I held off on posting this summary for a few months. I believe that this mat was an excellent purchase! I have about six children. With my grandson, that jump is in my neighborhood. The surface offers excellent height and bounce, and thus far, everything is going wonderfully!Installation is the secret to keeping ANY Matt in good condition (regardless of how much you paid for it)! A jumping mat MUST BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to do so produces threading or tearing issues by applying uneven force to any one location or hook. I've been using mats of the lowest quality for years! Because I allowed the youngsters to install it, I also experienced the best quality being short lived.I take the time to install properly, and aside from that one instance, I've never had a problem. And that lesson cost $210. If instructions are followed exactly, it's a great matt and will last!Really, it's just common sense. For lifespan, the mat MUST be fitted properly due to the dynamics of a trampoline.

For a 14" frame with 72 springs, it worked flawlessly. It appears to be of a high-quality construction. We weren't first certain if it would fit. Although it appeared to be little, it was absolutely wonderful. I advise NOT to begin at one spot and to install the springs one at a time. Once you reach the second to last half, the springs will get extremely tight. Your springs at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock should go on first. Add your 3 and 9 o'clocks after that. Between the 12, 3, 6, and 9, add your midway springs. If possible, have someone else put the spring to the trampoline's opposite side while you work on the other. This will ensure that the tension is maintained more uniformly and make it easier to reach the final springs. Additionally, it will stop springs from becoming too pressured and stretched out. Additionally, I advise either purchasing the spring tool or hiring someone with some upper body strength to install the mat. The spring tool is available on Amazon. By purchasing the replacement mat rather than investing money in a brand-new trampoline, I was able to save money.

My niece's foot immediately went through our old trampoline mat, so I bought a new for a 15-foot trampoline. (I don't know who made our trampoline when we bought it off of Craigslist years ago.) I initially got the incorrect mat since I neglected to measure the springs. (Avoid skipping this step. The 15 foot mats have rings of various sizes, therefore if you don't get the mat that corresponds to the right ring size, the mat will droop or be too tight.) We recognized our error after placing the mat on and observing how it sagged. This mat has made me quite happy! I was a little concerned because there wasn't much to go on but what it was labeled as, but all the mats have similar descriptions, so I needn't have worried. Nobody voluntarily admits, "Yeah, my mat kind of stinks, don't purchase it," I am therefore thrilled with this mat. I much prefer it over my previous one. The weave is fairly dense and has excellent bounce. I took action and ensured. Moreover, shipment happened quite quickly. Even though I reside one state away from the shipping location, my order was placed Sunday night, and it arrived Wednesday night! This mat has made some of my kids happy.

Our Skywalker trampoline mat was replaced, and it fits well and still bounces back. The older one, who was a little over 2 years old, died from Florida Sun.Ripped at the seam at the edge, hopefully I just received a bad one! This Skywalker mat has lasted less than 5 months, compared to the original's little more than 2 years! Purchased on September 22nd, my daughter (who weighs 90 pounds) jumped on it today, February 2, and it tore approximately 2 feet around the edge. I contacted Skywalker, and I'm presently awaiting a response. If they have any solutions, I'll update this post once I hear from them.ADVANCE: February 3. The quality of this trampoline mat is excellent. The tool needed to attach the mat to the rings is included in the packaging along with all other necessary supplies. I spent some more money buying the tool separately because I was not aware of that in before. But it's not a major concern because the extra tool makes it easy to work with a partner to install the mat. Throughout the purchasing and delivery processes, SkyBound did a great job of emailing me updates. Although I never needed to get in touch with them (since everything went smoothly), I'm sure they would have done so with consideration. I suggest purchasing this item. I went to Amazon in search of a new net after my trampoline net finally became beyond repair. I was forced to purchase an Upper Bounce net and new pole caps because I couldn't find the same style of net that was included with my trampoline. The blue Upper Bounce pole caps that I initially bought were made of incredibly cheap plastic and didn't seem to last very long at all. Fortunately, I bought those in the incorrect size by mistake. (I ordered for 1-inch poles but needed 1.5-inch poles; make sure to check the size of your poles before purchase!) I saw these when I went back to Amazon to get a different size and decided to order them instead.These are made of excellent thick plastic and appear to be quite sturdy. I'm ecstatic about them.

Due to the conflicting reviews, I hesitated to purchase. In full daylight and a temperature of 60, I applied. It was difficult to get the glue out of the tube and it was a pain. Had no trouble putting the top on.The story was different at the bottom. You are up against gravity. Yes, my bottom piece was unable to attach. It didn't help that the sun wasn't shining directly on it either. I was about to make a return because I was so angry. Simply put, the adhesive wasn't holding. For the first 25 minutes, I walked outside every 5 minutes to apply pressure to the bottom and seal the sides that were coming undone.The bottom patch finally stopped detaching from the adhesive. For the next three to four hours, I checked on it every hour and applied pressure again.It appeared to be a solid seal the following day. It was not at all separating. I waited one additional day before hopping on. The result was excellent. There should be no pulling or separating from the mat while jumping. An otherwise costly pre-summer disaster received a life-saving inexpensive repair.Already a week has passed. Withstood a couple days of 350 lbs of children jumping at once (far beyond the recommended weight), wind, rain, and a little snow, and it was still standing strong.
