over, so you may easily raise your beach for play. How to secure it without losing any sand is shown in the photos above. I'll be purchasing several more of these as gifts because it's a win-win situation! Thank you very much to whoever had the idea to create this! God bless.

Melissa & Doug Sunny Patch Seaside Sidekicks Sand Baking Set (Pretend Play, Beach Toys for Kids, 7 Pieces, Great Gift for Girls and Boys - Best for 3, 4, and 5 Year Olds) Review:

Since we won't be going to the beach until next week, my daughters immediately played with it in the bath after receiving it today. very adorable set thick, strong, and attractively colored plastic. I appreciate how everything fits into the bucket neatly and still leaves room for a few extra items. The turtle-shaped cover serves as a strainer. Of the Melissa and Dough Seaside sets I got for my daughters, this was their favorite. I also purchased the sand hourglass, ice cream set, and cupcake set. These sets all complement one another beautifully.A 12/1/12 update:For our three-week trip to the Pacific Northwest, we bought three Melissa

Step2 Naturally Playful Sandbox II with Bonus Sand Tools Review:

For our 4-year-old granddaughter, we purchased this. She enjoys it. It's a sizable sandbox. The cover keeps the sand dry even during windy storms. A kid can sit on the flat tops of the corners. One issue to be aware of is that it was quite challenging to properly tighten up the sides with the corners during assembly using my drill to screw in the screws; regrettably, ants have infested the sandbox. I might experiment with some caulk to see if I can fix this issue.

Step2 Naturally Playful Sand Table Review:

UPDATE: We recently experienced some extremely damaging storms, and when I opened the sandbox after the yard had dried out, there was water inside. My husband quickly fixed the situation by drilling a few tiny holes in the bottom, but this box had been functioning flawlessly prior to those storms, holding water and/or drying out between rainstorms.ORIGINAL:My one-year-old kid, my daughter who is almost three, and her buddy who is almost five all like this. Even though I had to "shave" the plastic inside one of the leg holes because it was deformed since it was so warped, it wasn't a big deal because I had a boxcutter close by. It drains off rapidly after a rainstorm and I had no trouble using a 50-pound bag of sand. It comes with some adorable accessories to get the kids playing, including 2 bear claws, a shovel, a bucket, and I can't remember what else. All the provided toys fit inside the sandbox with the lid closed. And how adorable is it that the lid's top features a car track? I'm a grateful mother.

Best Choice Products 47x47in Kids Large Square Wooden Outdoor Play Cedar Sandbox w/ Sand Screen, 2 Foldable Bench Seats - Brown Review:

We just received and put this together. To respond to some reviewer complaints, my husband and I put it together in under an hour in the dark on our back porch after the kids had gone to bed.1. The directions were just a series of pictures with little to no text, but they were still more than adequate.2. The wood is quite thin and very soft by nature; it is what it is.3. The proper pilot holes were drilled in each hole on our wooden items. Some claimed that there were none. Perhaps this has been repaired, or perhaps previous reviewers failed to inspect the correct side of the wooden component...4. It is possible to prevent the middle-space gap! Anyone who filled in the gap merely assembled this in the wrong way. To close the gap, push the assembled folding platforms INWARD rather than JUSTIFYING them to the outer margins of either side (i.e., pulling them outward). This will cause them to meet flush in the middle and close the gap. Before drilling into the desired location, make sure both sides are level. The only issue left is how this device holds up to the test of my three children, other from the points mentioned above. At most, I'm hoping for two or three seasons. We won't seal it or paint it; we'll just leave it alone and watch what happens! The last star won't be awarded until I can assess how long this thing will persist.I'll be back to provide an update if it falls apart in a week. No update indicates that the sandbox has reasonably withstood use.

Neliblu Kids Beach Play Toy Sets, Sand Pails Buckets with Shovels Pool Party Toys 7.5" Bulk Party Set (4 Sets) Assorted Colors Summer Party Activity for Building Sand Castles Review:

I bought them for my granddaughter because she constantly uses buckets when playing in the sand. They are of comparable quality to items from Walmart or even the dollar store. They are frequently used, break, wear out, and are replaced. She still has three more to use even though one's bottom shattered when it was dropped. Whatever you pay for, you get. These fit the requirements and are adequate if you don't want to spend a lot of money on sand toys.
